Had a wonderful stay. Swimming pool and breakfast buffet was excellent.

This place is nestled in the bylanes of fort kochi. I love the fact that they have painstakingly restored an old heritage building. I appreciate the efforts and thoughts behind it. However, other areas fall short behind by miles. I got a viceroy room with an unclean balcony with no chairs to sit over. Dysfunctional phone and television set was never fixed. Overall the room was clean and good. However, catering seems to be amiss, organizing the buffet spread with right accompaniments matters. Who would serve fried rice with curd!

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

我最近住在時代廣場酒店,體驗最愉快。從我入住的那一刻起,工作人員的幫助給我留下了深刻的印象。他們很細心,走出了他們的道路,以確保我的舒適和方便,在我的整個住宿。 房間本身很可愛–乾淨,寬敞,設備齊全,舒適,在探索了一天的城市後提供了美妙的撤退。顯然,酒店爲保持高標準的清潔和客人滿意度而感到自豪。 酒店的早餐很合理,有適合不同口味的物品選擇。雖然不是我遇到的最廣泛的自助餐,但食物的質量很好,提供了堅實的一天開始。 然而,我的住宿並非沒有問題。最持久的問題是酒店spa不斷的冷電話。幾乎每天接到這些電話變得相當麻煩。這是酒店管理層可能想重新考慮的事情,或者至少爲客人提供選擇退出此類通信的選擇。 此外,一名工作人員因沒有提前通知他們,有一次我將錯過自助早餐,而對我進行了一次不幸的事件。這種突然性令人驚訝,不符合團隊其他成員設定的優秀服務標準。 總而言之,我在時代廣場酒店的住宿在許多方面都令人愉快,員工值得稱讚,住宿環境優美,餐飲選擇合理。然而,spa的營銷策略和與工作人員的孤立事件確實對整體體驗略有損害。希望酒店考慮這一反饋,以確保未來客人更愉快、更無縫的體驗

這家旅館和熱情周到的員工給我們留下了非常美好的印象。我和先生於2024年6月7日至11日入住。從入住到退房，我們都受到了飯店員工的悉心照料。 Afsal是一位非常棒的員工，他風趣幽默、健談體貼。 Devika（我最喜歡的美女Kutty）和Amuritha也同樣如此，他們非常細心地為我們準備了食物，考慮到我們是素食主義者，他們還提供了多種素食選擇。 廚師***n是個非常棒又體貼的人。他認真傾聽了我們的故事。由於我先生剛完成了24天的阿育吠陀療程，他需要持續服用藥物和需要提前熬製一段時間的藥酒（kashyam）。 ***n廚師和Mahesh都幫忙處理了這些事宜，並將藥物送到我們的房間。多虧了***n廚師的主動，我先生才能堅持服用藥物。他們都非常熱情好客，讓我們感覺賓至如歸。 客房服務非常棒，從提供生活必需品到飲用水，再到更換損壞的保險箱，都無可挑剔。六樓的客房服務員（我記不清他的名字了，但他身材苗條，一頭捲髮，個性非常和藹可親）服務周到，滿足了我們所有的需求。 我先生感覺自己彷彿置身仙境，就像童話裡的聖女貞德一樣，只要你開口，他們就會滿足你的需求。服務非常及時，而且令人滿意。 最後，我要祝賀希爾頓花園酒店的管理層，感謝他們對團隊和員工的精心培養，以及不斷提升客戶服務水平，力求達到卓越標準。 祝福包括前台、保全和警衛在內的所有員工一切順利，在這個以客戶為中心的美好環境中工作愉快。

酒店已經到多年了,但是超級服務,足夠停車,大約30分鐘就可以走了。

We were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy. The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff. This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

這是個美麗，小眾，具葡萄牙風情的當地高端品牌酒店。雖然入住時酒店幾乎滿房，我所有大大小小的要求，（包括因為怕吵換了兩次房間）無一不被滿足。到達當晚在泳池旁邊用餐邊欣賞當地傳統舞蹈音樂，燭光裏別有一番滋味。所有的工作人員都很友善專業。在新上任不久的主廚無微不至的關懷裡，用了幾天美味的早餐。之後沒吃完的水果盤也免費幫着送到房間。圖三是有200年之久的猶太人的療愈泉眼，至今還有許多猶太人專門來浸泡。酒店在很方便的位置，出門就是各種購物和景點。步行到海邊也衹要幾分鐘。

All the service staffs including housekeeping and bellhops etc were found to be happy in serving the quests. Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night. I will come back to this hotel and also recommend my friends too. 👍🏽
