Always with a sunny smile, she not only quickly and efficiently resolved our various needs but also proactively shared many helpful Club Med tips, making our trip smooth and full of surprises. Her enthusiasm and attentiveness are an exceptionally warm memory of this trip. Thank you also to Manager Bob for the toasting song; I feel like I could have had three more drinks!
Furthermore, I sincerely thank all the ski instructors! They were professional and patient, providing meticulous guidance at every step, from basic movements to advanced techniques, ensuring safety while allowing us to fully experience the joy of skiing. It's my second time to come to Beida Lake CM. The first time was three years ago. This time I came to close the ski season. It was still so friendly. There were few people at the end of the snow season, but the service did not decline due to the small number of people. Special thanks to Angel at the front desk. She added WeChat early to inform me of the precautions and helped me upgrade the room. She asked about my needs every day and provided very good service. All the GOs and coaches were so warm and friendly. They would say hello when they met. I brought my second baby with me this time. She loved it here. I met a lot of friends. There were rich meals and activities every day, skiing during the day and parties at night. 5 nights were not enough 😂. Consider coming back at the end of the year

The hotel is generally good. The sanitation is very clean and the porters take the luggage to the door of the room. Except that the hotel corridor is a bit cold, everything else is good! The restaurant is also great, serving both Chinese and Western food.

Snow Mountain Deluxe Room - With View
The beauty of Yabuli is given by Club Med. After skiing in Yabuli for two days, I stayed in Club Med. It was really worry-free to eat, drink, play and stay all-inclusive! The hotel's butler-style service is meticulous, as comfortable as returning to your own home. Especially Nancy, who always considers the guests and provides the best service, which deeply touched us! It was unexpected that Nancy was also an excellent host of the evening party that day. She was full of energy and mobilized the atmosphere very well. The hotel's food variety is rich and varied, and every dish is fresh and delicious. After dinner, you can play table tennis, play board games, and watch movies with your children in the hotel. It is really a good place for people to linger. My daughter has been saying that staying for two days is too short, and she will stay for a few more days when she comes next time! I usually don't write reviews, but today I strongly recommend it to friends who want to go to Yabuli, especially families with children. Staying in Club Med will definitely make you feel worthwhile!

There are so many things to consider when going on a ski trip for beginners. Fortunately, Club Med has an all-inclusive service, including ski resorts, equipment, coaches, food, drinks, and entertainment activities. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and proactive. I spent four happy days at Yabuli CLUBMED.
The room is very big, the ski hall is on B1 of the hotel, and there is a dedicated area to change equipment. The all-inclusive price also includes the ski group lesson fee. The children were able to ski on the double board in two days, and they were still not satisfied.
From check-in to check-out, Grace has been very thoughtful. She also carefully noticed that it was my birthday during my stay, and prepared a birthday cake and a cute little bear birthday gift 🎁 I celebrated with the guests in the hotel, and I was very happy 😁

Our stay at Club Med Changbaishan completely exceeded expectations. The hotel organized numerous activities daily, even during the off-season with fewer guests. Sometimes, we were the only ones participating, like hiking and yoga, and the hotel coaches were incredibly enthusiastic, guiding just our family. The all-inclusive dining was also fantastic; the food quality and presentation were very appetizing. Every day featured Western cuisine and local Changbaishan specialties, along with a wide variety of fruits. The hotel staff warmly accompanied guests during meals, chatting and recommending local attractions. The hot springs were also a highlight, accessible directly from the lobby, with both indoor and outdoor pools, offering the unique experience of soaking amidst a vast forest. We're especially grateful to the 'Village Chief' for the thoughtful gift, Jackson from the restaurant for his warm service every day, and Xiao Li from the finance department for personally showing us around the adjacent log cabin village. There's so much more to say about this wonderful holiday experience. Staying at Club Med this time was truly delightful!

The hotel is an hour and a half from the South Slope and half an hour from the West Slope. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent – they're very accommodating. All three meals were good! Since it was the off-season, there wasn't a huge variety of food, but being able to see Tianchi Lake made everything else negligible!

Club Med Changbaishan was an absolutely wonderful stay! The activities offered were incredibly diverse. The hiking trails provided breathtaking views, and the cycling was equally fantastic. The yoga classes really stood out. Dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were extensive and delicious. My kids absolutely adored Eric from the sports team. Janly, the Village Chief, was not only lovely but also incredibly charming. I was also a huge fan of all the grilled meats prepared by Chef Eric!

We had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at Club Med!
**Let's talk about the food first.** It was incredibly varied, with different specialties each day. On the first day, we enjoyed a Southeast Asian food festival featuring Laksa and Tom Yum soup. The chef's recommendation for dinner was 'sea cucumber and millet porridge'. On the second night, we booked a hot pot dinner (you need to book at the main restaurant entrance by 12 PM for dinner), and it was excellent. The chef's recommended 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was, I believe, the most authentic I've ever tasted! Breakfast options also changed daily, with kids able to choose pancakes or waffles. Make sure to try the Changbai Mountain special drink or flower tea at the bar.
**Now, for the activities.** The indoor activity areas are mainly on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the hot springs are conveniently located on the 1st floor, making it easy to hop from one activity to the next! (Note: mountain biking and scootering require booking on the mini-program the day before.) We started our morning at 9 AM with a scooter lesson (beginner level) with Coach Chen, who was handsome and very patient. Afterward, we went to the 4th floor for a stretching class with Coach Yang John, which was wonderfully relaxing. Then, we headed to the 3rd floor for another fitness class with Coach Yang. The atmosphere was great with both adults and kids participating. So, we had three activities packed into the morning – very fulfilling! After lunch, we sang karaoke and played table tennis, then headed to the 1st-floor hot springs. Dinner was hot pot at 6 PM, followed by a fun trivia quiz on the 3rd floor at 7:30 PM, and a live performance by the entertainers at 8:30 PM, also on the 3rd floor. It was a joyful and well-spent day!
Outside the hotel, there's an activity center, which was a paradise for my younger child. He went there for two consecutive days and absolutely loved the 'Brave Challenge Course,' playing it three times! The hotel provides electric shuttle buses to the activity center every 20 minutes, which is quite convenient.
**Finally, my overall impression.** Club Med's quality is consistently excellent! What impressed me most this time was the staff's enthusiasm. We were lucky enough to catch their newly rehearsed show, which featured a variety of dances including Korean, Mongolian, Dai, and Jazz. The village chief even performed ballet, bringing a sense of beauty to everyone. A big shout-out to all the staff! I'd also like to give a special thank you to Winnie, who helped us plan our itinerary in advance, making our trip even smoother and more enriching.
Changbai Mountain not only offers stunning scenery but also the warm hospitality of the Northeast. I hope to visit again!

However, this time I booked a room with mountain view and it is far from the restaurant. Every time I go back to the room, I have to walk for a long time. The shuttle bus to the tower is relatively rare. You'll still be a little tired after ten minutes

The Giant Slalom or GS Race is the signature of Club Med Sahoro Hokkaido. Club Med Sahoro is the only Club Med in the world that offers GS races that are officially timed, and complete with a medal ceremony presentation in the same evening. For some reason, no GS Race was conducted during the 2024/25 season. But when Aina, the ski director of Club Med Sahoro and Stefan, the assistant ski director learned that I am very passionate about the GS race, they organised a GS race within 36 hours! The logistic involved, especially when setting the first GS Race of the season, is laborious and humongous. The racing gates have to be moved from the storage facility to the designated racing slope. The Club Med ski team needs to meticulously set up the racing gates within the skiers' ability. The impromptu race went remarkably well in the morning. There were about 25 racers out of 40+ eligible participants. Only those in the Class of level 4 to level 6 are permitted to race. The medal ceremony in the evening was well presented even at such short notice and preparation. About 2/3 of the racers, both skiers and snowboarders, managed to finish within the medal category. This visit was my 10th trip to Club Med Sahoro. I first put on my skis there in 2001. I have since risen from a level 1 skier to level 5 over the 20+ years. I have participated in 5 races over my last 5 visits to Club Med Sahoro. In my first GS race back in 2015, I was overjoyed after I won my first bronze medal. I went on to win another bronze medal in the following season, followed by 3 more silver medals to date as my skiing ability improved. It was an honour indeed for me to participate in the one and only Trident GS race of the season which was organised upon my request. Many thanks to the Club Med Sahoro Hokkaido ski team!

Deluxe Tatami Family Room
We went for 5 days and 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. We had a great time and look forward to coming again. We arrived in the afternoon. Because of heavy snow, all JR trains were stopped that day. It was said that the road to Sahoro was closed. After getting off the plane, the staff worked very hard to help coordinate the bus to other snow villages in CM. Before we got on the bus, the road was open. Finally, we upgraded the private transfer car to pick up the two families who arrived with us. The families who traveled with us were also very friendly. We arrived at the hotel after the scheduled skiing time. The next day, we decisively booked a private lesson and skied on the same day. The ski board is really easy to get started. The children fell in love with it at once. In the next two days, we had a lot of fun with private lessons and group lessons. We completely achieved our desire to enjoy the fun of skiing. The children were reluctant to leave. There are international buffets for three meals a day all day long, and there are different theme shows every day in the evening. It is a real holiday and relaxation trip, which has given me a lot of motivation for the next work. Hahaha

80% of them are from Europe and America. The hotel is very suitable for vacation, giving people a comfortable and considerate feeling. Every staff here is very enthusiastic ❤️🔥, which makes people integrate instantly. My daughter just left and she clamored to go again next year. The hotel also hung lanterns 🏮 and decorated the stairwell specifically for the Chinese.

Clubmed 的標準化程度很高，但札幌這家還是很有自己的特色。GO有很多講中文的，保潔幾乎都是中國人，很方便。mini club 很棒，每天帶着小朋友去滑雪。小朋友最喜歡KYLE教練，很專業、細心、幽默。給小朋友選了幾張滑雪照，全家人都很喜歡。提示一下，可以預約火鍋晚餐，非特殊菜單也很好，而且是免費的，否則每天吃自助餐真的很膩。
