Bank of Communications Credit Cards X Trip.com September to December 2025 Limited-time Offers (“Promotion”) - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion/Valid period (“Promotion period”): From 12 September to 31 December 2025
   
2. Departure date for flights/Check-in date for hotels: From now 12 September 2025 to 31 August 2026
   
3. During the Promotion Period, customers who book hotels or flights at Trip.com with eligible Bank of Communications VISA Card or Bank of Communications UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card via the designated link (https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/9052/bankofcommunications.html?locale=en-HK&allianceid=4694803&SID=71710220) provided by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) (“BOCOM”) are entitled to designated discounts for flights, hotels or High-Speed Rails(“Offer”).
   
4. The promo codes can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (App), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
   
5. How to get the Offer: During the Promotion Period,
   i) Customers are entitled to HK$300 off upon spending HK$2,000 on the order of flights upon booking flight on the designated flight booking page and entering the designated promo code “BOCOMF300”. Discount is applicable to adult flight ticket values only; not applicable to taxes and other surcharges.
   ii) Customers are entitled to HK$300 off upon spending HK$1,500 on the order of hotel upon booking hotel on the designated hotel booking page and entering the designated promo code “BOCOMH300”. Discount is applicable to room rates only. It is not applicable to specific room types and not applicable to taxes and other surcharges.
   ii) Customers are entitled to HK$30 off upon spending HK$200 on the order of High-Speed Rails upon booking High-Speed Rails on the designated High-Speed Rails booking page and entering the designated promo code “BOCOMT30”. Discount is applicable to the China High-speed Rail ticket values between Hong Kong and mainland China (exclude China domestic High-speed Rails) and it is not application to taxes and other surcharges.
   
6. During the promotion period, a total of 300 promo codes for flights, 400 for hotels, and 500 for high-speed rail are available. Each user is permitted to redeem each promo code up to a maximum of 3 times within the promotion period. Promo codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. The availability of quota is subject to the system record of Trip.com. If the promotional quota has been fully redeemed, the claimed promo codes will become invalid.
   7.Each order can be applied with one promo code only and must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) with the Eligible Credit Cards.
   
7. The Offer is also not applicable to flight and hotel products (“Flight + Hotel”), ticket and hotel packages and other specific products.
   
8. The Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins and other offers.
   
9. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to your account and can be used again during the Promotion Period. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied by contacting the customer services and requesting making changes, the promo code will no longer be valid.
   
10. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel. For High-Speed Rail, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular High-Speed Rail. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the High-Speed Rail.
    
11. Flight cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the flight tickets. Please refer to the flight policy during booking. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the room types. Please refer to the room policy during booking. High-Speed Rails cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the High-Speed Rails tickets, please refer to the High-Speed Rails policy during booking.
    
12. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
    
13. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Trip.com reserves the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
    
14. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Trip.com reserves the rights to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
    
15. Trip.com reserves the rights for final decision.
    
16. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
