我透過trip.com預訂了巴斯的這家飯店。我利用了該平台上的兩項促銷活動：購買鐵路卡 5.99 英鎊，火車票優惠 5 英鎊，兩者都需要在 26 天內透過 trip.com 預訂歐洲酒店。考慮到官網價格差不多，我就選擇了trip.com預訂。我為 1 位成人預訂了一間舒適的房間，不含早餐，價格為 113 英鎊。省錢小撇步：我使用TopCashback造訪trip.com，這次預訂獲得了7.67美元的回饋。我退房後，trip.com 立即觸發了 10.46 英鎊的折扣，我將其用於下一次購買火車票。

這家飯店屬於萬豪致敬系列，採用精品飯店風格。整棟建築的歷史可以追溯到 1739 年，擁有歷史悠久的外觀。飯店位置便利，距離羅馬浴場僅 3 分鐘步行路程，位於 Sally Lunn’s 對面。憑藉我的萬豪白金卡，即使是第三方預訂，酒店在匹配我們的帳戶後，還是給我們升級到了一樓較大的臨街房間，但不建議這樣做，因為可能會產生噪音。他們還提供免費的單點早餐。辦理入住時必須預訂早餐時段，我們選擇了上午 10 點的餐桌。早餐很豐富，餐廳氣氛迷人又可愛。體驗非常棒（最好的東西都是免費的！）。不幸的是，我沒有足夠的空間來拍攝更多照片，但稍後我會發布其中一張餐廳。
房間很小，是現代英倫風格的設計，根據牆上的海報，是電影主題的裝飾。所有的便利設施都提供了，當地品牌的盥洗用品可以在前台購買，兩瓶 25 英鎊。它們很不錯，但沒有什麼特別值得考慮帶回家的。迷你吧有咖啡、各種茶、半脫脂奶包和餅乾。瓶裝靜水是美觀的罐裝形式。

❌然而，這個地方有一些缺點......有點令人不安......我不確定我是否只是運氣不好。飯店走廊有些混亂，有一次我用自己的房卡不小心開錯了房門。奇怪的是，第二天十點左右，當我在浴室，我兒子在床上時，儘管門閂鎖好了，還是有人設法輕輕地打開了門，大概是看到我兒子在床上，然後關上了門。也許是家事人員想要打掃房間？無論如何，感覺很奇怪……說實話有點令人不安

訪訪客位置非常好，就在市中心，所有景點都可以步行前往。酒店前台的服務很熱情，賓至如。早餐是傳統的英式早餐，非常的紮實。入住時先給的一樓的房間，進去很重的黴味，燒水壺裡剩餘的水已經渾濁，去往前台，立刻給我們換了房間，並做了升級。新的房間很大，也很乾凈，氣味清新，窗外就是河景和巴斯古城，住的很開心，房間也打掃的一塵不染。另外，我們是家庭出行，前台見到我們説攜程預訂時衹訂了兩個大人，未提及孩子。好在我們訂的房型有沙發，入住後很快將小朋友的床鋪好了。以後去巴斯，還會選擇這家酒店。

Yyucym位置不太近火車站，大概20分鐘路程。但房間空間感極足！乾淨而且好大！！浴室水温有啲難控制，但熱水好夠熱！係英國温差咁大，夜晚好需要沖熱水涼😂
早餐係英式早餐，款式不算多，但好食，而且mini blueberry muffin 裡面有好多藍莓😋！
Holiday Inn Express 永遠都係有保証，唔會差！！

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

YYouyujunjunzi非常舒服的一次入住，酒店離巴斯市中心不遠，走走15、20分鐘左右就到了，整個酒店很有特色，是一棟老房子改建的，餐廳和小酒吧都很有特色。房間可以看到整個巴斯城，很美。

訪訪客Sold as a 5 star hotel and although it did look good from the outside,the inside was very dated and lacking tlc.the bathroom had what looked like black mould around the wall furniture and the sink had been covered in a wrap which was torn and some of the metal fixtures where corroded.the breakfast took over an hour as they seemed to take precedents over vips in the dining room who got food very quickly.from sitting down to receiving our breakfast took an hour both days.the staff where very apologetic but that does t make up for poor service and the quality was average.The Spa was also dated and the Gym was small with very little in it for a proper workout.

訪訪客Amazing value for money; simple selections of food, compact no frills chalets: could do with a bit of attention to detail with deep cleaning; decent bedding and towels, fantastic and varied entertainment generally throughout the day and late into the evening; most acts are really good. Nice to be able to set up to work remotely in the ballroom during the day and take in the fun that holiday makers are having. The Blue Coats are an engaging team. Drink prices are OK for a setting like this. We are 53 and 58 and on the younger scale of most holiday makers but whatever age, this adult only holiday park delivers quality for money hands down. Bus travels from the road outside the site to Weston Super Mare hourly during the day; beach is just a walk away down the site entrance. Taxi's are affordable if a comfi trip into town is wanted. Can imagine how amazing this establishment will be in summer (and they don't seem to hike the prices to eye watering levels during the warmer months). The range of themed weekday stays (4 days Mon-Fri) and weekend (Fri-Mon) are varied. We need to be in the WSM area for a couple of months - staying at various hotels / establishments, but now we have found Sand Bay, we have chosen to book here for several weeks back to back. For that reason, we have brought our own bedding with us, to personalise our chalet and make it more homely for our extended stay. Reception team are generally welcoming and efficient and Jade the holiday booking team member is ever so helpful. Well done Sand Bay!

缺點：其實所謂的Spa只是一個熱水池，沒有香味，也沒有什麼特別，不要期望太高。另外，我所訂的是。deluxe room，應該是最便宜的房間，結果，我被編配到一間傷殘人士專用的無障礙房間，廁所和浴室做不到乾濕分離，沒有浴缸，洗澡後整個廁所的地下都充滿水，而且廁所的牆身有霉菌和生鏽的痕跡，在要求了兩次後終於能夠轉換房間，但對於這個體驗，我真心是感到不滿意，如果用接近$2000港幣去居住一個五星級的酒店，我認為這間酒店的性價比不高。最初跟酒店職員要求更換房間，他說所有房間已經全滿，他聲稱能夠以優惠價100英鎊給我升級至套房，在視察環境後，我認為根本不值得，他只出原本進行升級應該是要給450英鎊才能夠進行升級，所以已經給我提供了解決方案。在我洗澡後，廁所的地下真的是完全充滿了水，而且我亦邀請他們親自來觀看牆身的無菌和花灑支架的生鏽痕跡，最終他們才給我成功轉換房間，他們說是有訪客沒有出現和確認不會來臨才會有房間，但他們這個處理我是感到不理想的。

訪訪客衞生還可以，但是視野不好，雖然我定的是景觀房，但是給的房間很一般。服務人員挺好的，還幫我把行李拿到房間，因為它電梯不到三層，有一層需要爬樓梯。我倆各説各的，他説的我聽不懂，我説的估計他也挺費勁。辦理入住的時候還趕上火警鈴響了，所以耽誤很久才到房間。
