果阿君悦酒店(Grand Hyatt Goa)

Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

Not much activities to do. I was expecting much more then just 3 small shops and disappointing restaurants. Beach has no cabanas or beach chairs. My only good experience was the driver Frances. He was awesome and beyond helpful. I will not recommend this property to anyone and will never visit again.

Good property with great amenities but lacks the hospitality which I was expecting. An attentive and friendly staff would have really helped here to improve the overall experience but that was missing. Food at Chulha and Dining Room were okay whereas the in-room dining food quality and service was really good. The SPA services were very good but booking the same was not a great experience.

after check in, it took abt an hour to get bags. We had Important event to attend which we missed due to late arrival of bags as we need to change & go.

Honestly extremely very run down. A huge difference in staff quality, food and even the maintenance of the interiors. Extremely very disappointed with the entire stay.

it was one of the best stay we had . I highly recommend for couple stay , if you are looking for quality time together.

It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small ***** of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

I’ve no words to describe the stay here. It was one hell of an experience. The staff is just fantastic and the property itself is a whole vacation vibe. If you won’t leave the place you would still enjoy every bit of goa. A big big thanks to Mayur, Om and Suchitra for their outstanding hospitality. I’m in love with the place and everytime I’m in Goa- this is where I’m staying.

The personell is fantastic. Very great facility. Bether english talking in staff will upper the hotel.
