מלון יפה, נקי, נוח. האוכל אירופאי ומעולה. חוף ים פרטי למלון(לגונה ללא גלים) ספורט ימי בחוף .בריכה גדולה ולא עמוסה באנשים. המון מקום מסביב לבריכה. המון מסעדות ששיכות למלון עם אוכל ממש טעים ולא יקר בכלל. מומלץ ביותר!!! A beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. The food is European and excellent. Private beach for the hotel (lagoon without waves) Water sports on the beach. Large pool and not crowded with people. Lots of space around the pool. Lots of restaurants belonging to the hotel with really tasty food and not expensive at all. Highly recommended

I chose the hotel because of its location: not in a noisy Ayia Napa but close in Proteras but not in its centre, where noise might be expected, but far away from it, in a quiet localisation as it was said everywhere. However, when we same (Saturday night) the EVENT was there! We booked two superior rooms for our family 2+2 for a comfortable stay with a splendid sea view but ... with a disco just over our heads!!!! The roofbar is open from 6 pm to 1 am which with a relaxing and quiet music is ok even for those on the same floor as the bar or below it. But the events were VERY LOUD and lasted after 1 am and we had to ask many times to make the music down as the walls were vibrating in the room!!! There was no way to sleep. Even with the TV on and the AC on the music was very loud inside. During our 11-day stay the events were organised 5 times, mostly for young people from outside the hotel. It was a techno party!, a Turkish loud music party with fire! and once there was a firework display. Everything late at night after 10pm, when it should be quiet in a hotel. It was totally unacceptable! If I knew about the events, I would never choose the hotel which is sad because as a hotel it is very nice. The rooms are big enough for two people, in a very good condition, with very comfortable beds and nice balconies (except the rooms in the side adjacent buildings). The air-conditiing worked well, maybe a little too loud but thanks to it you could bearly hear anything from the corridors and less from the bars. The towels were changed every day and pool towels were also offered. The food was excellent, maybe the breakfast could be better, with real scrambled eggs, more vegetables and rolls and coffee machines... But luches and dinner were so good that we did not go to the a la carte restaurants lots to choose from for each of our family member with their different tastes. Therefore I cannot understand why the hotel offers only a nasty sandwich for those coming after 9.30 pm to the hotel. The drinks at the bars seemed ok but there was not much alcohol in them, Instead lots of sugar, especially in red drinks.... We prefered wine which was local from bottles, found in a nearby shop for 3 euro a bottle. But the staff serving them was great! We liked Constantino and Christos best but the other men and a woman were also nice and skilled. They made our stay more relaxing. The pools were never crowded, like the area around them. You didn't have to rush to get a sunbed which was a nice surpise for us. The days activites are run subtly, as everything till 6 pm... The table tennis didn't work. A receptionnist didn't even know it was on offert. Well, the table was next to a kid club but the paddles were in a horrible condition and sometimes the ball was missing. So it is better to have your own. The pool for kids was deep like those for adults - such a shame for the many little guests of the hotel.... The area of the hotel is very small and there is no space to walk. T

Positive: Great location and nice hotel Negative: I was not expecting to write anything negative about this hotel based on all the reviews I read but unfortunately, I am having to. I had to check in late because of late hotel transfer from the airport. My booking was half board and since the dinner time was already up, I was not expecting to have dinner at the hotel anyway. However, to my surprise the hotel had already fixed me sandwich and provided me with a free lunch voucher for the next day as per their policy. I was really impressed by this. On the next day I used my lunch voucher and then when I went to have my dinner, I was challenged by one of their staff name ”APARNA” that I swapped my dinner with a lunch voucher and the voucher was not for a free lunch which means I cannot have dinner. I tried to explain her and showed her that it was in fact in the hotel policy that late checked in guest (half-board) will receive a free lunch voucher. But she was so adamant and did not even want to listen to me. I politely asked her to speak to her manager and she just came back saying there was no manager available. She then took my name down as if I am some sort of criminal! She then gathered some of her fellow colleagues shouting at me and create a very embarrassing situation in front of hundreds of guests as if I was trying to have a free meal. She then told me to have my dinner (in a very unprofessional way) and asked her fellow colleagues to not to talk to me. I quote “no one will talk to you; you have your dinner”. Then one of her colleagues (looks like Turkish/Pakistani-very dark and heavily gelled hair) literally threatened me saying that, he will call security on me and get me out of the hotel without even feeling the need to investigate the situation. This whole situation severely turned me off to continue with my dinner. I then left the dinner and went to the reception. The lady at the reception also didn’t seem to be very bothered to investigate this issue. However, another staff member, he anticipated that I might have been given the wrong voucher and he said he would investigate this matter. I left that matter and went out to find a restaurant to have dinner (during winter everything is closed, and it was a nightmare to find a restaurant outside). On the following day I spoke the very person (ANGELLINA) who issued me the lunch voucher and she said I was issued the wrong voucher and she apologised for it. However, since Aparna is an experienced staff therefore, she could have handled this matter in more professional manner instead of shutting me down, making me feel uncomfortable and kept insisting that I was not allowed to have my dinner. She didn’t simply stop there. I spent rest of the week having my dinner without being asked for any drinks order. I then realised it was because of that threat Aparna made at the beginning and I am sure she asked her fellow colleagues to not to come to me and take any drinks order from me. On

剛從一週的住宿回來。我們預訂是因爲它在海灘上,這是我們的優先事項之一。天氣很棒。一旦你進入並晶剔透,大海就溫暖了。我們使用了酒店餐飲非常好,不需要使用其他7個可用的場所。牀超級舒服,房間一塵不染的空調包括在內。房間裏的茶和咖啡還有洗髮水沐浴露吹風機和定期清潔。工作人員非常細心和樂於助人。如果工作人員在爲我們服務時能不那麼正式,我們本來會更喜歡它。很高興能有一個聊天和微笑,我們欣賞他們的效率和對細節的關注。
