這是一家像日本APA這樣的連鎖酒店。 10分鐘到海灘 我住在那裏是因爲我想去卡蘭古特海灘,但是海灘上人太多了,所以我在游泳池裏度過了輕鬆的時光。 很可惜,即使我要求泳池毛巾,他們也沒有帶給我。其他工作人員的書信很好,沒有任何抱怨。我認爲我受過教育。

很棒的酒店。大,舒適的房間,裏面一切都想得很小,非常喜歡。現代的室內,很大的浴室。很棒的大牀,房間裏和門廊上有軟傢俱。享受每一住宿。酒店相對緊,非常漂亮,舒適。餐廳菜單上美味的早餐。餐廳的美味內置和食堂。幾家餐廳,漂亮的游泳池,舒適的牀位。優秀的,禮貌的工作人員。我們提前三小時就住了,我們對酒店很感激。唯一的,訂了兩張牀的房間,提供一個房間。考慮到牀位大小,這不算大問題,只是拿了額外的毯子,但起初有點不舒服。我很樂意回到這家酒店。

內衣乾淨,欄上的塵埃,桌子,陽台上的椅子,自己擦乾淨。牀墊和頭正常。鄰居沒聽說。離海灘近,走到最中心的救生,旁邊有5個子。到村裏去商店不近,比裏還要多。很小的游泳池,暖氣得晚上更熱,而不是游泳池。不但進門時,還要在出門時說房間號碼!沒有黑咖啡,只有從包裝...早餐有很多素食和素食,肉2種香腸,培根,雞肉(不是總是)。

很棒,乾淨,舒適的酒店,到海邊2分鐘,到中央街2分鐘,車到酒店不上,但到2步沒問題,有咖啡館不貴,我們有個寬的房間帶陽台挺舒服的,沒有靠近插座,請調節器放出來,每天喝瓶水,其餘的,房間裏有肥和香,晚上在陽台上有蚊子,房間裏有噴霧器。

也許是康多利姆最好的旅館。 在建築深處,到海灘上15分鐘,但是酒店有一輛車可以把你帶到那裏(去海灘)。 你能在旁邊拿着摩托車, 你就自由了. 當然, 它在熱和髒的戈亞中是冷靜和寧靜的綠洲. 房間裏沒什麼大不了的,沒有子,但事情就是這樣,沒什麼大不了的。 游泳池一般都可以, 有一間有X2價的酒吧, 但可以容忍. 早餐很好:菜單上有選擇,+印度菜單。還有咖啡,水果,餅乾,黃瓜,餅乾。每個人都會找到自己的東西。 教練是溫和的,但可以找到一些娛樂:2條軌道,圓(類似),自由重量,兩組運動器。 維菲不錯, 拉得很快. 我們住在5.5點半的夜晚-這個酒店的價格是神奇的。 如果我再回到阿斯托,我想是的。如果他選擇,雷迪森和哈亞特(在最小的範圍內)是阿斯托。

訪訪客Здравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

訪訪客Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

訪訪客The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

訪訪客The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste. The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.
