Staff is super friendly and helpful, making a little bit of conversation and a laugh at every encounter.
There was a strike from the metro and bus services on the day we were supposed to leave and they notified us early so that we could keep that in mind on our route towards the train station. Even offering to bring us if neccesairy.
Room was super clean, breakfast is very complete for 10€ extra. All-in-all a great stay.
They have a very nice outdoor garden/lounge area where you can buy a drink and sit peacefully too.

一切都非常好 每一位員工都很親切 我的航班很早 一早就幫我辦了提前入住 等候的時候還給準備了咖啡和麪包 然後下午有陽台的房間收拾好了以後還幫我換了房間 忘記問她名字 真的很感謝！
我入住的房型特別好 很推薦 我覺得是整個酒店最好的房間 三面大窗户 日出和日落的時候特別美
房間有馬歇爾的大音響 床品也挺舒服的
早餐也很好吃 salami比我在外面餐廳的還要好吃 早一點去吃比較好 一大早去吃早餐還拍到了日出的天空
唯一不足是毛巾 不是毛巾不好 是有點掉纖維白屑 用完會粘在皮膚上 感覺毛巾清洗這方面可以加強一下
總之很感謝這幾天的招待 這個價格在羅馬住到這種酒店非常滿足！

飯店性價比很高！對我來說，最重要的是地理位置優越，毗鄰特米尼火車站，從這裡出城非常方便（例如去海邊，在這個季節，這是一個絕佳的機會，一個小時就能到海邊）。飯店環境安靜，靠近俄羅斯大使館。
早餐一般般，但可以吃，不會餓肚子：糕點、麥片、果醬、吐司、香腸、起司、一些蔬菜、茶、咖啡和果汁。
房間雖然有些老舊，但很乾淨，管道系統正常，房間大小也符合這個價格。清潔方面也沒什麼好抱怨的，一切都很好👍，員工也很有禮貌，友好。隔音效果確實很好，但對我們來說並不重要，我們正處於旺季，窗戶下面沒有特別的噪音，只有早上你可以聽到門外的腳步聲，但你不是來這裡睡覺的，早上你需要跺腳才能看到羅馬））

酒店的位置較偏，附近沒有什麼景點，但步行約7分鐘可達地鐵站。酒店有自己的院子，整體環境比較安靜，房間的靜謐性也不錯。工作人員熱情專業，大廳的裝修也符合四星級標準。
房間挺寬敞，住兩個人完全沒問題。衞生不錯，但是淋浴設施有些不足，水流不足外加不能穩定輸出熱水使得我無法給它打滿分。早餐不錯，種類豐富，吃頓飽飯沒問題。

地點很方便，靠近trastevere火車站，接送到機場。但距離市中心的城市景點相當遠。早餐有水果、優格、蛋糕、餅乾和茶/咖啡，種類不多。房間很老式，但很寬敞，我們的房間可以容納 4 人，而不是兩張單人床。目前內部建築正在重建中。衣架上發現了一隻昆蟲！希望這不是一個錯誤...

這是我當天晚上臨時訂的一家酒店。。因為飛到意大利的時間很晚，所以本來打算住機場的，後來還從機場到市區還有車，所以就臨時訂了這個酒店，所以其實沒抱太大希望。但是超出了我的預期。
位置方便。就在Central Termini的旁邊，走路三分鐘就到了，周邊坐車和吃飯都非常方便，很多披薩店8歐元就能買一個很大的披薩吃。而且旁邊有國立羅馬浴場博物館，那個博物館也挺值得去的，雖然有一點冷門。它是套票，一張票可以看三個景點。
晚上12點到的酒店，給我帶到房間以後，感覺房間還是非常大的，但是它的標準是那種農家樂的標準，房間大床大，空間大，但是整個房子建築都比較老舊，電梯尤其老舊。但是睡得還是比較舒服的。
反正就四五百塊錢，也沒啥好挑的。後面幾天我住在古羅馬鬥獸場那邊，一晚上要1000多，所以我要是早知道四五百能出這個水平的，我基本上不會去預訂古羅馬都市場那邊的。
總之我覺得這個比較適合那種出門在外對住宿條件要求不是特別精緻的人，尤其是男生。因為這個建築和電梯走廊都比較窄小老舊確實會影響一下體驗，但是房間裏比較寬敞，該有的也都有。具體可以直接看圖。

位置不錯。門口就有公車站，可以連接到地鐵站，直達羅馬市中心。這裡乾淨安靜。
有些員工很友好，樂於助人。但也有一些員工似乎不想待在那裡。沒有問候，沒有眼神接觸──感覺很冷漠。清潔人員盯著我們看，好像我們擋了他們的路。沒有說“你好”，只是催促我們離開，好讓他們繼續工作。這可能是一種文化差異，但感覺很冷淡。
你可以花15歐元租水壺，如果完好歸還，可以退錢。但即便如此，也覺得對客人的信任有問題。對於熱水來說，這種押金制度似乎有些過分。
價格與服務和住宿條件相符。不算好，也不算壞——還好。不要對基本設施抱太大期望。

這家旅館應有盡有，位於郊區，但靠近兩個地鐵站，方便前往羅馬市中心。房間設施齊全，附陽台，浴室面積適中，床單及盥洗用品每日更換。
早餐有待改進，飯店停車位有限，酒吧晚上11點關閉，飯店整體維護工作也需要一些改進。

非常美麗且啟發性的位置。綠樹環繞，一棟古老的別墅內，分為三棟建築群。
別墅還設有游泳池和休閒區。
需要改進的地方：
1）毫無疑問是早餐。即使庫存充足，某些產品的品質和最重要的新鮮度（尤其是與鹹味產品相比的甜味產品）絕對值得一提。
2）與客人數量相比，游泳池很小，這個問題在八月更加明顯。它還可以提供更多基本服務（沒有更衣室和浴室）
3）更注重細節，滿足您對四星級飯店的期望。

我們透過俄羅斯的服務支付了酒店費用——付款過程沒有任何問題。抵達後，我們很快就找到了酒店，因為它地理位置優越，步行即可到達火車站，往返機場和景點都非常方便，如果您想乘坐地鐵的話。您還可以步行到許多著名景點，只需20-30分鐘，您就可以置身於所有文化景點的中心，漫步在風景如畫的羅馬。
入住飯店時，我們遇到了一些問題，破壞了我們對飯店的第一印象。我們被安排在一間有一張小床的單人房，而不是一間有大床的標準房。當我們去前台時，他們告訴我們，網站上的房間照片和實際照片不一樣，所以這不是錯誤。儘管我們很生氣，酒店還是把我們安排在了我們預訂的房間，而且這裡的一切都很棒。房間很乾淨，家具也比較新，浴室很漂亮，甚至還有一個可以俯瞰街道的小陽台。早餐在六樓一個非常明亮的陽台上享用。早餐很豐盛，我們非常喜歡早上新鮮的羊角麵包。我不會因為第一印像不好而扣掉一顆星，因為這家旅館真的很棒。

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

梁梁志彦酒店的位置極佳，是罗马许願泉的傍邊，而且很近購物中心区，但他们地处陜窄的后街，而且房间不在同一个建築物而是在50多米的另一个建築物的顶楼。行李要在不平坦的路上被拖行十分傷箱子。住的楼是很旧的建築物，升降机超小只能容納兩人，而且如果某層沒有把门关好，升降机不会动，分分鈡要爬5層楼梯。房间还可以但洗澡的水溫很难控制，洗澡时要吗太燙，要吗太冷。房间有螞蟻，早一晩買回的旦糕报废了，更糟糕的是熱水壺煮的水有很多沉積物，两天沒有熱水喝。前台服务态很一般。花了兩千多元住了两晩，完全是踩雷。絕不推薦。

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

ただ、偶然かシャワーの温水の出に時間がかかったので、そこは改善点かもしれません。
