Great for kids and adults, it’s not too big, you can finish it in an hour, beautiful exhibit
Pleasantly surprised. Although far smaller than Monterey Aquarium or Academy of Sciences, it's perfect for short-attention-span tourists and children. The two walk-through tube tanks are incredible. All tanks very well done, several have knowledgeable staff and/or interaction with animals. High priority on education about ocean health and resources. Check deal sites for discount vouchers.
We seen full of fish and other are great to see and feel it.
The Aquarium is located right by Pier 39 and it's a great attraction. You are able to go under the bay through a glass tunnel and see the most amazing sea creatures and even some sharks! There's a few more activities for you to do like getting to touch some of the sea creatures. The entrance is about $22 per adult $17 for kids. Take the family I can guarantee you will enjoy it!
I love aquariums, and even I was at first skeptical of this one. But walking through the tunnel tank, over 300 feet of underwater tunnels where you can see the fish of the bay and Pacific, well it was fantastic. You're the star of your own special effects underwater movie. I loved the monkey-faced eel. Who wouldn't?
i love this Aquarium. because it's relatively small and friendly, you don't feel like you need a whole day to explore it; a couple of hours are plenty of time. went there several times with the kids, we all especially loved walking in the clear tunnel underneath the waves with all the fish and sea creatures swimming all around us. lovely place.
