澳洲昆士蘭設有健身室/gym room的酒店

對於這個價位，我覺得真的太超值了，四人含餐這個價格就是在國內也住不了同等酒店，何況還有匯率差。酒店位置非常好，餐廳看出去的地方很漂亮，隨便拍張照片都很出片，步行到夜市和碼頭都是10分鐘內步行路程，這是我在澳洲住過性價比最高的酒店。

20층을 배정받아 강가에서 하는 드론쇼를 발코니에서 볼수 있어서 완전 럭키! 위치도 센트럴역에서 15분정도로 나쁘지 않고 가장 좋았건건 보타닉 가든을 강가를 따라 걷기가 너무 좋았어요! 세탁기 건조기가 있어 좋았구요 세제도 마련되어있어 편리! 욕실은 연식이 좀 있지만 그렇게 최악은 아니었어요

凱恩斯香格里拉酒店｜碼頭核心位，躺看三一灣絕美海景 位置真的絕了！就在凱恩斯碼頭核心區，步行2分鐘到濱海潟湖泳池，5分鐘逛夜市，去大堡礁出海的碼頭走幾步就到，玩了一天回來不用折騰，這點太加分了！機場打車15分鐘左右到，交通也超便利。 訂的海景房太驚喜，房間寬敞整潔，帶觀景陽台，直麪三一灣的果凍海，清晨看日出、傍晚賞日落，視野無遮擋，吹着海風喝杯飲料，度假感拉滿！床品柔軟舒服，一夜好眠，打掃的阿姨還會貼心多留幾瓶水，細節感拉滿。入住時前台送了冰鎮檸檬草冷毛巾，還能免費借浮潛裝備和沙灘包，省了不少麻煩，部分前台有中文服務，溝通完全無障礙。 酒店的室外泳池超漂亮，還有獨立小童池，帶娃家庭友好，傍晚在泳池邊拍日落巨出片！North Bar & Kitchen的澳式餐食味道不錯，早餐選擇豐富，有中式餐品適配中國胃，週四到週六還有現場表演，氛圍感超棒。行政酒廊的熱帶特調超好喝，邊喝邊看海灣景色，太愜意了。 小缺點就是部分設施能看出有些年代感，不過整體維護得還不錯，不影響體驗。另外酒店樓層面積大，同行訂多間房的話建議提前備註要相鄰的，避免跑遠路。 整體性價比很高，位置、景觀、服務都在線，不管是去大堡礁出海還是市區閑逛都超方便，來凱恩斯度假選這家絕對不踩雷，下次來還會住！

個人感覺入住體驗很不錯。 優點：1.轉角的落地窗視野+採光很棒； 2.酒店的wifi速度很快，覆蓋範圍很廣； 3.酒店的自助早餐品種/質量不錯，甚至有小籠包； 4.房間雖小，但是佈局後合理，各種功能基本滿足； 5.洗手間採光也非常好，同時有一整面的磨砂落地玻璃。如果是夏天來旅遊的遊客，簡單清洗自己的貼身衣物後晾在洗手間內，配合上浴室的移門。半天時間衣物就能幹了。 不足： 1.攜程的顯示有中文服務，但是我特地和前台確認了下，該酒店沒有中文服務； 2.該房型的床邊櫃比較小，放東西的話空間比較侷促（如P5）； 3.該房型沒有正經配上椅子和桌子（但對我來説問標不大）； 4.酒店算是在一個小半島裏，每次走出來稍微要多走一丟丟路。

想要特別感謝前台，非常有耐心，本人的英語口語不是很好，她們非常熱心的幫助我解決問題！特別是一位來自香港的男生，還幫助我翻譯餐廳的菜單！其次是餐廳的主廚KK是一位中國人，特地幫我們做適合我們國人口味的pizza和酸奶水果沙拉，量很足，水果很新鮮！非常nice！就是酒店去機場的大巴車沒人要付8Dollar 甚至要坐30分鐘不太好，打車也要花20dollar，挺貴的

出發之前看評論都説房間很老舊，但是沒有説具體的原因，以為是年久失修，出發之前還蠻擔心結果後來才發現其實房間還挺乾淨的，衹是早期的裝潢現在看來複古一點，但是沒有破損之類的，面積也不小，但是有幾個問題需要注意： 1.酒店應該是建立的比較早，我住的海景房間是沒有淋浴間的，需要站在浴缸上洗澡 2.感覺白人比我要耐寒，雖然理論上凱恩斯一年四季都是”恆温”，但是沒有被子這個事情我還是無法理解，床上衹有一個薄被單，而且我9月底去晚上還是有點冷的，最後前台貼心的給了一個毯子 3.去之前看地圖上覺得地理位置還可以，但是實際上屬於剛剛好在市中心邊緣，要出去吃飯要走15-20分鐘的路程，出海玩了一天回來已經很累了再來回走其實還是有點難受，好處是晚上不會被外面吵，但是可能會被樓上搬桌子之類的聲音吵醒 4.酒店正前方還有一片樹林，如果想看好看的海景還是要提出來在高層，我的5樓衹能看個海平面 5.澳洲酒店好像都有一個政策，就是如果入住期間不用打掃衞生就可以給一個10🔪的消費，買點小飲料還是很划算的，不過我沒有用，可以諮詢前台 工作人員態度都很好，感謝前台幫我提前安排了入住，方便出行.

我愛這個地方，客服很棒，即使你有特殊要求，他們也會非常樂意滿足。我住的是一間兩房公寓，裡面設施齊全，還有一個環繞整個公寓的超大陽台，配有桌椅和燒烤架。公寓內外都很寬敞。非常安全，還有地下停車場。價格非常合理，還可以免費領取早餐盒。我隨時都願意再入住這裡。

Place is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard . But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come And make sure carry worked she forgot card for The card so Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10 Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room 506 to 606

非常滿意與喜歡的酒店，維多利亞女王門口站崗的古典風格酒店，位置巨好，市中心，服務態度也很好！房間很大，非常乾淨整潔，我有潔癖都挑不出毛病，住着很安心。不知是什麼神仙套餐，暴躁包早餐，而且有兩道菜（其他包上菜的酒店衹有一道菜），味道很好，還送了每天50澳元的餐券，可以去餐廳，也可以room service，味道好量足，我家飯量都小，相當於晚餐也包了一半。由於停車場電梯壞了，停車也免費了，節省了每天30澳幣的停車費！這趟酒店住的太划算太舒心！下次若來，肯定還住這裏！！！

地理位置很好，樓下就是nightmarket。去港口，市中心距離都很合適。 朝向海港的風景還行，住在a樓，被另一棟樓略有遮擋。樓層7公共泳池擋得看不清，樓層高的看評論分享，風景更好一些。 朝向city的風景沒什麼好看的。 房間非常新，一股味道，建議開窗通風一晚。 前台小哥很熱情。 房間風扇可以改為low，聲音小一些。
