我們非常喜歡在伯明翰萊昂納多皇家酒店的住宿體驗！從我們踏入飯店的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情友善。房間一塵不染，現代時尚，超級舒適——是放鬆度假的完美選擇。飯店位置也十分理想，位於市中心，步行即可到達所有景點。早餐美味可口，選擇豐富。無可挑剔－我們一定會再光臨。這是一家各方面都非常棒的飯店！ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

酒店房間裏的隔音 不太好 因為會聽到外面汽車聲音和 凌晨兩點至五點，聽到鳥兒唱歌的聲音 因為這間酒店最高的樓層是七樓 我住在五樓比較好， 因為服務員第一次編排房間比我時， 7樓711房号，還要是最尾的房間 當你進入七樓711房， 你會看見好污糟，有大量吸煙的味道 當時我沒有影相，立即去反映， 我已經購買酒店時， 在備註註明：不要角落的房間， 我是四點鐘來check in 為什麼要比一間尾房我， 當向職員投訴的 職員立即更換了五樓近樓梯位置， 就是以下的照片裏的五樓房間 比較乾淨，沒有煙味的，我覺得合適， 酒店的早餐，非常豐富， 我訂購時，酒店送了兩個免費早餐給我

不幸的是，這家酒店除了位置好之外，一無是處。 我到達的時候，排隊的人很多，這在當時來說很奇怪——當時是晚上8點半左右。電梯裡很暗，讓人感到壓抑，房間裡更是令人沮喪。 房間裡瀰漫著一股像嘔吐物一樣難聞的氣味。地板看起來很髒。浴室的地板也是一樣，角落也很髒。待在房間裡，我覺得很不乾淨。 電視很好，因為它是智慧電視，所以我想看什麼就看什麼。 牆壁薄得像紙一樣，我聽到任何聲音，以及牆上插座裡插電的聲音。門砰的一聲關上，整晚都很煩人。 牆紙很舊，上面覆蓋著一層層油漆。 沒有空調，我進去的時候暖氣還開著。 床是我睡過的最糟糕的床。彈簧整晚都在戳我，我幾乎沒睡。 也沒有吹風機，所以我沒用到淋浴。 如果你預算非常緊張，你可以住在這裡，但我相信你能找到比這裡更便宜的愛彼迎。

乾淨 設施很新 建築內外都很有高級感 但是外強中乾 服務與價格不匹配 1000多一晚的酒店居然給四合一的快捷酒店沐浴露 非常摳門味道也很差… 床品粗糙 與酒店價位不匹配 身體不適僅要求延遲退房一小時 前台同意後又敲門説衹能半小時 服務邏輯混亂體驗不好

一如既往，這次入住體驗非常棒！這裡的工作人員總是盡心盡力，超乎預期。因為我的伴侶拄著拐杖，我們需要一間稍微大一點的房間，他們甚至安排我們住進了之前住過的房間！飯店設施非常乾淨，我和我的伴侶在這裡感到非常舒適、安全和開心，下次還會再來！枕頭、床都很舒服，浴室的淋浴和浴缸也很棒，牆上的盥洗用品聞起來很香。我們週四還會再來！ :)

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were simply amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well looked after. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was greeted with a warm smile that immediately set the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The layout was thoughtful, with everything I needed right at hand — from charging points to great lighting and a well-designed workspace. The bathroom was immaculate and felt almost brand new, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries provided. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Snow Hill Station and the city centre, which made exploring Birmingham so convenient. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, so I was able to completely relax after a busy day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and professional. The communal areas are bright, clean, and inviting — you can tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything to a high standard. Every interaction I had, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely pleasant and left me impressed by how well the team works together to deliver a top-notch guest experience. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the dining area looked lovely and well organized, with plenty of seating and a calm, friendly vibe. I could easily see why so many guests enjoy it. In every way, the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill went above and beyond. The combination of excellent service, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location make it one of the best value stays in Birmingham. Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
