房間還不錯,但是沒有乾的東西,沒有說謊。使用開發:拿起掛,燒焦,掛在所有可能的表面,打開風。哦,天花板:從熱中救出來,但不準確。我發現空調在我們的105號房間裏沒有工作,看起來不是噴泉,但沒有外人眼睛,除非窗下的人可以走路。
食物正常,但單調。最後一天吃了菜(),這真是太好了。甜食沒有(更確切地說,有兩種水果和蛋糕)。也許在“季節”不一樣,我們是在3月底。

我在季風季節去了,旅捨不得不採取預防措施,防止任何洪水,蓋上巨大的蓋子,使它看起來像是在建設中。所以,如果你在季風季節去,如果它不像照片,不要感到驚訝。我沒有抱怨,至少它防止了洪水。工作人員都很棒,非常好,只是不是無現金的旅館,所以一切都通過他們的應用程序。我在非高峯期去了,所以沒有太多的旅館氛圍,人們大多堅持自己的團體。除了幾個咖啡館外,旅館周圍沒什麼東西,但有一個非常平靜和放鬆的環境。步行5分鐘即可到達曼德雷姆海灘,在那裏你可以步行*****完整的海灘去阿拉姆博爾,也去甜水湖。總而言之,服務和清潔度都很棒,位置還可以,除了一個小游泳池外設施不多。

Nice hotel with very nice common areas. The room is fine with a balcony, but there were some ”details” that were not taken care of, such as the sheets were very old (with patched holes, quite sad) and, for example, the toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. We had to call for them to bring us some.
Very good breakfast and very helpful staff.
In general a good place to stay.

首先,這個角色很精緻,從入口開始,我們已經與誰交往,禮貌,微笑,真誠的幫助,並儘可能滿足你的所有適當的需求-只是一個槍,一個大面積的景象。我們只來了一晚與家人,這是被迫停留,但對酒店沒有關係,早上在早餐上我們準備了最好的奶,然後我們問了,沒有可可,小夥子甚至不知道是什麼,谷歌了,我們都做了!地域很美,去海灘的路很美,房間也很美!沙灘上的沙子很小,像雪一樣尖叫,簡直就是天堂!!
需要特別注意的缺點是:
1.房間的地板很髒,我們晚點來了,放了孩子,洗了個,到房間裏去,早上看了他們的腳和。老爲了玩笑,拿起手帕,在地板上玩了-最好不要看到🤣
2.游泳池很乾淨,水池本身有不同的深度,非常舒適-但是,在兒童,較小的,游泳池區簡直不可能,很強烈地拉出廁所,直接氣味的水水平和一米以上。如果航行到對面, 那裏一切都很好, 呼吸.
3.我們沒有遇到問題,但是我覺得在游泳池和海灘上沒有多少牀鋪(8塊),也許海灘牀對歐洲人來說更重要,那就應該夠了。

我最近住過。我想與客房服務人員Bappa先生,ankit先生,gaddu先生,nilesh先生,aman分享我的經驗。他們都非常友好,樂於助人的人非常感謝你讓我的住宿更加舒適。我房間的清潔度是例外。我很欣賞每天牀鋪整齊,浴室一塵不染。
客房部團隊在補貨方面做得很棒,比如洗浴用品和咖啡,我注意到他們也照顧周到地安排我的個人物品。
總體來說,入住期間對客房服務很滿意,感謝保持這麼高的標準!

訪訪客Здравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

訪訪客Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

訪訪客The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.
The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.
