If the answer is yes, then join me for an engaging and transformative 2 hour workshop  titled  "An Introduction to the Chakras”, as we unravel the mystery behind the ancient Chakra system and gain a deeper understanding of what they are and how they function. 
We will bring the chakras to life and explore their role as powerful ‘energy centers’ that regulate the storage and distribution of our energy flow. We will explore the basics of  the seven primary chakras that align along the spine, each representing different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 
The workshop will delve into the historical origins and philosophical underpinnings of the chakra system, while also providing practical tools for balancing and activating these energy centers.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including guided meditations, journalling and intuitive exercises, aimed at enhancing their understanding and experience of the chakras. By fostering a deeper connection with these energy centers, the workshop aims to empower individuals to cultivate inner peace, improved health, and a more harmonious life.

This is an in-person event held in Twickenham. Please arrrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time. There is a waiting area where you can relax and grab a drink before the session. 
Events are for 18 years and over, and 16 years and over with an adult guardian.
