看着有黑鑽Wow禮遇，剛好又是孩子生日，所以想着試試香港瑰麗，慕名已久的Best第一名。住了二晚。首先想説，入住感覺還是不錯的，定了二間九龍景和海景的各一，提前備註最好同一樓層。攜程客服幫忙跟進了，入住確實給到同一樓層房間，但是沒有給Wow禮遇裏提到的升房型。我們入住時間是下午4點，房間已經準備好，手寫了歡迎信及給了每間房間入住水果，三個橘子。入住登記時給了證件登記，我沒提孩子生日，所以生日當天也沒給生日小蛋糕，感覺服務細緻度上還是欠缺了點，扣分在服務細心上吧。入住時酒店前台也沒提及Wow禮遇及可以延遲退房2小時。人員服務態度是很好的，英語粵語普通話切換也很快。早餐半自助式，可自取部分餐品或者菜單點一些。品種雖然不是很多，但是製作精良，口味也很好。唯一有點小失望的是，第一天吃的雲吞麪太驚艷了，第二天又點的時候就覺得差了很多，湯變得淡而無味。熱的華夫餅二天都好吃😋。每天夜床服務做的很好，房間打掃很仔細。入住期間也去體驗了Spa和泳池及健身，都是給到好評的。最低價MXN15,832

香港文華六月份要翻修了，這個酒店是文華東方的起點，所以和太太來住四晚，多年前住過，酒店的設施老舊了，但房間保持的還不錯，客户部打掃和服務也可以，第二天在快船廊等早餐，不合諧的事情發生，儘管裏面有位置，安排座位的中文女服務員仍然將我們安排在餐廳走廊最外面的坐位，我們表示可以等座位，該服務員表現出極大的不耐煩告我們靠邊等，這種明顯的“地域性歧視”有背於文華東方的待客之道，餐廳部經理Kennedy介入安排好我們的位置，稍後餐飲總監Patty 小姐也過來致歉，這不應該在我們喜愛的文華東方發生，快船廊由於地方有限，早餐種類不多，不太適合國人用餐，這幾天早餐用餐，來自印尼小夥子Malvin總是帶真誠的微笑服務大家，希望快船廊中文女服務員向他學習要真誠的對待每一客人！傳奇暫別，希望香港文華東方重修後再生！很少寫點評，但這個經歷要記錄一下！非常好537 評價

帶孩子來香港旅行，在海景套房連住4晚，整體體驗超出預期。
我們訂的是80平的房間，住了酒店之後還是想升級到他們最經典的海景房，於是直接升了一個海景套房。雖然多花一些錢，但是還是覺得這個升級是非常值得的
房間景觀實在驚艷，客廳落地窗視野無敵，維多利亞港海景盡收眼底；卧室同時擁有海景與山景，日夜風景各有韻味；就連泡澡的浴缸也是無敵視野，在香港寸土寸金的環境下，這樣的居住感受格外珍貴。
酒店全員服務都很熱情有禮，細節做的很到位。真的是從禮賓到前台，到餐廳的服務人員，每一個人的服務都非常的周到、專業和熱情。特別感謝Vanessa幫我們妥善安排諸多事宜，處理很多細碎需求，還貼心贈送了小禮物，每天回到房間都有驚喜
早餐是單點模式，連續吃四天依舊覺得口味出色。地理位置得天獨厚，步行幾步就抵達太古廣場，對於喜歡買買買的同學來説，簡直就是天選之地

服務非常好：1、真正幫助我的解決問題：先生腰椎間盤突出，酒店換了硬床墊，續住了兩天，也優先安排了雙床房。2、從前台到禮賓到泳池到水療，所遇服務皆真誠有禮，讓人舒適愉悦。
房間佈局合理，雙床房，每張床很大，夫妻帶孩子，即使不加床，兩人一張床完全沒問題。我帶12歲男孩免費加了一張床，加的床也很舒適。所以性價比很好！
酒店設定位置很好，即使不出門，泡酒店也足夠豐富，與商場相連，恆温泳池非常乾淨，風景美麗，飲品小食品質不錯，水療中心技師手法專業，如果不按摩，可免費享受蒸房等水療設施。
早餐還好，品種豐富，品質尚可，但不夠有特色。

維港景大床房正對維港，景色超絕，整面落地窗像IMAX畫幅，白天看天星小輪，晚上幻彩詠香江直接在眼前上演；
入住時前台特意詢問了方便送生日驚喜的時間，生日當天一早醒來，服務員準時把麗晶軒的小蛋糕和起泡酒送進房間，還附着手寫賀卡，很有心；
酒店服務更是有求必應，無事不擾；
地理位置也相當優越，下樓就是星光大道，步行到K11、天星碼頭都幾分鐘；

K11 ARTUS 寓館屬於那種低調的奢華，它的大門甚至不會讓你認為這裡會是高檔的酒店式公寓。但是，當你進入其中，便會漸入佳境。
通過樸實簡約的酒店前台，你會馬上來到猶如時空隧道般的長長的走廊，那是通往客房的路，但你會覺得你正在走過一段長長的歷史之河，走廊兩側擺滿古老的藝術品，無論一幅畫還是一本書，都在把一段古老的故事向你娓娓道來；而明亮的落地窗外，是古老的香江，悠悠的汽笛聲彷彿在對你講述曾經的過往。
我們住的是尊貴海景一房公寓。房間很大，有一個大大的露台，正對着維港，浴缸也是可以泡澡的同時欣賞維港風光。酒店泳池更是擁有無敵維港海景和城市景觀。房間下面就是著名的香港星光大道，景色真的是一級棒。床品柔軟，廚房設施也很齊備，我們在樓下商場的超市買了食材做過幾次早飯，廚具很好用，餐具更是齊全。
服務也很好，工作人員都親切有禮。
沒有在這裏訂餐，餐廳不好評述。
當得知我和兒子恰好趕上生日，除了常規歡迎零食外，入住時特意送了一個美味的蛋糕提前冰在客房冰箱裏，還送了一套迷你繪畫工具和漂亮的生日氣球。
總之K11 ARTUS 寓館很有性價比。不僅是在香港這個寸土寸金之地少有的大，還有一種在鬧市中的靜謐，很適合家庭度假。下次來香港，我們還會住在這裏。最低價MXN7,892

終於在生日旅行中拔草遠東貴婦香港半島酒店。酒店充滿了温馨復古的低調奢華感。下午茶體驗不錯，點心味道細膩，服務主動，為生日特別安排了窗口位置、送了起泡酒和生日蠟燭；Felix晚餐，焗蝸牛、烤章魚、海鮮飯、和牛牛排都很美味，除了店酒有點不夠好（性價比太差），俯瞰維多利亞港的夜景，品味美食的體驗還是不錯的。酒店送了生日蛋糕，質量非常好。雖處鬧市，意外而驚喜的是房間非常非常安靜，一丁點兒街上的噪音都沒有，而且樓道里的各種聲音也聽不見，可見在靜音方面下足了功夫，是我住過的各種奢華酒店中做得最好的。酒店本身連着Goyard、LV、Chanel、克羅心等等，地下有一個很大很全的意大利食品超市，精選意大利精選美食和食材，很值得逛吃，恨不得買一堆運回家。酒店本身的半島精品店伴手禮也不錯，店員特別友善，還贈送立拍得照片。看評論有抱怨前台冷淡、對大陸客人不友好的，我們碰到的所有人員、包括辦理入駐手續時的女前台，都很友善，熱情且主動提供各種幫助，非常令我感動。房間傢俱比較古老平淡，但是電子化是下了功夫的，床頭iPad控制房間燈光和客房服務，電視遙控器也是觸屏的，梳粧台鏡子是電動升降的，書桌櫃裏還隱藏了一台超大的傳真打印機！唯一可惜的就是馬桶太老舊了，不僅沒有加熱坐墊，沖水按鍵也很難用；淋浴位置比較彆扭，和房門打架，還很容易碰頭，要特別小心。最低價MXN10,153

辦理入住非常快，幾分鐘內就辦好了。然後訂的是標準房，入住後發現好像是半海景房。酒店的位置非常好，離維港非常近，過馬路走幾百米就是海邊每天晚上8:00在那裡有燈光秀，然後從酒店來回機場也非常的方便，走幾百米就可以搭乘A21雙層巴士來回機場，票價也很親民，並且可以刷微信乘車，很方便。第二天退房後去附近的景點遊玩，把行李放在酒店，然後也很省心。最低價MXN1,373

第一次來香港，看位置選擇都説要在尖沙咀，比較幾家酒店，原本想要住香格里拉，因為有積分比較合適，但是從地圖上看，喜來登更方便。住的這些天感覺如下：1.交通確實方便，離地鐵站、公交車站都近，和半島酒店相鄰，衹要是能到半島的，就能到喜來登。2.周圍景點多，可打卡的地方也多，吃飯、購物的地方也多：維港、星光大道、K11、半島酒店裡的奢牌店鋪、各種網紅美食店都特別近。3.服務也很棒，除去第一天加被子太慢，其他都很好，生日當天還送了小甜點，很温馨，遇到的樓層服務員也都很nice。4.特別提醒：車子到達的這一層，大門口不止一個，看自己出行方式，打車就正門，其他方式側門就方便。辦理check in在二層；酒店因為年齡比較大，所以智能化的設施幾乎沒有，所以很多都要手動，例如馬桶沖水力度大，最好蓋好蓋子再沖水，空調聲音比較大，如果睡眠敏感的，建議用耳塞；17樓有喝酒的地方，看維港夜景不錯，可以去坐坐。最低價MXN3,270

和老公這次來港停留了五天四晚，來前想好住在旺角，辦事和玩都很方便。希爾頓花園酒店處於旺角和油麻地中間，離兩邊地鐵🚇站步行7-8分鐘左右，去星光大道，中環太平山，銅鑼灣，香港大學，轉幾站地鐵就👌。從豉油街步行至彌敦道5分鐘這樣，吃和出行很方便（下圖都是酒店步行10分鐘內能到的好吃😋地方）關鍵這個地段好吃的實在太多，早茶步行7分鐘左右到倫敦大酒店吃，海鮮到旺角海鮮大排檔衹要五分鐘就可以，還有很多冰室，日料都有。日料和上海比不貴的，差不多，食材原料好。香港的酒店就是這樣，平均一晚一千出頭人民幣，希爾頓這樣的地段，設施都還可以，服務麼就這樣，香港人不是很熱情，但很有規則，能做好本職崗位。整體相當於國內一線城市500左右的酒店，期望值不能太高，因為香港的一般物品物價平均高國內一線2-3倍。最低價MXN1,804

房間米米小。可能是為老年人裝修的，衞生間跟床鋪位置一樣大。淋浴地面不做任何隔離，地上的水可以到處流。被子很窄，一不小心就把腳伸到外面去了。我後來再要了一條被子。本想再要一個枕頭的，不好意思要了。凌晨三四點外面路上就有搬東西的聲音，感覺是裝修工人在工作。反正我一直迷迷糊糊的睡。6點就起來了。這個價格上海可以住準四星了吧。最低價MXN885
