房間大小合適,空間合理,有迷你冰箱,但房間裏沒有茶和咖啡或水壺。您可以在一樓免費獲得咖啡,茶,菠蘿汁,熱水和冰水。每天早上,你會得到一個迷你羊角麪包,一個甜甜圈,和一包水給每個人。我注意到歐洲很多旅行者不遵守酒店房間的禁菸規定,所以這家酒店的分體式空調是一個加分,因爲你不必與鄰居分享香菸或煙霧。這家酒店就在塔拉戈納鎮,距離火車站步行10分鐘,塔拉戈納市場就在酒店前面,附近有蘭布拉新星。記得帶上泳衣,享受美麗的海灘,距離酒店僅15分鐘步行路程。總的來說,我在這裏住得很開心。

第一次入住這個房間在巴塞隆拿呆了很多年，但是這是第一次入住的這個房間位置上十分方便在綠線的地鐵站，幾個站就到了，巴塞隆拿的市區。整體上房間都不錯，房間很大床位也挺好的，大堂那裡有免費的咖啡和牛奶，也有好幾張辦公桌十分的方便，唯一的缺點是花灑的水流太慢了，這個希望酒店可以改進，但是他的浴池水倒是挺快的。

埃爾帕索酒店 (Hotel El Paso) 靠近公園。房間寬敞乾淨。工作人員非常友好。餐廳菜單很豐富，但晚餐時間只有一小時，早餐時間只有四十分鐘，實在太有限了，尤其是帶孩子出遊的話。熱食排隊也很長，我對此很不滿。不過，如果你要在公園待兩天，這裡還是值得的。

總的來說非常好，他們允許我延遲退房並換了我的房間，因為它不是一張雙人床，正如 Trip.com 的描述中所述，其中還說有一個浴缸，但沒有。

Top hotel , a proximité de la plage , commerces, restaurants...
Top Accueil , rien a dire.
Excellent Petit déjeuner, très généreux, variés.
Isolation phonique entre les chambres médiocre.
Rooftop non accessible à tous , sauf aux membres ou chambres premium. Donc ne soyez pas séduit par les photos comme moi 😄

我們在NM酒店的經歷是非常棒的,工作人員的友使我們從一開始就覺得自己像在家裏。在離海灘和中心的距離很近,我們可以享受阿羅海灘所擁有的一切,不需要汽車。此外,這對動物愛好者來說是完美的場所;我們和兩個狗一起旅行,他們非常受歡迎。
,設施寬,現代,一切都是不錯的。街上停車很容易舒適。早餐很不錯,有的選擇讓我們的入住更加快。
唯一可以改善的方面是WiFi連接,有時是弱的,但這並沒有讓我們的總體經驗加深。

這間酒店簡直好的太過分，賓至如歸的服務，房間很大很乾淨，入住兩晚都住得非常舒適。早餐晚餐選擇非常豐富，也很好味。入住兩晚所有事情都很滿意。
與酒店合作的停車場位置有點遠，但酒店都會提供免費接駁車。

訪訪客On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

訪訪客A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

從圖片和先前的評論來看，一切似乎都好得令人難以置信…
到達時感覺一般，我必須詢問該怎麼去我被分配到的房間（通常至少會有一名接待人員指引你）
到達我的房間（104）一樓。
打開門，來到一個明亮通風的房間，我的第一個想法是這太可愛了。
放下行李，洗了個澡，事情就開始變糟了……讓我解釋一下……
現在我知道這不是五星級的，但如果我完全誠實的話，我住過更乾淨的二星級酒店...
對於一家四星級飯店來說，清潔工對細節的關注遠低於標準。
淋浴門上覆蓋著水垢（用點力氣就能輕鬆除掉）
淋浴門外緣有黴菌和污物（見圖）
水槽邊的磁磚上到處都是濺出的痕跡（就像牙膏留下的痕跡）
水槽排水不良（似乎被堵塞了）
踢腳板肯定已經好幾個星期/幾個月沒有擦過了
所有標準/基本設施都是你期望任何一家酒店，尤其是四星級酒店所具備的，還是說我很挑剔？
然後我打電話給前台要了一些牛奶，這樣我就可以泡一杯咖啡了（房間裡有水壺）
接待員說他們沒有新鮮牛奶，只有「粉袋裝」的牛奶，是我喝過的味道最難聞的牛奶（就像嬰兒奶粉/普通牛奶）
顯然餐廳關門了，所以他們無法進去喝新鮮牛奶？
接待員建議我去超市，距離飯店步行 25 分鐘即可到達🤦♀️
碰巧的是，接待處外面有一台咖啡機，所以我發現自己趕緊下樓去買了一台。 （不是最方便的，但我們繼續前進）
我曾在傳單上看到廣告說有一家屋頂餐廳，但是當我詢問時，它似乎已經不存在了？
該餐廳僅在早餐時間開放，所以沒有食物提供，甚至沒有小吃？但他們宣傳客房服務，所以不確定具體如何運作？
室外游泳池關閉了，這很好，但你甚至不能坐在躺椅上，因此......除了酒店外沒有地方可坐。
真可惜，所有這些小問題都讓它失去了作為一家廣告中所說的四星級酒店的形象。
現在說說正面的一面...
從房間看到的海景很美
它就在馬路對面，有幾英里長的沙灘
附近有幾家不錯的餐廳，從中午 12 點開始供應早午餐/晚餐，價格合理。
該地區本身非常安靜，對於單獨旅行者來說感覺足夠安全。

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

飯店的早餐非常美味，飯店餐廳的晚餐也非常棒。
淋浴間有點漏水，但沒什麼特別的。
P.S.：餐飲方面，我推薦 La Vue 和 Docle Vita 披薩店。

DDr. Julio Bernal起初我有點擔心飯店的位置。但事實證明我的擔心是多餘的。飯店離火車站很近（步行20分鐘）。酒店周圍有很多餐飲選擇。設施維護得很好（桑拿/泳池）。房間寬敞舒適。酒吧的營業時間需要改進。他們晚上11點就關門了。除非你走至少10分鐘，否則連瓶水都買不到。以下幾點可以改進，方便往後的旅客：1. 大廳工作人員的態度應該反映飯店的品牌形象。前台有一位員工（我不知道他的名字，大概30多歲的男性……）對著另一位同事大聲嚷嚷，完全不顧周圍有沒有客人。真是既不友善也不專業。 2. 大廳的洗手間需要好好維護。有些馬桶和水龍頭是壞的。除了這些小問題，如果你想住在巴塞隆納郊外，這家飯店還是非常不錯的選擇。

優點:清潔服務好,自助餐大部分時間都還可以,酒店位置離海邊很近。
最大的缺點是“全包”,絕對不能與土耳其全包相比。首先,支付全包費用的遊客在迷你酒吧裏得不到任何東西,甚至沒有水。您可以從酒吧從飲水機獲得水,但您必須有自己的瓶子。此外,他們的“全包”不包括酒吧的許多飲料,以及主酒吧附近的餐廳和大海。“全包”冰淇淋是一個笑話,而不是普通的冰淇淋,你得到的只有2或3個基本冰淇淋的最小版本,所有其他你需要支付。另外,“小吃吧”位於酒店外面,食物本身也不算太差,但相當基本,面積很小,靠近兒童游泳池。對於海灘毛巾,你需要提供10歐元的現金押金,如果你想在海灘上帶傘的躺椅,你需要支付25歐元一天的使用。海灘上的酒店酒吧也是非“全包”的。
因此,在所有酒店的位置中,您只能在2個酒吧和1個“小吃酒吧”+自助餐中使用您的全包福利。
總體來說酒店還不錯但不好
只會建議去那裏有選擇牀+早餐,並支付其餘的餐點和飲料。它會便宜,你不會感覺像一個局外人或乞,在酒店周圍詢問你可以在哪裏吃飯。因爲我們就是這樣感覺的。
