看着有黑鑽Wow禮遇，剛好又是孩子生日，所以想着試試香港瑰麗，慕名已久的Best第一名。住了二晚。首先想説，入住感覺還是不錯的，定了二間九龍景和海景的各一，提前備註最好同一樓層。攜程客服幫忙跟進了，入住確實給到同一樓層房間，但是沒有給Wow禮遇裏提到的升房型。我們入住時間是下午4點，房間已經準備好，手寫了歡迎信及給了每間房間入住水果，三個橘子。入住登記時給了證件登記，我沒提孩子生日，所以生日當天也沒給生日小蛋糕，感覺服務細緻度上還是欠缺了點，扣分在服務細心上吧。入住時酒店前台也沒提及Wow禮遇及可以延遲退房2小時。人員服務態度是很好的，英語粵語普通話切換也很快。早餐半自助式，可自取部分餐品或者菜單點一些。品種雖然不是很多，但是製作精良，口味也很好。唯一有點小失望的是，第一天吃的雲吞麪太驚艷了，第二天又點的時候就覺得差了很多，湯變得淡而無味。熱的華夫餅二天都好吃😋。每天夜床服務做的很好，房間打掃很仔細。入住期間也去體驗了Spa和泳池及健身，都是給到好評的。最低價PLN2,818

大失所望，房間除了大沒有什麼特別的優勢，性價比很低。以為和太古廣場連着 但其實還是要走出去，不如港島香格里拉。主要第一晚要休息，窗簾還壞了，折騰了很久又換了個房間。第二晚隔壁房間不知什麼原因，早出晚歸嗎凌晨一點門砰砰砰，早上五點半又開始了砰砰響，也許是隔音不好，也許是我容易被吵醒。但住下來確認太失望，配不上他一晚4500的價格。這上面説特色項目有無限點播客房高清電影也不知道，當時進房的時候也沒介紹。以及入住的時候，是有人領我上去的，但兩個人後來居然都忘了給我房卡，後來打了電話才送上來, 衹好從我個人入住體驗來説真的不推薦了

很少評價，特地來評價一下。首先謝謝攜程的客服，中途因為有事要換房型都很迅速的跟進解決了。第二，酒店房間和床都非常大，很適合帶孩子一起睡。客房打掃也是強迫症好評。第三，酒店所有的工作人員前台，早餐服務員，房間送餐小姐姐，泳池和健身房工作人員都很熱情，最後一天退房，一樓小哥知道我們搭乘地鐵去迪士尼，貼心的指了一條更方便的路線。 第一天早上節假日人多，我媽催了一下早餐，晚上酒店還送了水果巧克力。整體都很超預期，以後還會再來。最低價PLN2,132

直接給結論：
很遺憾，作為基礎房3K5均價以上的奢華酒店，在HK大本營的地標酒店，我覺得是完全不及格的，唯一還值得表揚的，可能就是外國門僮和餐飲服務生 才展現出頂尖奢華酒店，應該有的耐心、細心與體貼。
着重説一説設施，如果每日房價衹有目前房價的1/2那是説得過去，但是畢竟是打着翻新的招牌，來做一波開業促銷，衹能説幸好我沒有使用兩天連住的房券，而是衹住一天。
首先，受限於中環寸土寸金的地價，酒店大堂入口對於攜帶行李或者高齡/關節不佳人羣極其不友好，儘管門僮們都很樂於助人，但旅客仍需要爬上數級台階。
其次，作為不帶任何景觀仍維持在這個客單價的酒店，客房內的設施維護保養更換是客房部理所應當的工作一部分，衞生間呈弧狀設計，從客廳卧室兩邊均可以進入，與翻新過的客廳起居室相比，顯得相當陳舊寒酸，剛拉開衞生間的門，塑膠防撞條就快速脱落並從天上掉落下來，然後發現兩面鏡子均有不同程度的磨損，其中一面鏡子更是有嚴重的水銀磨損痕跡，美觀程度上實在不過關，最後我和太太在淋浴間均不同程度被淋浴間推門夾到手指，可見第一沒有阻尼設計，第二沒有防夾軟包。
然後，酒店的健身房和游泳池仍在翻新的情況下開業，對於大多數住店客並沒有好的補償措施。對於絕大多數打卡狂人來説，健身房與游泳池屬於100%必備設施，這不就是高奢酒店的意義存在嘛？
最後，作為奢華酒店，以套餐形式提供的早餐實在是有點寒酸，與傳統奢華酒店不限量的點單/半自助形式相比，品種少，量小，還限量…（超出點單需要收費）雖然我很大程度能理解奢華酒店的精緻出品政策，但沒有充分考慮到不同顧客的食量需求，我並不認為顧客應適應如此不合理的政策，做酒店就是做服務，高奢酒店不應該去管理顧客的飲食需求。
綜上所述，如果是經濟上基本自由的頂級商務客/名媛貴婦，僅僅是為了打卡出片，完全沒有問題。
但對於中高端旅行者，酒店重度愛好者以及家庭出遊來説，這體驗太糟糕了，糟糕到酒店發給我的全英文回訪郵件我都懶得動腦回復，畢竟下次就算去體驗也情願去幾百米開外的老文華，又何苦在決策層面為難執行層的工作人員～～最低價PLN2,096

K11 ARTUS 寓館屬於那種低調的奢華，它的大門甚至不會讓你認為這裡會是高檔的酒店式公寓。但是，當你進入其中，便會漸入佳境。
通過樸實簡約的酒店前台，你會馬上來到猶如時空隧道般的長長的走廊，那是通往客房的路，但你會覺得你正在走過一段長長的歷史之河，走廊兩側擺滿古老的藝術品，無論一幅畫還是一本書，都在把一段古老的故事向你娓娓道來；而明亮的落地窗外，是古老的香江，悠悠的汽笛聲彷彿在對你講述曾經的過往。
我們住的是尊貴海景一房公寓。房間很大，有一個大大的露台，正對着維港，浴缸也是可以泡澡的同時欣賞維港風光。酒店泳池更是擁有無敵維港海景和城市景觀。房間下面就是著名的香港星光大道，景色真的是一級棒。床品柔軟，廚房設施也很齊備，我們在樓下商場的超市買了食材做過幾次早飯，廚具很好用，餐具更是齊全。
服務也很好，工作人員都親切有禮。
沒有在這裏訂餐，餐廳不好評述。
當得知我和兒子恰好趕上生日，除了常規歡迎零食外，入住時特意送了一個美味的蛋糕提前冰在客房冰箱裏，還送了一套迷你繪畫工具和漂亮的生日氣球。
總之K11 ARTUS 寓館很有性價比。不僅是在香港這個寸土寸金之地少有的大，還有一種在鬧市中的靜謐，很適合家庭度假。下次來香港，我們還會住在這裏。最低價PLN1,708

地理位置很好，去各個景點都很方便。
酒店不提供水，衹有公共的飲水機不方便，自助早餐一百rmb一位，且沒有什麼吃的，比不上內地。浴室是浴缸，淋浴進出很不方便，房間隔音非常差，外面晚上車經過的聲音，旁邊房間過道説話的聲音都很吵。
房間每天都有打掃，不像評論裏説的三天才打掃。

酒店位置還好，在油麻地和旺角之間，成三角關係。早餐品種有西式中式粵式啥的，科學夠吃。酒店房間算不錯的，對於我這樣再大床都衹睡一小部分的人完全夠用。這次住三天，比較遺憾的是前兩天門口那風機太猛，風噪混合了低頻嗡嗡震盪波，側睡時會從枕頭傳遞出來影響睡眠，第三天換到x15就好了。最低價PLN338

房間米米小。可能是為老年人裝修的，衞生間跟床鋪位置一樣大。淋浴地面不做任何隔離，地上的水可以到處流。被子很窄，一不小心就把腳伸到外面去了。我後來再要了一條被子。本想再要一個枕頭的，不好意思要了。凌晨三四點外面路上就有搬東西的聲音，感覺是裝修工人在工作。反正我一直迷迷糊糊的睡。6點就起來了。這個價格上海可以住準四星了吧。最低價PLN190

酒店地理位置實在無可挑剔，離永東巴士站僅隔一兩條街距離；周圍餐館多，豐儉由人，完全不用擔心找不到吃的，還有不少老字號店鋪；離信和廣場和地鐵站也近，滿足另一半逛足二次元商鋪。酒店人員的服務態度挺好的。如果衹關注地段的，是個不錯的選擇。最後説一下房間，環境如宣傳圖片一樣，有窗，不壓抑，旺中帶靜，但隔音不是很好，衞生打掃一般，衞生間太小，在裏面穿衣服比較困難，還有就是Wi-Fi，信號太差，翻網頁也會卡。最後提醒一下：酒店規定房間衞生三天才搞一次；洗澡記得要關門，不然蒸汽會觸發消防警報要罰錢；退房是上午11點，晚了會扣按金；寄存行李要交50港幣。最低價PLN215
