This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
Room was clean but water pressure was very bad.
Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering…
Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time
PPANCHALon roof top and they did not fill water in cooler we had to ask them twice then they did it after an hour. Also our sound and decoration guy had a tuff time getting his things in as their service lift had lot of issues and would not work sometimes. But the food was good over most of the time so kudos for that. Also last thing it’s like a mesh some lift only goes to 1st floor we can’t go via stairs. Also one side stairs will go to 5th floor other side won’t not very friendly.
