We stay here every time we come down to Miami. Conveniently located to literally everything. We Valet the car with the hotel and we never have to drive anywhere because we just walk. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, you name it. We love coming and staying and walking to our favorite tattoo shop Iris Tattoo. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Good apartment hotel, just as excepted. Great location and building.

我們回到邁阿密還是住得這間。酒店服務很好，我們早上很早就到了，酒店還是盡量幫我們找到一間空房讓我們入住。走路幾分鐘就有大超市，藥房和免費游全城的單軌列車。下次來還住這裏。

首先他們給了我錯誤的房間，然後他們給了我一個供殘疾人使用的房間，因為沒有更多的房間像我租來的那樣有一張特大號牀，最後我再也沒有我保留的房間了，但是總的來說我們住得很愉快。

剛從勞德代爾堡內海岸公寓酒店回來。酒店是完美的度假勝地!靠近海灘和許多很棒的餐館。我們喜歡在我們的甲板上度過時光,看着船只經過。酒店位於比較安靜的住宅區,但如果你想在勞德代爾堡體驗更多的行動,隔壁有水上出租車。附近的餐廳很棒-食物很好(強烈推薦魚片),有樂隊/卡拉OK/娛樂提供。什麼都不需要離開該地區。酒店很乾淨,房間很大,有一個完整的廚房。酒店提供免費早餐和每日歡樂時光。我們遇到的每個人都很友好,樂於助人。如果您正在尋找放鬆的度假勝地,請入住勞德代爾堡內海岸公寓酒店!

我們預訂的是海景房間，提前將費用交了，到后服務員給安排了一個三樓的麪向大海的有正麪陽台的海景房間，雖然是麪向大海，但是由於樓層低，是本酒店最低的客房，且又有平台，在陽台上看不到全部的海麪，是最差的一間海景房間，入住后就找前台服務員要求換一個同類型的高層房間，但前台服務員就是不給換，說沒有了，高層衹有側麪能看到海景的，和預訂的房間不一樣，我們不同意，經過多次溝通，給調整到了一個正麪雖然能看到海但是窗戶打不開，且僅有側麪陽台的15樓的一個房間，房間雖然很大，但很舊，還美其名曰給我們升級了。我們不需要升級的大房間，我們衹要按預訂條件有海景的陽台房間，服務員就是說沒有，因為費用已經預交了，無法退回，又是晚上，在沒有其他辦法的情況下，衹好入住這個很大的沒有正麪海景陽台的，和預訂條件不符的房間，感覺很不舒服！由於語言不通，交流很困難，像是被騙的一樣！我們不能理解，這樣一個很大的酒店，共16層，有很多海景房間，初步估算同樣的房間有近六十個，但是就給你安排一個最差的房間，你要換就是沒有，反正你的錢也已經交了，也不給你退，愛住不住，太無法理解了，建議國內客人不要再預定這家酒店。

This place was really cheap for Miami Beach front room -- and you pretty much get what you pay for. This place was clearly AMAZING at some point in it's lifespan, but it needs some MAJOR updates. Some pros/cons: PROS - elevators are all updated and super fast, the location is pretty awesome -- it's in north beach but there is a FREE trolly that picks you up almost in front of the hotel that will take you to South beach, It is right on the beach, it's cheap, there is valet parking that is FREE (you still have to tip -- but you don't pay for your car to stay every night) -- REALLY good water pressure & hot water. CONS - the check in/front desk folks are SUPER rude and unfriendly!!! There are no good places to eat in the hotel, there was no ice machine, there were two small, thread bare towels and two small thread bare beach towels, There was no central ac in our room -- they had a mobile unit set up that vented out the window -- it was cool enough but not super great.

We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They need to update their website because the amenities are misleading. The restaurant is permanently closed and there is no bar. Pool is nice with an amazing view, but I would have enjoyed it more with a cocktail! (As was advertised on the website 😕)

位置不錯,離海灘、一些咖啡館和商店比較近。另一方面,物業和聲音條件不好,沒有或客服差。我們爲3名兒童和父母預訂了2間客房;具體要求是,客房彼此相鄰或至少在同一樓層,預訂時酒店確認,至少在同一樓層。到達後,我們發現房間儘可能分開;一個在一樓的一個角落,另一個在2樓的另一個角落,我浪費了第二天的一半時間在電話裏爭論,發送電子郵件/消息,等待迴應,等把房間換到同一樓層。物業裏沒有人可以幫助。牀上用品和設施的舒適是非常基本的。沒有合理的停車設施,也沒有物業的指示找到一個好的,我不得不自己找到一個大約20分鐘的步行距離,這是合理的。周圍的財產是骯髒的,沒有維護,甚至財產也沒有維護得很好,一些門(樓梯門)粘粘的,需要砰的一聲打開,不能由兒童操作。樓梯站立區塞滿了東西像裝修材料一樣,人行道沒有維護,空調的殘留水穿過人行道,等等這些可能是公寓租賃不適合作爲度假目的地租用。

空調溫度過冷，浴室設備很糟糕。
