Amazing staff and truly exceptional service. Both G. and M. were always present, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. They helped with meals and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference, and we are truly grateful to have met them and spent a few days in what feels like a hidden paradise. The location is beautiful—a peaceful beachfront property in a quiet, uncrowded area with plenty to do nearby. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Diani Airport, so having a car is highly recommended. Make sure to follow the Tiwi Beach exit rather than relying on the GPS coordinates to reach the property. It is also advisable to buy supplies, including drinking water, before arriving at the facility. The penthouse itself has incredible potential and offers stunning views, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and still requires significant work. Basic structural improvements are needed, including proper ceiling finishing, fencing, and treatment of the wooden furniture due to visible infestation. Another issue is that there are many open gaps and spaces around the penthouse structure, which allow insects and even cats to enter the room. This significantly affects comfort and hygiene and should be addressed with proper sealing and screening. Overall, the staff and location are fantastic, but the penthouse urgently needs proper maintenance and finishing to match the beauty of the setting.

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

比較老的酒店,直接位於海灘。可惜餐廳工作人員缺乏基本培訓,食物質量只是一般。 猴子和鳥有時會從客人的盤子裏自救,類似情況的其他酒店以更好更專業的方式處理這個煩人的問題,基本飲料和冰塊經常缺失。冰箱在房間裏不見了,手機系統也不行。 對於一個價格相對應的所謂四星級酒店,各方面都可以期待很多。不僅僅是微笑的工作人員。可惜不推薦。

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

酒店主要休息的德國公民年齡40-50+。食物很好吃,不能說是非常多樣的,但有足夠的,做好了:肉,魚,很多蔬菜和水果。有趣的動畫家,有好意的工作人員。房間很簡單,傢俱很舊,但都工作了。酒店的地盤上有許多子😅不要丟下東西不看。晚上總是動畫,每天不同的節目都是年輕人!在沙灘上的酒吧附近, 經常排隊, 但是服務速度相當快.總的來說,酒店很喜歡,還參觀了迪亞尼度假村(沿着沙灘走走15-20分鐘)順便說一下,您可以參觀一網格的酒店,包括使用酒吧/餐廳服務。在Respesphena,我們被允許入住酒店,在離開房間後使用服務,因爲轉賬是靠近14-00,我把所有五分錢都押在工作人員的態度上

Average hotel....since the first day of my arrival, neither the TV nor the WIFI worked in my room. Furthermore, the inside of my suitcase was soiled by a forgotten wet and dirty cleaning cloth from the maid. Every day I heard the hackneyed words ＜sorry＞ over and over again. In the end, I couldn't hear those words anymore. I left the Neptune Paradise with a big disappointment...
