Villa Blanca is a newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa located in the gated, private community of Porters Place, St. James. The villa is architecturally designed to facilitate a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. Villa Blanca’s design is modern, with exquisite furnishings with splashes of color that represent the island. The private courtyard is 1000 sq ft / 92.9 m, it features a 20 ft / 6m pool, pool loungers, reclining chairs with ottomans, outdoor couch, outdoor dining room set that seat eight and an outdoor bar area. We also provide a large BBQ grill with propane and grilling utensils. The villa features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms:three of the four bedrooms have king beds and large ensuites bathrooms.One bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together per your request. The bathroom is located next to this room.There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, wall oven, coffee machine and tea pot with coffee and tea provided. There are five air conditioning units - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. There are five televisions on property.
