Absolutely Outstanding Stay – A World-Class Hotel That Exceeds Every Expectation I recently stayed at Atlantis in Haitang Bay, Sanya, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This hotel fully lives up to its world-class reputation. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is magical, and every detail is designed to make your stay perfect. The dining options alone are worth highlighting: with more than 20 restaurants offering an incredible variety of cuisines – including Indian, Asian, Western, and many others – the hotel provides one of the most impressive culinary selections I have ever seen. The buffet is remarkably diverse, beautifully presented, and caters to every taste. Atlantis has a vast, beautifully maintained territory where you can easily spend several days without ever leaving the resort. The waterpark is fantastic, with a huge variety of slides – I tried most of them and absolutely loved the experience. The aquarium is phenomenal, truly world-class. I had the chance to see octopuses, beluga whales, and even a beautiful beluga performance that felt incredibly touching, soulful, and even romantic. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, offering direct access to the sea. You can enjoy the waves in the evening, or relax by the water during the day. There are multiple pools, lovely walking areas, and even shopping streets inside the resort. And if you enjoy luxury shopping, the duty-free mall is very close – you can even walk there if you like strolling. The views from the rooms are remarkable; practically every room offers at least a partial sea view. The rooms themselves are very clean, comfortable, and of excellent quality. I also want to express my deepest appreciation for Arina, whose assistance made my stay even more pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel provides support not only in Chinese and English, but also in other languages, including Russian. Arina demonstrated exceptional professionalism, tact, politeness, and punctuality. Her help was invaluable, and I sincerely wish her continued success. I hope we may meet again during my next visit. I stayed with my elderly mother, who has traveled extensively and seen many hotels in her lifetime. She said that this is, without a doubt, the best hotel she has ever stayed in. I will definitely return to Atlantis again – next time, hopefully for even more days. Thank you for an amazing and truly luxurious experience.

We went there specifically for the water park and the aquarium. The hotel service was excellent, and breakfast was very comprehensive. There was no musty smell at all, it wasn't humid, and it was convenient to dry clothes – unlike Sanya Bay where things never seem to dry. Our butler, Little Dolphin, was very thoughtful and responded promptly to any requests.

I have to give a shout-out to our hotel butler, Ember Yang; the service alone is enough to make me want to come back. She called ahead of time, before we even arrived, to sort out all our questions. Check-in wasn't as slow as some people said it would be; staff guided us through the entire process. Our butler even brought a welcome gift for our child to our room. Breakfast was peak at 9 AM, but going at 8:40 AM meant no queues. However, the breakfast itself was just average.

Superb service from the butler Elena Hu and her team. Room is big and spacious. Amenities are good. My booking covers 2 adults and 2 kids (below 12).. One of my kids is 13. But I cannot incrementally top up his to an adult. I need to separately pay for an adult, hence forfeit the one child. The room while comfortable, is dated. Heard from Elena that they are in the process of refreshing the facilities.

Huge thanks to Seagull for their attentive and thoughtful service. We had a fantastic stay; the room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. They even provided separate amenities for adults and children, which was a very nice touch. We had a great time at the Waterpark and Aquarium. Atlantis is a must-visit when you're in Sanya!

A top-notch hotel with service that's beyond five-star – a special shout-out to Manager Annie! The Sheraton Sanya's facilities are excellent, no doubt about it. It's an old-school five-star that's been impeccably maintained, with the pool and beach being definite highlights. But what truly impressed us the most was the service, especially from the duty manager, Annie. She was proactive, enthusiastic, and handled everything with both decisiveness and thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond our expectations to help us, making our entire stay incredibly smooth and comfortable. This kind of proactive, personalized care is truly rare and valuable these days. A big thank you to Annie and her team; we'll definitely be returning 'home' next time we're in Sanya!

Sheraton truly lives up to its 5-star reputation! I booked a deluxe ocean-view room, and it wasn't even that expensive. The bed was so soft, and the view was absolutely stunning! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wide array of entertainment and leisure facilities – you could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel. 😊 The sea in front of the hotel is also gorgeous. Whether you're admiring the ocean from your room or relaxing on a beach chair on the sand, it's incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Hainan is known for its humidity, so I brought a bunch of disposable bedding sets and towels, fearing a musty smell. But I didn't need to use any of them! The room smelled lovely, was very clean, and surprisingly dry. If you're visiting, I'd advise against leaving your balcony door or windows open for long periods, as it's noticeably humid outside. The air conditioning keeps the inside perfectly comfortable.

First time in Sanya, I decided to stay at the Sheraton Yalong Bay after some consideration. The hotel's decor has a classic feel, but the facilities are very well-maintained. I particularly liked the design of the bathroom, and the hygiene was also excellent. The hotel's public areas are indeed beautiful and very photogenic, and it's super close to the beach. I was on the top floor and it only took me about 5 minutes to walk to the beach one way. Finally, the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help. I'll definitely come back again!

The Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay exudes an 'old money' charm. The rooms are quite spacious, especially the balcony, which is perfect for enjoying tea and the view. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The lobby offers expansive views, and the gardens are lush. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Yalong Bay, with fine, soft sand on the beach – among the best in Sanya. The public areas are beautifully designed, with pools circling the gardens. The service is also standard five-star quality: professional and attentive.

We stayed here during my child's autumn break, and the hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was generally clean; you could tell it was a bit older, but it was well-maintained. The public areas are truly beautiful. As a Marriott Gold member, I booked a garden view and was upgraded to an ocean view. Although it wasn't a direct ocean view, being on a higher floor was quite satisfying. It was super comfortable to stay here with kids, doing activities and not rushing to tourist spots.

Sanya Bay Mangrove Kapok Hotel is cost-effective and the rooms are very spacious. Anna at the front desk was also very considerate, arranging the room in advance and turning on the air conditioner in advance, which was very heartwarming. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance [grin]

Bring your children out to play, the park can fully meet your needs. It is very cost-effective to choose the tickets included in the room according to different needs. There is also a free swimming pool to meet the needs of children playing in the water. I will choose this hotel again next time, the cost performance is very high.

Stayed at Sanya Bay Mangrove Kapok Hotel. The staff had a strong sense of service, especially Daniel, a manager at the front desk. He was handsome and good at business. He helped to solve problems as soon as possible. He introduced many Hainan characteristics to make guests feel at home. The most important thing is that the hotel is in the city center, and transportation is convenient. This price is really worth staying in this hotel! I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance

Facilities: Very suitable for a family, large room, two 1.8-meter wide beds. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the air conditioner is a little old. Environment: The hotel has its own snack street and water park, which is very suitable for children to play. Service: Basically satisfied.

The hotel has its own beach and beautiful surroundings, perfect for enjoying ocean views and sunrises right from the property. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free! The hygiene was excellent, and the surrounding transportation was very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Wuzhizhou Island, making it super convenient to get to attractions and duty-free shops. The room was clean and had a small, comfortable balcony. The hotel butler was also very enthusiastic.

Just came to Sanya from Chongqing, and we stayed at both Wanda Realm and Wanda Vista hotels simultaneously. They're next to each other, with direct access between them, or you can take a golf cart from the entrance, which is very convenient. Both hotels are excellent. Vista is the villa area, and Realm is the high-rise building section. This review is specifically for the Wanda Realm Resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations! **Grounds:** The courtyards are lush with trees and flowers, and the pools are crystal clear. When you open your window, you're greeted with greenery. The hotel pool also offers free-to-use shovels, swim rings, floating flamingos, and more. I thought we'd have to pay to rent them, but nope, they're free! The hotel has its own beach, just a short walk away, where we even dug up some small crabs. The hotel facilities are very complete, with a Chinese restaurant, a hot pot place, and a fruit stand. Don't think for a second that having these shops makes it chaotic; not at all. It still feels very quiet and comfortable, with a classic, old-money vibe. Crucially, the restaurants are delicious and don't rip you off. I recommend 'Nanhai Licun,' which has even been featured on CCTV. The waitstaff advised us to order less and add more if needed, so as not to waste food. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the 'flying chicken' – super tasty. The high-rise area is large, with buildings 1, 2, and 3. On the first day, we almost got lost, but luckily, the villa we stayed in was very close to Building 3, so it was only a two-minute walk between the two rooms. However, because our child loves cars, we always took the golf cart back and forth. **Service:** Some of the hotel staff are foreigners who don't speak Chinese, which allowed my child to practice speaking English – haha, what a bonus! The high-rise area is large, with buildings 1, 2, and 3. On the first day, we almost got lost, but luckily, the villa we stayed in was very close to Building 3, so it was only a two-minute walk between the two rooms. However, because our child loves cars, we always took the golf cart back and forth. **Rooms:** The room was very clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding, and all the facilities were well-maintained and functional. All the staff provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile. A special thanks goes to our concierge, May from Guest Relations. She's beautiful and kind, and her service is thoughtful and attentive, always replying to our messages instantly. I was genuinely surprised because I've stayed in many luxury hotels and have added many concierges' contact info, especially after coming from the Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt in Chongqing, and just checking out of Atlantis today. I'm not here to badmouth others, but I have to say, May's work is truly exceptional. The concierges at both Wanda Realm and Wanda Vista respond incredibly fast and are always ready to help. Although the hotel is a bit older, the excellent service prevents the overall rating from decreasing due to its age. May's service made our Sanya trip very enjoyable, memorable, and happy. Staying here was so relaxing, full of wonderful memories. We'll definitely choose this place for our next vacation!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the duty-free shop. (If you plan to shop at the duty-free store, remember to contact the hotel as they have an exclusive CDF discount.) Although the hotel is quite old, the rooms seem to have been renovated, so they don't feel dated at all. There's also a swimming pool on-site, and it's very close to the beach. Highly recommend for a National Day holiday trip!

There are multiple restaurants within the hotel; I tried two, and both were quite good. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is professional and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money!
