毗鄰機場和亞博，位置很方便，房間設施中規中矩，早餐品種有限，然而這次入住體驗堪稱災難。
恰逢週末本地大型演出，酒店完全可以預判演出當天會湧入大批量觀演遊客集中辦理入住，酒店卻完全沒有提前做好客流應對預案，全程混亂拖沓，浪費所有人大量時間。
抵達酒店時大堂擠滿等待入住的客人，辦理前台僅開放2-3個服務窗口，工作人員人手嚴重不足，隊伍直接從前台排到大堂門外，全靠客人自覺S型隊伍，沒有分流指引、沒有臨時增開櫃枱，也沒有工作人員提前協助提前收集入住資料、講解流程。偌大的等候人羣，僅有一兩名工作人員來回簡單維持秩序。
大概排了一小時後，工作人員告知“現在沒有房間”，也無法給出任何時效答覆，也沒有提供任何基礎安撫措施，為了不耽誤後續行程，衹好先去寄存行李。
演出排期屬於公開可查詢的大型活動，酒店完全有充足時間提前預判客流高峯和準備，但酒店絲毫沒有提前規劃，無視大批住客的出行時間安排，將接待壓力全部轉嫁到消費者身上。最低價RUB5,098

從灣仔地鐵站D出口上去路線最好走，直接沿着地下商場可以出到街麪，上去馬路對面就是酒店。
從合和商場走略有點繞，但熟悉周圍整個路徑後還是比較方便。
前台辦理入住很快，入住兩晚之後再續住仍舊在首次辦理入住的女服務生手上辦理入住，留下了深刻的印象，很温和有禮，安排房間也很快，我沒戴眼鏡所以很遺憾沒記住她的名字！
有現場迎賓的男服務生確實存在之前看過的住客評價裏、對外國人態度更加熱情的情況存在，這點還蠻意外的，似乎與這個酒店整體呈現出來的服務不匹配。
設施：挺新的，空調比較響聲，洗手池的水龍頭尺寸很短，選的比較雞肋，洗手刷牙水容易四溢，得用毛巾墊在水龍頭周圍才能保持護膚品放置位置空間清爽。
衞生：房間衞生可以，很多細節處都沒灰塵，是有心做過打掃的。
環境：樓下就是綜合體，餐飲選擇很多，地鐵也方便。

終於在生日旅行中拔草遠東貴婦香港半島酒店。酒店充滿了温馨復古的低調奢華感。下午茶體驗不錯，點心味道細膩，服務主動，為生日特別安排了窗口位置、送了起泡酒和生日蠟燭；Felix晚餐，焗蝸牛、烤章魚、海鮮飯、和牛牛排都很美味，除了店酒有點不夠好（性價比太差），俯瞰維多利亞港的夜景，品味美食的體驗還是不錯的。酒店送了生日蛋糕，質量非常好。雖處鬧市，意外而驚喜的是房間非常非常安靜，一丁點兒街上的噪音都沒有，而且樓道里的各種聲音也聽不見，可見在靜音方面下足了功夫，是我住過的各種奢華酒店中做得最好的。酒店本身連着Goyard、LV、Chanel、克羅心等等，地下有一個很大很全的意大利食品超市，精選意大利精選美食和食材，很值得逛吃，恨不得買一堆運回家。酒店本身的半島精品店伴手禮也不錯，店員特別友善，還贈送立拍得照片。看評論有抱怨前台冷淡、對大陸客人不友好的，我們碰到的所有人員、包括辦理入駐手續時的女前台，都很友善，熱情且主動提供各種幫助，非常令我感動。房間傢俱比較古老平淡，但是電子化是下了功夫的，床頭iPad控制房間燈光和客房服務，電視遙控器也是觸屏的，梳粧台鏡子是電動升降的，書桌櫃裏還隱藏了一台超大的傳真打印機！唯一可惜的就是馬桶太老舊了，不僅沒有加熱坐墊，沖水按鍵也很難用；淋浴位置比較彆扭，和房門打架，還很容易碰頭，要特別小心。最低價RUB30,107

環境：喜來登的位置一定是絕佳的，有維港海景，離海港城和k11都很方便。
