酒店位置優越:中間,但靜靜的角落,沒有道路噪音,但步行到中心可以到處走路,附近有電車站和很多商店,城市的歷史部分也在步行可用。明天很棒,隨便品味。所有新鮮美味,每天人人都要把水放到房間裏。房間裏有茶,茶,咖啡,糖,冰箱。住了2晚。住得很開心。

説實話，性價比不高，真的貴啊！同價格在國內可以住很棒了!

這家酒店設施非常一般，房間小而舊，相當於國內鄉鎮火車站附近的旅店水平，（雖然我沒住過，可以想象得出來的簡陋）。我訂的房間還是高級城景房，當我看到房間的那一刻起，我驚呆了，我質問前台“where is the city view”。他笑了，指着窗外的路說可能這就是城景。唯一可圈可點的是前台的態度吧，還友好地指點了怎麼去沙灘上玩。還有的就是地理位置位於古城內，但沒必要住在古城裡。古城離市區很近，10分鐘步行，去那裡住吧，那很多好的地方。

環境不錯，就在鎮上，自駕需要開進來，門口有個小停車位，房間就跟圖一樣，睡着舒服，也安靜！早餐也不錯，非常豐富！老闆人很好，當時我朋友過敏嚴重，他幫我們叫了車送去最近的醫院了，好評，會推薦！

酒店位於海邊和岸邊。早餐健康多樣,有菜,子,水果。對我來說很重要,有個健身房,有巡迴演出,跑道,還有20公的。有免費的桑拿。房間打掃的很好。工作人員友好。
由於缺點,哈馬斯工作不好,而且有奇怪的規則,不能從商店裏帶到餐室,並訂購貨物

AannaThe location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

我入住時，他們升級了房間，住得非常舒適。
泳池寬敞乾淨，私人海灘也很漂亮。
我也很喜歡這裡的乾淨衛生。如果睡得早，外面的音樂可能會有點煩人，但聲音不至於吵到我睡不著。
隔音效果似乎不錯。
餐點不錯，提供米飯和麵包，外面的飲料和小吃也都是免費的。

Porto Spa Resort delivered a fantastic stay overall! **The location is prime**—steps from the beach and within walking distance to the city center. **The breakfast setting was a highlight**: the restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lavish buffet including fresh fruits, artisan breads, and local delicacies. The hotel’s ambiance blends modern design with lush gardens, and the spa facilities were perfect for unwinding. The only minor issue was a **slight new-renovation odor in some rooms**, so those sensitive to smells may want to request a well-ventilated room in advance. Beyond that, the attentive service and top-notch amenities make this resort a solid choice for a relaxing getaway!

訪訪客Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

我們選擇的是全包服務，早餐供應時間為早上7點至10點，之後的早餐供應時間為上午10點至11點。
午餐供應時間為下午12:30至下午2:30，選擇豐富，有麵包、吐司、麥片、各種肉類、火腿、雞肉、煎蛋捲、新鮮香腸，甚至還有傳統的土耳其軟糖。酒店食物種類多。晚餐設有烹飪台，每天都有不同的菜餚，包括烤雞、烤羊肉、意麵、雞肉串、烤雞、肉丸、薯條、湯等，選擇豐富，還有各種甜點，包括起司蛋糕、瑞士捲、水果、蘋果、香蕉、橙子、巧克力慕斯。
晚餐也提供各種湯、麵包、煎餅等等。
飯店也提供一份減肥菜單。下午3點到4點，我在酒吧區，提供沙拉、咖啡和蛋糕。
酒吧從上午10點到晚上11點提供免費飲品，服務很棒，雞尾酒包含在內，但只提供半品脫啤酒，雖然我覺得這很奇怪。
餐桌服務總是會加滿飲料，不需要在酒吧排隊，他們非常友好，餐廳工作人員也很棒，會把水送到餐桌上。
前台24小時開放，大門有保安，只有飯店客人才能進入。飯店內提供水療中心，價格非常昂貴，其他地方有很多更划算的選擇。飯店內有一家商店。計程車站就在外面，從機場到飯店搭計程車18英鎊，回來12英鎊。附近有很多酒吧、餐廳和購物中心，如果找工作的話，還可以找到牙醫。
