El hotel está bien ubicado, a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto y unos 25 del centro de la ciudad. Hay un centro comercial a 10 minutos a pie del hotel, con opciones para comprar y comer y hasta un supermercado. Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas, la cama muy cómoda, con menú de almohadas. La ducha con excelente presión. El buffet del desayuno me encantó. No puedo comer gluten y siempre me dieron opciones, simpre atentos a que estuviera bien. Hay zumos de fruta naturales, diversos tipos de leche, incluida leche de almendras, huevos al gusto, opciones típicas de colombia e internacionales. El personal del restaurante es muy amble. Empezando por la hostess Ingrid que siempre saluda con una sonrisa. Mención también a Luz, muy amable. En la cocina a Wilmar Peña. En el bar a Nicolas y en la Recepción a Ani. Gracias!

法蘭達飯店是波哥大北部不錯的住宿選擇。然而，由於撰寫此評論時（2023年7月）道路施工，前往飯店有些不便。房間設施一般。飯店宣傳有三溫暖房，但實際上並沒有。健身房也令人失望。餐廳看起來很漂亮，但自助早餐的擺放方式不太理想，感覺很擁擠，而且早餐選擇也很少。

房間很好，每天都有咖啡，洗漱用品的替換，但是沒有牙膏，不過酒店有瓶裝水，服務人員很熱情，周邊有吃飯的，距離中餐廳也很近，也有熱水，也有小暖扇，還有毛毯，早餐也很豐盛

The room is a little bit old, and feels somehow cold.
But the service is top, my big thanks to all people working there.
They were very effective also for a couple of not standard requests.

El hotel tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y sale cada 40 minutos pero de igual forma hay que avisar en la recepción, las instalaciones soy muy bonitas y limpias, la ubicación excelente al frente de la estación Modelia, además tiene al lado un Oxxo, el precio fue bueno, el desayuno fue bueno y variado. Lo que No me gustó que después que llegué me cobraron un impuesto sorpresa, adicional a la noche de hotel de 16$ aprox, y no me explicaron de qué y tampoco me dieron factura. Sugiero explicarlo en letras grandes en las condiciones de compra.

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

888hanman五星級好評！這家飯店明明是二星級飯店，但地點卻無可挑剔。飯店對面就是Transmilenio Museo輕軌站，可以方便前往城北，去機場也更快捷，車資3,200披索（計程車約4萬比索）。車站前面有售票處。飯店緊鄰獨立公園（Parque de la Independencia），那裡是散步的好去處，公園裡有鬥牛場和天文館（從飯店就能看到天文館和博物館，如果您的房間不朝向天文館，每層樓都有休息室，可以同時欣賞到博物館和公園的景色）。飯店也緊鄰哥倫比亞國家博物館（Museo de Nacional de Colombia）。步行兩個街區即可到達聖菲步行街（Carrera 7），那裡有各種各樣的商店和餐廳（繞著酒店走到主街，然後往南走）。步行15-20分鐘（1英里）即可到達黃金博物館，再走5分鐘即可到達玻利維亞廣場，然後向東步行15-20分鐘即可到達蒙塞拉特山。
房間：乾淨，考慮到房間大小和價格，空間足夠放置物品，有保險箱，但沒有冰箱和咖啡機，比較簡陋。床是雙人床，但實際上更像美式特大床，對我來說太硬了。溫度控制只有空調，所以即使關掉空調，房間（1501）還是有點冷。浴室有吹風機，雖然簡單但空間足夠，淋浴間有熱水淋浴（只有雨淋式花灑，沒有手持花灑）。床邊有幾個USB-A介面和電源插座，但我們的插座壞了。書桌旁邊也有一個電源插座。
安保不錯，主入口有保安，電梯需要房卡才能進入樓層。
前台：令人驚訝的是，作為一家國際品牌飯店，大多數員工不會說英語，但他們都很友善熱情。我的西班牙語很差，他們的英語也很有限，所以我們溝通起來沒有任何問題。前台還幫我們提前辦理了入住，並讓我們選擇較高的樓層。
餐飲：我的房費包含早餐，食物種類豐富，品質尚可，有肉類/雞蛋、糕點、米飯、湯、冷盤/起司、有時還有馬鈴薯、大約10種不同的水果、4種不同的優格、幾種果汁和咖啡。果汁品質參差不齊，有時是真正的果汁，有時是水，有時是果汁飲料。早餐在Qceveche餐廳供應，就在大廳旁邊，餐廳不大，但有戶外座位區，也供應午餐、晚餐和各種飲料。我們在那裡吃了晚餐，食物不錯，價格比外面略貴，但對於酒店餐廳來說還算合理（我們住在聖瑪爾塔的AC Marriott酒店，那裡的食物價格比Qceveche貴50%）。
設施：無，沒有健身房或游泳池。提供行李寄存服務。飯店大門旁設有計程車服務台（我提前一天預訂了前往大火車站搭乘旅遊列車前往鹽教堂的車票，司機準時等候，價格也比預期/一般計程車費用低）。
總的來說，飯店提供舒適乾淨的房間、美味的早餐、絕佳的地理位置和優質的服務。我會再入住。

訪訪客I really wanted to like this place. I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

訪訪客The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies.
Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

AAmybellOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

MMileKrumina我和媽媽一起住這家酒店,離機場真的很近,離“El campin stadium”transmilenio站幾個街區,還有幾米遠的購物中心。我住了一個星期三,所以沒有太多的音樂,但我能看出週末怎麼聲音很大,因爲附近有很多俱樂部。早餐很好,房間也還好。我必須說,這家酒店感覺更像汽車旅館或民宿,因爲它非常基本。沒有裝飾或任何邀請的生活區,所以只適合一兩個晚上,但不適合度假。沒有電梯,也沒有男人可以搬行李,所以我媽媽把我的行李箱搬到三樓,前台接待員和我搬了大行李到房間,水壓很大,酒店有熱水。還有衛星電視,有英語和西班牙語的選項。我不知道酒店工作人員是否說英語,因爲我說西班牙語。總的來說,這是很好的,因爲該地區是安全的,靠近我想去的大多數地方,如Monserrate。
