飯店位置非常好，到主要景點走路即可到達。地下停車場很大，很好停。飯店的香氛很好聞，很放鬆的味道。房間設計非常漂亮，很新，浴室很大，還有免費飲料券，可以兌換一杯熱咖啡。床很舒服，隔音很好，非常完美的飯店，無可挑剔！停車20歐/晚。

酒店距離地鐵站走路5分鐘左右 ，地鐵站到慕尼黑中央車站也就20多分鐘，還是很方便 地鐵站出來就是一個商場 商場後門直通一個廉價超市LIDL 酒店內部空間很大，乾淨衞生，住起來還是很舒服

景色很美，位置方便。就是衞生間打掃的潦草，進去有刺鼻的潔廁靈味兒。

酒店團隊非常友善，隨時準備滿足您的要求。 食物完美又美味。 酒店很新而且乾淨。 地點離慕尼黑市中心有點遠，但出遊很方便。此外，非常乾淨和安全的區域。 飯店距離火車站較遠，步行1-2分鐘即可。

總的來説，平平。 環境：酒店就在慕尼黑火車總站南門旁邊。這本來應該是優點， 但是這座總站周圍的環境實在是一言難盡。酒店內部環境沒問題，符合預期 房間：所謂的“奢華房”, 但面積衹有27平米， 梳粧台太小， 對女士不甚方便。 不過歐洲的酒店大都如此。 設施：衹住一晚， 沒有太多體驗。 早餐：不滿意。 早餐服務人員配置要麼不夠要麼不合理。座位不夠，清座滯後。食品擺放空間也不夠，僅有的一個現點櫃枱前一堆客人。食物種類一般， 質量不高。

自駕遊客可以停在合作停車場，專屬位置在2樓。不過我們當天2樓沒有位置，其他位置也可以停。飯店有兩間連在一起。一開始我們還跑錯飯店。飯店設備不錯，適合有小孩家庭，有一張兒童床。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

房間不大，夠用。衞浴、被褥乾淨。送了一瓶水。床睡上去床墊中間往下凹，不太舒服。 交通非常方便，離地鐵站特別近。 酒店側面的對面有PENNY超市。 早餐，中等水平。熱食的鍋蓋需要修了，打開後穩定不住，而且打開後我想關上都夠不到（我身高挺高的）。終於有一天鍋蓋穩定不住，我正在取餐，把手砸了，當時破了，現在7天了還青着一大塊呢。（餐廳領班給我上了葯） 房間有陽台，漂亮，但是好像很長時間沒有人用了，桌椅有灰塵，甚至蜘蛛網。我擦了一陣，但是因為胳膊疼，就沒再弄。如果是一個人旅行，不常在房間呆的話，不知道酒店有沒有不帶陽台的房間，那樣使用面積可以大一些。

Reception的態度平淡，不熱帎。預訂飯店時曾在特殊要求上列出须要乳膠枕及額外的行李架，結果入住時什麼都沒有準備，concierge的服務態度較好，check out時曾提前要求frontdesk 派人來協助搬運行李，結果完全沒人來幫忙，晚上在飯店餐廳用餐，服務態度平平，不熱帎也不關心，也許是生意太好，無法分身顧及，食物品質普通，與網站上所稱慕尼黑美食飯店第一名實不相符。我們在網站上預訂的至尊豪華房註明房間大小35-38平方米，實際入住發房間根本沒有預期大小。總而言之，除了地理位置，其他都名不符實，只能給予中等評價，但以後大概不會再去入住，也不會推薦朋友去，也許期望值太高，所以失望也較大吧！
