La ubicacion perfecta, todo muy limpio, el servicio muy bueno, los desayunos abundantes y variable, confusion cuando entras al comedor porque no te ariende nadie, y no sabes si sentarte o esperar.

Muy buena ubicación, a solo 5 minutos andando de la zona más céntrica.
Habitaciones cómodas, y personal amable
Nuestro vuelo salia tarde y nos guardaron las maletas todo el día e incluso nos dejaron pegarnos una ducha en la zona de spa.

有意大利設計裝飾的精心重建的建築,有聖安東科景觀的游泳池,享受主教風。
餐廳也看到海邊有有趣的菜單,有高爾米靈感,餐廳服務水平還不如提議的菜單水平,肯定會有所改善。

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

Fffcc18Ottina struttura, ottima posizione. Servizi buoni, personale gentile. Unico pelo nell'uovo, il personale della reception non è stato il massimo della cortesia per un problema che poi in realtà ha risolto efficacemente questo sito si prenotazione.

訪訪客A good hotel, perfectly located for different boat trips from Palau. We booked the junior suite, a very nice room with a big balcony. The people working at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be definately better if the hotel wants to keep a high standard. They offer too low quality food and too much sweet stuff. But in general, a very nice hotel I can definately recommend.

IIncoronata De DominicisChe dire un Villaggio bellissimo , La prenotazione per visitare l’isola di Tavolara con Matteo è stata rapidissima a parte la connessione lenta😅 persona molto professionale, complimenti per tutto il complesso , veramente un panorama mozzafiato , non ho provato là vostra cucina lo farò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. 酒店有隻貓狗隨便走走,都非常友好,玩的很開心!!!
至於房間,對於3人房間來說,它相當大。廁所很乾淨,設施足夠。淋浴頭的水壓有時有點弱,但仍然可以。牀足夠舒適。然而,周圍有相當多的昆蟲飛來飛去(我假設主要是因爲酒店的位置靠近海灘和沙區)。
酒店的餐廳相當不錯!晚餐菜單種類繁多,但菜餚的供應取決於當天。至於早餐,提供相當多的食物,如水果拼盤,十字花科,酸奶,麥片和飲料的選擇。工作人員也很友好,英語理解得足夠好,當我們問某事時,他們會很有幫助。酒店面積很小,但說實話,只夠短暫停留。

FFlyTorpedo酒店很乾淨,前台的工作人員很熱情,樂於助人!早餐一般。停車每天15歐元,但附近街上可以找到免費停車場。
酒店離港口約1.3km,早上9:30到晚上7點每小時有班車送你過去,可以步行,但走回去要爬上山
我們的房間正對着主幹道,一些摩托車很吵。
同樣有趣的是,他們爲重新填充水瓶收取(2歐元左右),聲稱這是爲了幫助環境,而你可以在商店購買不到1歐元的水。我們住在不同的酒店,他們有類似的政策。感覺這是以環保的名義賺錢,如果真的是爲了環保,我建議提供免費補註

EE.Z.Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese.
Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente.
Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia…
Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi.
Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi.
Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.
