This grand estate home is located in a private and picturesque setting in the heart of Walla Walla’s southend wineries. The home is reminiscent of an Italian countryside villa with spacious accommodations, secluded patios, and serene gardens. Dozens of wineries are nearby. One of the most beautiful, Yellowhawk Resort, is just across the Walla Walla river, a short nine-minute walk.The home is well suited to accommodate larger groups with individual privacy in two wings accessible through the villa or from the outside. Both entrances have electronic keypads for access. The main front door entrance also has a doorbell security camera. Overall, the home has four and one half bathrooms and four bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each wing has a full kitchen and large family room. The north wing contains a large dining room and three of the bedrooms. Two are fully ensuite, and the third bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bathroom. The south wing is two stories and has a large bedroom suite upstairs with a king bed, half bath, and private view terrace. Additionally, a comfy queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room adjacent to the main bath.Relax and recharge in a personal sixteen-foot saltwater spa and barbecue on the covered patio.
