I visited the Yangcheng Lake Taikang Marriott Hotel for a trial stay and stumbled upon the Youai Art Center. The hotel thoughtfully arranged an exhibition tour. Hall 1 is currently being set up for the season, while Hall 2 is currently showcasing the Matisse Immersive Art Exhibition.

Who is Matisse? He is a renowned French painter, sculptor, and printmaker, the founder and leading representative of the Fauvist movement. His representative works include &quot;Luxury, Serenity, and Pleasure,&quot; &quot;The Joy of Life,&quot; &quot;Open Window,&quot; and &quot;Woman with a Hat.&quot; He is known for his use of bright and bold colors. An accident at the age of 21 sparked Matisse&#39;s passion for painting. This fortuitous encounter became a turning point in his life. In his own words, &quot;I felt as if I were summoned. From then on, I no longer controlled my life; it controlled me.&quot;

The exhibition hall primarily utilizes holographic projection technology to recreate some of Matisse&#39;s works throughout his life in various forms. The clever combination of light and shadow creates a highly immersive experience. When there are fewer people around, the photos are truly stunning, giving you the feeling of being there.

Tiger Hill is one of Suzhou&rsquo;s oldest historical sites, with over 2,500 years of history. Legend says that after King Hel&uuml; was buried here, a white tiger appeared and guarded his tomb for three days, giving the hill its name. At the heart of the lush, peaceful complex stands the Huqiu Pagoda, a thousand-year-old tower from the Northern Song Dynasty, famously leaning about 2.3 degrees&mdash;often called the &ldquo;Leaning Tower of China.&rdquo; This seven-story pagoda, rising through the trees, perfectly blends ancient architecture, legends, and the timeless atmosphere that makes Suzhou so unique.

The place had really nice gardens but it was a little crowded in the afternoon. If you&rsquo;re heading here with parents with mobility concerns, please do a survey of possible routes. There are portions that will be harder for elderly who can&rsquo;t walk that stably. The general scenery is really nice and worth the visit.
