土耳其安塔利亞省的沙灘酒店

這家酒店很棒，德國管理，這不言而喻。這不是我第一次入住這家酒店。 12月的價格還不錯，到了旺季，酒店當然貴了。房間很棒，一切正常，房間有陽台，房間有網絡。酒店很漂亮，大堂有舒適的沙發和扶手椅。餐廳的食物無可挑剔，我吃了半膳。食物的選擇很棒，一切都很美味。大海就在附近，馬路對麪。中心也很近，一公裏多一點。我推薦酒店。

对房间大小和其他服务不是很满意。我订的房间包括早餐和晚餐。以最小的传播设置早餐。晚餐也设置了只有三个选项可供选择。

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

這已經不是第一次住這家酒店了。就像服務總是高端的。要求選擇房間,去看,選擇了比較喜歡的。大家清理清理,早上送水。景色很美。早餐喜歡。晚餐變得更糟,選擇較少,對於這個類別的酒店來說相當缺。很喜歡溫泉,員工,特別是非俄語非常熱情(哥薩克女孩大聲溝通,仍然令人不快的沉)。游泳池附近也好好躺着,陽台上有舒適的牀位,這次有大尺寸的新軟子,爲什麼沒有淋浴帽和麪刷,不清楚有時候吃,有時候不吃。很高興能得到酒店的讚美-一盤水果和一瓶酒。非常感謝,一定會回來的。很高興員工對要求反應非常快。很多俄語。

Deniz ve konum çok güzel çam ağaçlarının İçinde bir Tesis. Keyif ile konakladık. Bir daha gidebiliriz..

這間飯店是民宿，主人很友善，早餐好吃，而且飯店有游泳池。從飯店去景點/坐輕軌也很近 ，作短住一兩天也不錯的選擇。 因為第二天我們要很早就去坐車 ，主人很好 ，可以讓我們在入住當天早上先享用，欣賞他的彈性。

在這家美妙的度假村的體驗非常成功。酒店不算現代化，但乾淨整潔。工作人員樂於助人，致力於提供最佳服務。度假村提供一日三餐，菜餚種類豐富、美味可口，適合所有國籍的客人。 大廳設有咖啡廳和麵包店，營業至晚上11點，免費。 泳池寬敞漂亮，還有一個附專用遊樂區的兒童泳池。 說到海灘，安塔利亞的海灘通常並非純淨的沙灘，而是有一些小石頭。不過，這家度假村的海灘比鄰近的度假村乾淨得多。 我的體驗獨特而美好。

Потрясающий отель с шикарными видами и морем, номер у нас был огромный с видом на море, тихий и спокойный, обслуживание потрясающее, спасибо за отличный отпуск

Были с мамой в июле 2025 года. Отличный отель, номера с новым ремонтом ( коридоры без обновления), ежедневно проводилась уборка. У бассейна можно полежать, только если прийти до 9 утра- потом гости оставляют полотенца, занимая таким образом, и уходят. Зато на пляже лежаков предостаточно, стоят не вплотную друг к другу. На пляже работает бар (из алкоголя только пиво), в определенное время лепешки турецкие и вафли. Также есть pool -bar с возможностью пообедать там же. К сожалению, вечером работает только бар в лобби( поэтому сильная загруженность там, но бармены стараются, всё делают хорошо), он же круглосуточный бар. Из анимации хотелось бы сказать спасибо Марьям, позитивная и вежливая девушка, всегда уведомляла о мероприятиях и приглашала ненавязчиво. В целом отель хороший, но довольно тихий, семейный. По вечерам различные шоу-программы. Все сотрудники хорошо говорят на английском.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!
