My first visit to the Beijing Exhibition Center coincided with the &quot;Grand Market&quot; of Hulunbuir&#39;s 14 banners and districts, the Hulunbuir Winter Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference, and the &quot;Beijing Splendor, Encounter the Snowfield&quot;&mdash;a four-day event ending on the 14th! Come join us! Yesterday, I bought boots in the East Banner, mutton in the West Banner, dried meat in Hailar, and a bottle of wine in Yakeshi. You can also enjoy a cup of tea in the Evenki region, wear a hat in Zhalainuoer (on the shores of Hulun Lake, the home of mammoths), drink some water in Genhe (Aoluguya reindeer), and... Nada bread, Manzhouli matryoshka dolls, Zhalantun dried crabapples, Oroqen dried fish and roe deer meat, Arong Banner roasted goose in horns, Daur&#39;s life-saving willow shoots, Chen Barag Banner red-headed sheep (the hometown of China&#39;s Naadam culture), and finally, a mutton bun from the state-owned farms~ My friends from the grasslands also came to participate, from Xin Barag Right Banner, where the rooster crows in three kingdoms~ There were performances, delicious food, and handsome men and beautiful women&mdash;it was dazzling~ Thank you for bringing the free spirit of the grasslands to Beijing, and Beijing welcomed you with its first snow ❤️

The palace definitely upholds its reputation as a symbol of Beijing. We did not come during high season but still experienced a significant amount of tourists, however, the management of the gate / entrance could use some improvement as the queues were a bit chaotic when passing the security.

Beautiful place to go but be extra careful during super cold and windy weather. The wind can be quite strong and the floor maybe slippery. Took the cable car ride up and came down by the slide. The steps are quite tall so will need to be extra careful .There are wild cats there be careful not to touch or feed them as they will scratch or bite. Saw a tourist who was scratched by the cat while feeding them.

Winter is a great time to visit as there is no crowd. Enjoy the street food and the historical mansion of prince gong. Took about 3 hours in there. Station is BeiHaiBei station and 5 mins walk to the mansion
