匿匿名用戶I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review.
The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room.
Pros:
1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern.
2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C.
3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that.
4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away.
5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious.
Cons:
1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms.
2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque.
3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak.
4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard.
5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone.
6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating.
7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric.
8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account.
Overall:
I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

訪訪客Great place, well maintained, with swimming pools, its own rice paddies!, marvelous service. We've been here for one night, but had to regret our plan did not let us stay longer. Our objective was to trek Ijen, which is just 30 minutes away from here. The frontdesk can help you with the driver, the health check, tickets and supplying breakfast in a box. However, there is much more on site and around to make a longer stay enjoyable.

LLidaren727房間整體乾淨衞生，入住的時候知道我們要早起去火山，還提前準備了早餐盒。美中不足的是退房的時候鬧了一點小烏龍。因為之前住的酒店有蚊子，來到這裏也點了蚊香，結果退房的時候讓我們交罰款。交涉了好久，才搞定，體驗稍微差點。酒店早餐不錯

SShawn-Wong這家酒店超乎想象，一定要預留2天，第一天入住後體驗酒店的活動和夜間，第二天坐穿梭車去旁邊的動物園。酒店的每一項活動一定都要參加，定不定Safari房間沒太大區別，在大堂都可以看，如果要定就要面對泳池左手邊的房間，可以看到更多動物。
另外再去酒店的路上有很多人在路邊賣胡蘿蔔，記得一定要多買一點，這樣你跟小朋友就自己可以拿去喂那些動物了，否則房間裏衹配幾根胡蘿蔔也不能再多買。
酒店對面的Enchanting forest也可以去，雨林散步很有意思。

Aawiy1這是我第一次帶寶寶開車遊，我們選瑪瑯美爵酒店是因為它口碑極佳，評價也很好。很高興這次體驗完全符合預期。
我們入住的房間乾淨整潔，還能欣賞到壯麗的山景。剛到的時候，我們被安排到的房間還在打掃中，但酒店工作人員很快發現了錯誤並立即進行了更換。我們還要求提供嬰兒床，酒店也很快就送來了，沒有任何問題。
浴室裡備有完整的盥洗用品，衣架也很多。淋浴水壓強勁，非常舒適。
入住期間，我使用了飯店的健身房和游泳池。健身房設施齊全，配備了深蹲架、全套啞鈴、拉力器和兩張臥推凳。游泳池水溫適宜，讓人感覺非常舒適。
我們的房費包含早餐，早餐種類豐富。整個入住期間，飯店服務人員都非常熱情周到。我覺得咖啡吧的咖啡師需要更多訓練來提升卡布奇諾的製作水平，不過目前來說也還可以接受。
以後我一定還會入住這家飯店。我還附上了一些照片，希望能幫助其他正在考慮預訂這家旅館的朋友。再次感謝瑪瑯美居酒店團隊提供的優質服務！

訪訪客我們抵達時已經是半夜，附近沒什麼吃飯的地方，還好飯店餐廳是24小時供應！ 早餐有自助吧，游泳池乾淨，距離巴士站（Brawijaya站）車程六分鐘，火車站及租借機車點約15分鐘車程。

AAowupimengwang在泗水，想用較低預算入住優質酒店，這家會是絕佳選擇。酒店區位優越，距離市中心僅3‑5公里，可便捷抵達核心景點與大型購物中心。由此出發前往布羅莫火山，還能繞開市區擁堵路段。
整體性價比十分出眾，硬件配置對標國內新式酒店。床品與枕頭舒適度出色，客房配備品質礦泉水，衞浴淋浴體驗良好。前台工作人員待人親和，溝通體驗舒心。建築整體設計觀感極佳。十分推薦到訪泗水的遊客入住，尤其適合看重高性價比出行的旅客。
