老街老巷老味道，雖然街區不大，但是韻味十足，有老鋪子，老戲台，老宅子，悠閑的走走逛逛，正如前後四次到過湖州的蘇軾的詩句：山雨瀟瀟過，溪橋瀏瀏清。

衣裳街歷史文化街區是浙江省湖州市中心一座集特色商貿、休閑服務、文化旅遊、名居會所業態為一體的綜合性遊憩型商業歷史文化街區，有吳興電話公司舊址、周宅、王宅三處文保單位，另有碧瀾堂、接官廳、老公泰旅館舊址等12處文保點，歷史建築35處，河埠、碼頭18處，傳統街弄13條及成片的清末民初建築。城市裡的一片老城區，比較乾淨，大多賣吃食，店鋪風格樣式也差不多，還有些老字號等湖州特色，古戲台的紫藤也很漂亮。

當地特色古街，還不錯的一個景點，裏面有不少當地老字號，價格便宜，能吃到不少當地特色菜，建議往裡面多走走，人多的店一般都不錯。
