Deluxe Sea View King Room
I was staying in room 1221 , I have a very comfy stay in your hotel. I want to give a huge compliment to your front desk duty Miss Josie Chu , she is very polite and have a very friendly smile , she assisted me on my check in and gave me a wonderful room as I was expecting with a beautiful sea view so I can relax , and it was so nice of her to gave me a late check out and it was perfect and she also assisted me on my check out. It was so wonderful to be assisted by the same person during check out.

We stayed at Kerry for 4 nights with a toddler and an infant (2.5 months old). The hotel staff are extremely attentive and considerate. We arrived in the early morning. Seeing that we travelled with 2 small kids from far, the reception staff gave us a temporary room to rest before our booked room was ready. In the temporary room, our elder son fell out of bed and knocked his face at the corner of the marble bed side table, the room service immediately sent staff with medical care and followed up all the time. They also prepared our booked room kids friendly. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. When the staff saw me carried a baby and food, they always came immediately to help. The hotel location is perfect, with beautiful view facing the harbour and many shops / restaurants / public transport nearby, but not too as busy and crowded. The hotel room is very spacious and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. We all enjoyed very much of he stay and would definitely go back again.

The environment is great, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Hung Hom Ferry Pier. In the evenings, it's a pleasant half-hour stroll along Victoria Harbour from the Avenue of Stars, enjoying the sea breeze, right to the hotel.
Service: The front desk lady who checked me in was lovely, very gentle and attentive, and happy to help with anything. The concierge staff were also super friendly; the service was top-notch, helping to bring my luggage to the room. When I had to switch rooms due to noise, it was also handled very smoothly. Basically, any request you have is addressed immediately, which is really great. It's also very close to Whampoa Station, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, it's excellent, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

I'm giving Kerry Hotel five stars again for another stay. Their sea-view rooms and infinity pool are highly recommended; you get an amazing panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. The mini-fridge also comes stocked with complimentary beer, coconut water, and apple juice. The lobby is spacious and bright with plenty of seating. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. However, a few staff members at Hung Tong restaurant could improve their service.

Premier Sea View Double Room
I booked a deluxe sea-view king room, and the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to an even larger suite. The sea view was incredible, and the hotel facilities were very well-maintained. Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The hotel is right by the sea, next to the ferry terminal. There are plenty of dining options in the residential area to the east, and the food court downstairs at the hotel is also excellent, offering a wide variety of cuisines. The hotel is conveniently located right above a bus terminal, making it easy to get around – even faster than waiting for a taxi during the holidays!

Club Executive King
I usually stay at the hotels next to this one in Tsim Sha Tsui, but this was my first time trying The Langham. It has a vintage luxury style, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. I really appreciate the room upgrade! I loved the service, room size, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back next time. The surrounding area is also very convenient for transportation and shopping.

This is now my go-to hotel for business trips to Hong Kong. The transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. I really like the European style of the hotel, and they even provided complimentary fruit. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hong Kong!

Although this is an older five-star hotel, its location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Harbour City, making shopping absolutely fantastic! The hygiene is also excellent. You can even exchange Hong Kong dollars at the hotel lobby, which is perfect for tourists! We also had a perfect Halloween 🎃!

Hotel is pretty new and the room size was decent though not spacious (less than 25 metres square). The room did provide a superb view of the harbour.
Being located in a residential neighbhourhood, it was readily accessible via MTR/buses & there was no lack of local eateries to choose from.
We had an enjoyable time up at the THE CRUISE lounge. The cocktails were amazingly good and the staff were friendly.
The hotel provided a nice gesture with a small happy cake for my hubby's birthday. Much appreciated.

The service staff were very attentive, and the facilities are complete, including a pool, gym, and sauna. Downstairs is the Harbour North shopping mall, with dining, shopping, and a supermarket. I especially liked the in-room capsule coffee machine and the new water dispenser. The sea view from the window is beautiful, and the staff were welcoming yet discreet when I came and went, never making me feel awkward. I really like this hotel, and for this price, the room is quite spacious, which is hard to find in Hong Kong. My only minor complaints are that the pillows are too soft and the mattress is a bit uncomfortable. If they could switch to the pillows and mattresses from Atour Hotels, it would be absolutely perfect! 😂

Hotel COZi Wetland in Hong Kong offers incredible value for money! The rooms are spacious and spotless, with super comfortable Sealy mattresses and expansive river views. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the shuttle bus and free WiFi are incredibly convenient. It's also within walking distance of the MTR station and a shopping mall. The smart water dispensers on each floor are a great eco-friendly touch, showing attention to detail. Staying here in Hong Kong is absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend!

I chose the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong because of a concert package deal, and my stay exceeded expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the Hong Kong Coliseum, making it the perfect hotel for concert-goers. The staff were all super friendly and always proactively offered help. I was also incredibly lucky to get an upgrade to a sea-view room. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the sea view at night was absolutely stunning!

We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Garden. We were kindly upgraded on arrival, and the room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable with a lovely view. One of the highlights was having access to the Club Lounge — the service there was excellent and the evening drinks and snacks made it a great place to relax after a day out in Hong Kong.
The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to the harbour and plenty of shops and restaurants. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

This was my first time staying at the Royal Garden. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool, nice views, and a wide selection of restaurants. Every staff member presents themselves in a professional manner, they have sincere smiles and are extremely helpful, the concierge, bellboy and housekeeping staff are very polite as well.
I am especially thankful to Manager Bonny for leading her team excellently. Her team members, Polly, Ken, and Anson, all have great team spirit and were very helpful with our facility requests, as well as with the special arrangements for our tour. I am truly grateful and appreciate having them during my stay. I would definitely come back again and will surely miss their kind smiles and the feeling of being at home.

The room was spacious and clean, and it was surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a busy area. It's not far from Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, just a 5-minute walk. The location is excellent; you can reach Harbour City and enjoy the beautiful Victoria Harbour views within 200 meters of stepping out of the building. You can also take a ferry to Central. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Staying at the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is fantastic because of its prime location right by Victoria Harbour. In the evenings, it's just a short walk to see the Symphony of Lights, and you can easily take the Star Ferry to Central on foot. The hotel is also conveniently located for the Tsuen Wan MTR line, making it easy to get anywhere. And of course, shopping is incredible – all the major luxury brands you could ask for! It was a family member's birthday during our stay, and the hotel even sent a cake, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Marco Polo again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

Booked this place for a hiking trip and it exceeded expectations! For Hong Kong, it's quite spacious, and it's a mountain view room. The bathroom even has a wet/dry separation. It's close to the MTR, so getting around is convenient. Definitely recommend it if you're hiking the MacLehose Trail.

The service was excellent and the views were superb; this stay was truly fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and courteous.
The room was more spacious than expected, elegantly decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, which was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and high-quality amenities.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, both the hardware facilities and the soft services exceeded my expectations, making it great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it!

It's truly a rare find to get a room over 30 sqm in space-constrained Hong Kong, especially with such a prime location right above the MTR station and very close to the University of Hong Kong. It's essentially at the heart of Sha Tin's transportation hub. The facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent.
The room even comes with a universal adapter, which is super convenient for travelers. As expected from Hyatt, the toiletries are consistently high-quality.
P.S.: It's only one MTR stop away from Sha Tin Racecourse, though it's only open on Sundays. Just a little tip for anyone interested!

The hotel located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station at walking distance. Room was great, clean and spacious. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were nice. There was shopping mall nearby where you can use the hotel elevator to get there (Level B1 - DONKI mall, and Level 1/2 - mira place). But that means people other than hotel guests may use the elevator so it is very busy during peak hour. There were pocket wifi and traveling adaptor provided for foreigner so you can explore Hong Kong freely without using your own mobile data.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Service: The service was incredibly attentive and exceptionally friendly, particularly towards guests from mainland China and other Chinese travelers. The meticulous attention to detail and personalized touches made our stay truly wonderful.
Facilities: The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the surrounding amenities are also superb. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean. Plus, the Miramar Shopping Centre (Phases 1 & 2) is just a stone's throw away, which is incredibly convenient.
Overall, this was a fantastic trip to Hong Kong and a truly wonderful hotel experience. I will definitely book The Mira Hong Kong again in advance for my next visit!

Absolutely fantastic. A surprise upgrade got us so addicted that we have to book that huge room again. Was it a marketing strategy? But it worked. We loved the view, by day and by night. The room was like 1000sqft with washing machine, dishes etc. Extra toilet was nice. Didn't use the oven but was a nice touch. The cleaning lady was alway ready to assist. This is by far my favourite hotel in HK now. The breakfast was....omg exceeded my expectation....was a little crowded but still, the staff was helpful, polite and professional.
