HSBC Premier Mastercard X Trip.com - Travel Offer 2026 (“Promotion”) - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion/Valid period (“Promotion period”): From 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026
   

2. Check-in date for hotels / Departure date for flights/ Departure date for Flight + Hotel/ Pick-up date for car rental: From 1st January 2026 to 15th January 2027
   

3. Customers must sign up as a Trip.com member or log in to your Trip.com member account to enjoy the offer.
   

4. During the Promotion Period, customers who book Hotels, Flights, Flight + Hotel or Car Rentals at Trip.com with eligible HSBC credit cards via the designated link (https://hk.trip.com/w/hsbc-premiermastercard-en or https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/30074/hsbc-premiermastercard.html?locale=en_hk&curr=hkd&allianceid=3935835&sid=272948999) provided by HSBC Premier Mastercard are entitled to designated discounts for Hotels, Flights or Car Rentals (“Offers”). The Offers are also not applicable to some bundle products, including but not limited to ticket and hotel packages and other specific products. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
   

5. The promo code(s) can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (App), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
   

6. How to get the Offers: During the Promotion Period, customers are entitled to the designated Offers below. Customers are required to fill in or apply the saved designated promo codes(s) after filling in the Traveler(s) information. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
   6.1 Hotel discount is applicable to room rate of designated global hotels only and selected prepaid hotel room types. The hotel discount is not applicable to tax and surcharges.
   6.1.1 Customers can enjoy 7% instant discount with no minimum spending and to enjoy 10% instant discount for booking above HK$4,000 on the order of hotel upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “HSBCP26H”.
   6.1.2 Customers can enjoy 12% instant discount for booking of HK$4,000 or above on the order of hotel upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code. Each month has a limited quota and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

   6.2 Flight discount is applicable to adult flight ticket fare only and is not applicable to taxes and other surcharges. The offer is not applicable to China domestic flight, selected flight routes nor to the flight ticket which has payment method restriction.
   6.2.1 Customers can enjoy HK$100, HK$200 and HK$350 off upon spending HK$3,000 or above, HK$6,000 or above and HK$10,000 or above respectively on the order of flights upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “HSBCP26F”.
   6.3 Flight + Hotel (“F+H”) discount is applicable to fare only and for designated F+H products. The discount is not applicable for tax and other surcharges.
   6.3.1 Customers can enjoy 2% instant discount on the order of Flight + Hotel (“F+H”) upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “HSBCP26B”.
   6.4 Car rental discount is applicable to designated fully prepaid car rentals on Trip.com. The discount cannot be applied to certain packages.
   6.4.1 Customers can enjoy 7% instant discount on the order of Car Rentals upon booking via designated link and apply the designated promo code “HSBCP26CR”.
   

7. Each order can be applied with one promo code only. Each order must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with the eligible HSBC Premier Mastercard.
   

8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins, Gift Cards and other offers.
   

9. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to customer’s account, and if stock lasts, it can be used again during the Promotion Period. In the event of cancelling the orders with promo code applied by contacting the Customer Service and requesting making changes, the promo code will no longer be valid.
   

10. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline. For F+H, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular package. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline and hotel. For car rentals, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular car rental order. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the suppliers.
    

11. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the travel product, hotel, airline, operator, supplier, or partner; please refer to the relevant policies of the product you are booking at the time of booking for the actual situation.
    

12. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; it is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
    

13. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Trip.com reserves the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
    

14. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Trip.com reserves the rights to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
    

15. Trip.com reserves the rights for final decision.
    

16. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
