入住過程很快。我們期待着住在這裏,因爲我們剛從卡塔赫納來到莫維奇,這很棒。不幸的是,巴蘭基亞的莫維奇很累。我們走到房間,走廊地毯很髒,我們訂了套房,是個地堡,有一個小小窗戶,看起來好幾年沒打掃過,房間裏的傢俱都破舊了,死植物,地板磚破了。窗外一看,看不到景色,看着生鏽的老空調機組,我們確實走下樓,拒絕房間,我會說感覺酒店處理了情況。他們給了我們一個更高的樓層套房經理和另外兩名工作人員走到第一個房間和第二個房間,並承認需要更好地清潔。他們安排了一頓晚餐。在接下來的幾天裏,你看到打掃地板的努力,因爲我們可以在走廊裏聽到他們一大早就吸塵。我會說這家酒店的食物很棒。這是我們在該國14天住宿中最好的。

A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

I like the place but ., When I booked price include everything and the in the check in I have to pay more :(

入住超級慢,前台接待1人就讓辦理入住浪費了很大的時間。房間還可以,有點陳舊了。淋浴的水花了很多年才熱,有時甚至沒有很熱。早餐還可以,不是驚人的,但有你期望的大部分,儘管餐廳本身沒有氛圍,與大堂一樣,不是一個好地方。大平原簡單區域。對國家來說沒有什麼難以捉摸的..或城市或文化..悲傷的地方。牀很好,枕頭也很好。迷你酒吧塞滿了。

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。 2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。 3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。 4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。 5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。 6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.
