我預訂了兩間經典房。前台幫我升級到了高層的高級/豪華房。服務周到快速。所有需求都能得到快速且認真的解決。洗手台有點小問題，修好後，經理送了一盒餅乾來道歉。瓶裝水必須說是無限暢飲的，因為我第一晚訂了8瓶，第二晚訂了12瓶。非常慷慨。

萬隆皇冠假日酒店絕對超出了我們的預期。從入住到離開，整個團隊都給我們帶來了驚喜。 在大廳，我們受到了熱情友善的禮賓和行李員的迎接。他們始終關注著我們的需求。活動結束後，他們立即趕來幫忙。可以感受到飯店加強了保全。 辦理入住時，我們感受到了前台團隊的熱情歡迎。他們始終面帶微笑。 房間寬敞明亮，一塵不染。 預訂部門和前台的 Jasmine 甚至還為我丈夫的生日準備了一個小驚喜。 早餐非常棒。我們住了五天，菜單有所變化。食物美味可口，咖啡也送到房間了… 退房時，我們落了一袋帽子。聯絡飯店後，15 分鐘內就有人來幫我們找回來了。感謝客房服務、前台、禮賓部和保全部門的協調配合，他們幫我們解決了問題。我們在這裡度過了非常愉快的時光。

離高鐵站只有10分鐘距離，非常方便！很像峇里島風格的渡假村非常適合帶小孩，有小孩池、非常多給小孩的活動，包含手作串珠、畫畫、還有一個很大的activity zone with basketball, pickball，彈跳床等等，大人泳池也相當大長達50公尺。 非常喜歡這個度假村！很適合雅加達週末getaway

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) – 7 min drive Forest park with light hiking trails, Dutch & Japanese caves, and peaceful greenery. Great for families with kids or elders. Dago Dream Park – 15 min drive A family-friendly amusement park with Instagrammable spots and kid-friendly rides. You can rent an internal shuttle to explore. Lawangwangi Creative Space – 5 min drive Art gallery + café with a stunning sunset terrace. One of my go-to places for coffee and creative vibes. Cafe D’Pakar – 5 min drive Open-air dining with epic views of the valley. Come early for a spot by the edge. 在1月25日預訂的,帶着我的2個孩子。我們帶了1級浴缸的房間。浴缸足夠大,可以容納2個普森。游泳池對於這個大的酒店來說有點難過。breakfst足夠好。 牀很舒服。電視很大。每層樓都有免費飲用水。蚊子從花園進入房間,所以我們不得不一直鎖露台門。
