Shikumen is a cultural symbol of Shanghai. The changes in light and shadow inside the Shikumen record the changes in the lives of Shanghai citizens over the past 40 years of reform and opening up. It is a microcosm of the rapid changes in the city of Shanghai. The creative arrangement of the one-man show "The Laughter of Shikumen" is a collective creation process. Mao Mengda, the spokesperson of Shanghai Tang Coffee Bar, "Ade Brother" and his arrogant old partner Shen Ronghai took the lead and used Shanghai's iconic Shiku The performance is performed in the traditional two-stage form of a one-man show with the door as the background. Shanghainese's daily necessities, food, housing and transportation are all included in this one-man show. "Shikumen's Laughter" maintains the characteristics of a one-act show of "frequently performed, often new and often performed". Not only does it include fresh and hot "daily news" provided by Xinmin Morning News in every performance, but it also uses real-time creation. Use "Funny Hot Topics" to analyze and comment on hot news, giving full play to the one-man show's expertise in being flexible and criticizing current ills. Using down-to-earth language and heart-cutting jokes, we create a collection of one-act shows that can touch people's heartstrings.

The Shanghai Lyceum Theatre has undergone three reconstructions. It was first built in 1867 on Yuanmingyuan Road (wooden structure), rebuilt on Huqiu Road in 1874, and moved to its current address in 1931: 57 Maoming South Road, Shanghai (intersection of Changle Road). (A 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Shaanxi South Road Station on Metro Lines 1 and 2). Having weathered the vicissitudes of time, the Lyceum Theatre now exudes a youthful and vibrant spirit. I first entered the Lyceum Theatre this October to see some Shanghai comic opera performances. The theatre has two floors and is not very large, accommodating 702 people. Some classic performances with Shanghai characteristics, such as the 60th anniversary performance season of Liang Dingdong (a comic opera playwright) at the end of November this year, were performed at the Lyceum Theatre. These actors, even after 25 years, seemed unchanged. Like many people from Shanghai and Suzhou, I grew up watching Shanghai comic opera. Children today rarely see comic opera; with the decline of television, these wonderful performances are now only seen in theaters.

The view from the tower is amazing and do go just before dusk so that you get to enjoy the beautiful sunset views and the night view of Shanghai City.  The lower level where a portion is covered in glass walk around was amazing. Quite an experience, felt like walking on thin glass above Shanghai.  The buffet dinner at the revolving restaurant turned out to be disappointing. While there seem to be a great variety of food, they were not really tasty.  The crabs were not fresh. Definitely could be better and improved on.

The procrastination patient finally made up the comments before the end of the Egyptian exhibition. At the Egyptian exhibition in August last year, the afternoon session of the appointment arrived at Shangbo more than an hour in advance. It was better to be lucky to park in the parking lot next to it, and then go in an hour in advance. Before the visit, I revisited the entire Egyptian history. It was really interesting to follow the curators to take a seat to the Pharaohs with a guide. There is no gold mask of Tutankhamen. I have no sense of Tutankhamen. More curious is his radical reform father Akennaton and beautiful mother Naphrodite, as well as Abu Simbe Temple and Sun Festival wonders, especially after modern experts protected the temple of the Sun Festival delayed a day of details, Again, I am impressed by the wisdom and creativity of ancient Egyptians. Personal advice is that if you only want to see the exhibits, audiences may be disappointed, if you want to better understand history and culture through the exhibition, there may be some gains.
