南非自由邦省設有早餐的酒店

2023年,我和媽媽和幾個兄弟姐妹一起參觀了這家酒店。位置太棒了,酒店房間也很乾淨寬敞,東西很棒,這是一個非常安靜的空間,因爲過去的體驗,我決定在2025年冬天預訂媽媽兩天。我媽媽生病了,所以醫生建議她休息一下,去桑拿,因爲酒店聲稱如果我們認爲她留下來很方便的話。目前南非是冬天,但房間裏沒有長袍,這讓我很不安,因爲我現在甚至不在南非,當我忙的時候,我必須打電話提出這個要求。我對這兩點真的很失望。

酒店很好，TRIP平台非常差的入住體驗。 我們疲憊地到達酒店，前台有我們的預定信息但是否認我們是預付款的，我出示我的預訂單，上麪清楚顯示已預付全款且包括早餐，但是酒店電腦顯示的是未付款。沒辦法衹有另行付款辦理入住。 隨後聯繫Trip 平台，被告知Trip是通過第三方所謂合作夥伴預訂的,他們又聯繫了當地的合作夥伴，最終前台才確認收了我們兩次費用。 Trip客服隨後又打來電話，表示是酒店前台沒看清訂單，，而我完全不認同這種解釋。我清楚看到酒店的電腦顯示我們是未付款預定。 應該是Trip當地合作夥伴沒有責任心所導致的。 另外就是酒店完全沒有餐廳，根本不提供早餐，凡是入住的客人都可以得到20%折扣的優惠券在旁邊加油站服務區的快餐廳購買餐飲，餐飲很便宜。而我們預定的含早餐的住宿白白浪費接近200港幣。（ 我的收銀小票顯示，客房單價為1178ZAR ,而我實際支付的所謂含早餐的價格為627港幣）。

一切都很可愛,是鄉下的房子,有花,有時尚的房間,非常熱情的主人。一切都很喜歡。舒適的牀,好洗用品,唱鳥,香氣很香。

The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

Wonderful stay. A little disappointed about the view from the room but other than this, we appreciated the little touch of the mint on our pillow at night and the great breakfast. It’s a super convenient spot and would choose to stay again.

預訂這個地方的家庭旅行通過布隆方丹。一如既往的地方很乾淨。服務很好,位置很棒。比住在布隆方丹內的2家“大”酒店要好得多。

Pleasant stay in a clean and tidy room. Front desk service is great! Great location

來之前看到了很好的評論，所以我非常堅定地就選擇住在了這個地方。來了之後發現這是非常正確的決定，在來這裏遊玩的第一天，回來的路上因為出租車公司中介的原因，我遇到了一個非常不禮貌的男人。然後我將這件不開心的事情告訴了房東奶奶，她特別耐心的安慰我然後幫我恢復情緒，還給我泡茶喝做了美味的三明治給我吃。中間我們就一直在聊天，她也一直寬慰我讓我感到非常的暖心。爺爺非常的好，從一開始給我推薦shuttle car，再到每天早晨準時並且很美味的早飯以及我回家以後關心我一天過得怎麼樣，真的很像自己的家人一樣，我也會很樂意去跟他們分享我一天都過得好不好。不僅是這樣的擁有人文關懷的一個guest House，本身的設施和配置也是非常的好。我之後如果還會回到南非還會回到布隆方丹我一定會回來再看看你們非常感謝你們這段時間的幫助以及關心和支持。 Before coming here, I saw very good reviews, so I chose to live here firmly. After coming here, I found out that this was a very correct decision. On the first day of visiting here, due to a very impolite man, I was sad on the way back. Then I told Lettie about this unhappy thing. She comforted me very patiently, helped me recover my mood, and made tea for me to drink and delicious sandwiches for me to eat. We were chatting at that time and she kept comforting me, which made me feel very warm. Her husband is also nice. From recommending the shuttle car to me at the very beginning, to making the punctual and delicious breakfast every morning and caring about how my day was after I got home. I am also very willing to share with them whether my day was good or not. Not only is it such a guest House with humanistic care, but its own facilities and configuration are also very good.
