This grand estate home is located in a private and picturesque setting in the heart of Walla Walla’s southend wineries. The home is reminiscent of an Italian countryside villa with spacious accommodations, secluded patios, and serene gardens. Dozens of wineries are nearby. One of the most beautiful, Yellowhawk Resort, is just across the Walla Walla river, a short nine-minute walk.The home is well suited to accommodate larger groups with individual privacy in two wings accessible through the villa or from the outside. Both entrances have electronic keypads for access. The main front door entrance also has a doorbell security camera. Overall, the home has four and one half bathrooms and four bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each wing has a full kitchen and large family room. The north wing contains a large dining room and three of the bedrooms. Two are fully ensuite, and the third bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bathroom. The south wing is two stories and has a large bedroom suite upstairs with a king bed, half bath, and private view terrace. Additionally, a comfy queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room adjacent to the main bath.Relax and recharge in a personal sixteen-foot saltwater spa and barbecue on the covered patio. Enjoy the magnificent sunrises and sunsets, or close out the evening next to the firepit.These accommodations are well-appointed for your stay, with plush bedding and luxurious linens. The kitchens are well-equipped for cooking. Coffee and common condiments and spices are provided. With its quiet, serene location it's easy to find the beaches, golf court, parks and groceries, the towns of Clinton, Langley, and Freeland are just about 10 minutes away. There are groceries shops (The Goose Community Grocer) and restaurants within a two-minute drive. If you go a little further 5 minutes or so you can find more places to eat and shop, there are some wonderful restaurants close by that serve a array of different cuisines.Guest access.1. Free 24-hour service for TESLA charging equipment.2. You have use of the entire house with yard access (except the vineyard). The code to access the key or to enter the house as well as additional access instructions (including driving directions, WiFi information, check out instructions, etc.) will be found in your check in packet which is emailed or texted to you once you make the reservation.3. Guests are welcome to play or just walk around the 5 acres around the property. No loud noise or music outside (including porch, deck and patio). Please be respectful of our neighbors.4. If a family has a child under 12 years old, please pay attention to the fishpond next to the house. Please be careful not to approach the fishpond without the company of parents.5. Children are welcome to play in the playground, with parent's supervision required. We will not be responsible for any falls and injuries occurred on the property during your stay.6. Please be careful around the indoor pool/hot tub (The steps in the pool are slippery), the floor can be slippery. Again, please watch the little ones around the pool for their safety. It is always a good idea to have two adults in that area at the same time to watch for each other.Other details to note1. You must be 23years or older to rent this property.2. There is a Video Camera above the front door for security purposes.3. If you invite other people (not guests living in the house) to a party during your stay, you need to apply to the host in advance to obtain permission and provide information such as the number of guests and the time and duration of the party, and the host may charge ( Probably not, depending on how many people you will invite) for an additional fee.4. Pets allowed. Please let us know and ask in advance, we will charge an additional flat fee of $100 for pets (normally no more than two).
