Room was clean and comfortable if not to the level of modernity you would expect for the price. All fine but rooms and health suite could do with a facelift

Inconvenient location and nice staff The staff are quite friendly and nice. The location is... a bit hard to say. If you are a nature lover, u probably enjoy the walk in the neighborhood. There're hills and nice houses nearby. Around 5 min walk from the hotel, there's a nice track called Strathblane Railway Path. But if you want to get to the city centre, and you can't drive, you can only get there by a bus which is 50 min ride (note that it's 1 to 2 hour frequency). I waited for the bus at the buschanan bus station on Saturday at 7pm (it's scheduled at 7:10pm) and the bus went missing. I asked staff at the bus station and they told me to find the help desk but it was closed and the hotline was also shut down. I waited for the next bus at 8:35pm and luckily it did arrive. So make sure you check the bus schedule if you are going for a tour/taking train in the city centre!!!

入住古堡型酒店，前身是一間學校，一家四口剛好有家庭房，小孩很喜歡上下舖房，自己有獨立的空間和電視，飯店提供了很多不同的唐寧茶，有獨立浴缸，但令人緊張的是，水龍頭的水非常大，放水後不小心整個溢出來一些水到浴室地板，這時發現浴室地板因是古蹟改建並沒有消水孔，只好趕緊自行用浴巾吸到洗手台，建議飯店在入住時可以提醒或者在浴室放置提醒。早餐就是標準的蘇格蘭式早餐，整體來說，是一個很棒的住宿體驗。

可愛的酒店和美味的食物。我們喜歡位置和游泳池區和設施。我們唯一的問題是熱量。11月特別溫和,工作人員無法調節溫度。我們得到了一個塵土飛揚的風扇來對抗炎熱,但遺憾的是,當我們把它帶到工作人員那裏時,沒有人道歉,因爲我們不得不整晚都開着窗戶,試圖對抗炎熱。我知道這不是個人的錯,但良好的客戶服務會向客戶道歉,我們談到的4名員工中沒有一個人道歉,他們似乎也對此感到不滿。

房間乾淨，酒店很大。有個窗户正對紀念碑。看介紹有游泳池，但可惜是在對面大學的游泳池，衹有晚上七點，很匆忙趕過去很不方便有點遠。

飯店設有免費停車場，非常方便。 附近有加油站和Morrison超市。 員工很友好，但很遺憾，我們因為超過9:30才吃早餐，讓早餐服務員不高興了。 房間比較小，但很乾淨，只是空間不夠，放不下我們的兩個行李箱。如果房間大一些就完美了。

A good room and well worth it’s money (compared to the prices you have to pay for an accommodation in Edinburgh)! We had our own kettle, tea and coffee in our room, also the breakfast and the restaurant was great! The only flaw was that it was so far away from the city center and there aren’t many buses stopping near the accommodation, I should have researched that better. Besides that we had an amazing stay and I can recommend this place!

房間很大,乾淨,前台接待愉快,樂於助人。酒店休息室和用餐區很大,明亮。裝修單調,過時,到處都使用了難看的地毯和牆紙。 淋浴噴頭的混合閥佈置怪異,導致浴缸在淋浴時很快被充滿。旋轉玻璃淋浴門/偏轉器佈置使得淋浴噴頭無法防止噴頭噴到浴室地板上。浴室門沒有合適的手柄/鎖/鎖,只用磁鐵關閉。發現停車是一個恐怖的故事。所有常規的地方都被拿走了,剩下的是一片混亂。其他人都臨時湊合了,停在了他們能找到的車道沿線、草地等地方... 整個住宿期間,Wi-Fi無法正常工作。接待人員表示路由器可能“超載”。他們重置了路由器,但無濟於事。房間裏也沒有物理局域網下降。 我們花20英鎊買了一頓早餐,而早餐起初根本不存在(自助餐風格--幾乎空空如也的暖氣)。進入用餐區時,人少但很多...大多數桌子都覆蓋着髒盤子、餐具等...經過長時間的等待,食物滴出來後,同時我們不得不尋找咖啡(INSTANT咖啡做成濃咖啡)。實際的食品提供一旦出現就沒問題,但是很多項目都是重新加熱的預包裝項目,幾乎沒有健康(水果,純酸奶等...)選項。

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who travel by train. Stuff do not mind to give me me the new room as the first provided room smells a little weird, making me and my friend feel uncomfortable. I have never seen any hotel using the heater for the towels. I like it

我真的很喜歡我的住宿艾倫公園。這樣一個不錯的舒適家庭的地方。非常寬敞的房間,有你需要的一切,工作人員真的很樂於助人,友好,舒適的休息室,有壁爐。我唯一建議增加的是浴室門上的毛巾掛鉤。將來會喜歡住在這裏,強烈推薦給任何人。
