Bar server if you can call him that. Paolo. Total chip on his shoulder ruined our Christmas Day after a lovely dinner at Snetonstube. We thought we would have a lovely after dinner drink for Christmas. So many many lovely spots in Ortisei like Gardena Grodnerhof and Sotriffer and wine bar and costa mula! Don’t go there and spend your money Paolo obviously hates America and Americans. Sad. Paolo is rude and sad And god forbid you show up in the bar from Another hotel he will make it known you are NOT welcome. He chastised us for sitting down and for serving us free Prosecco even though we said we would pay for it. It was a managers reception and we did not know that walking in. Unwelcoming and don’t go into this hotel if you are not a hotel guests. The bar was empty and he literally told us “YOU ARE NOT HOTEL guests here. My New York City travel agent will love this feedback. Paolo is doing this hotel a complete disgrace disservice.

Great location (centrally located), nice spacious rooms, excellent breakfast :-) A charcuterie shop right next door so you can buy things to eat during your hikes. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff we crossed paths with :-). Our goal was hiking and we were very happy with our 5 night stay here. You can easily walk to several lifts, cable cars, or furnicular to begin each day exploring yet another spectacular part of Val Gardena. Local buses to/from other towns are right outside the hotel.

Sto soggiornando in una quadrupla con 2 bagni siamo 2 adulti con 2 ragazzi l' hotel è comodissimo vicino all' incantevole Ortisei raggiungibile con una passeggiata. La navetta privata dell'hotel ti porta e prende nelle piste vicine (comodissimo). l'hotel ha una piscina molto grande con vetrate panoramiche, bagno turco e sauna. La cena è ottima e anche la colazione. La camera è spaziosa è una quadrupla con 2 bagni. Io lo consiglio è un tre stelle ho letto recensioni brutte e mi sono un po' spaventata le foto del sito sono veritiere. Io lo consiglio qualità prezzo.

我丈夫和我最近在這裏住了四晚,非常享受我們的體驗。距離奧爾蒂塞足夠遠,安靜,但距離足夠近,可以步行。我們步行到鎮上的兩座電梯,效果很好。我們的房間很大,很乾淨,有一個非常漂亮的陽台,可以俯整個城鎮,晚上河聲很好聽。在那裏工作的人非常樂於助人,非常友好,特別是做自助早餐和點咖啡的女人(Alina?)和前台的老闆。我喜歡多洛米特的瓦爾花園,有一天會絕對回來住在這裏。說實話,我對這家酒店說不好。這是我們在意大利旅行期間住過的五家酒店中最喜歡的酒店。

This hotel is an oasis. I got an amazing massage and used all the steam rooms and saunas and boy was it relaxing. Everything is stunningly picturesque and serene. We even used the outdoor pool in mid October and I have never been in a pool so heated and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the most helpful. I would return many times over and recommend this place to anyone. It IS as nice as it looks in the pictures.

Ero già stato in passato al ristorante e ricordando il buon mangiare sono tornato anche questa volta ed ho mangiato così bene che per tre sere con la mia famiglia non abbiamo potuto fare a meno che cenare in questo locale. Locale caratteristico ai piedi delle montagne, con un vasto piazzale dove parcheggiano alcuni camper. Personale più che gentile e professionale. Cibo ottimo : consiglio canederli, gulasch, cotoletta milanese, strudel...comunque ogni portata veramente buona e, secondo me, la cucina si può considerare tra le migliori di tutta Ortisei. Prezzo equo: un ristorante da consigliare e spero da ritornarci in un mio prossimo viaggio. Complimenti allo chef e al personale tutto ! S.D. da Perugia
