Check-in 時間是3pm… 我們大概2:45pm到達。我們到達後先向前台查詢並留低了個人信息,服務人員態度冷漠的通知我們房間還在準備中,叫我們先到梳化坐一下,之後會有人前來通知我們。我問她要大概多久,佢說十多分鐘。大堂梳化還有其他旅客等候,我和朋友便一起在梳化等,到三點多,眼見其他在等候的旅客陸續辦理手續離開,我便走到前台問一下我們何時可以辦理入住,但職員不予重視,只叫我等等。我回到梳化,等到大概3:45,才有一個比較盡責金髮女職員注意到我們,她知道我們等得太久,不斷致歉並增加了我們享用lounge service,我們感謝佢的熱心。到房間後不是一帆風順,我們發現牀單有一點污漬,晚上沖廁出現問題。但這些問題都很快得到解決。
房間不大,但該有的設施都齊備,mini bar的飲料還是免費和每日補充,雖然我們基本上都是喝水(水只有兩小支,還是一支有氣、一支沒氣的),但minibar還是不錯。
總結,房間整體可以,有小問題但還是很得到解決;員工的態度比較冷漠不太友好。
The check-in time of the hotel is 3pm. We arrived to the hotel at around 2:45pm. We first inquired the reception about the check-in and left our personal information. The staff told us indifferently that the room was not yet ready and asked us to wait on the sofa. We sat on the sofa and waited with other guests in the lobby. At around 3 pm, we realised that the other guests were informed to finish their check-in procedure one by one, so I went to the reception and asked when would be our turn, the lady simply replied me to wait for a moment. Until 3:45, we were finally discovered by a more responsible blond lady, she came to us and found that we waited for a long time and kept on saying sorry. She even upgraded our stay that we could enjoy the lounge during our stay.
Soon we arrived to our room, we found a little dirt on the blanket. And at night, we found the flushing system of the toilet didn’t work properly. But thankfully all these problems were solved efficiently.
The size of the room is not very big, but it’s adequately equipped. We appreciate the minibar so much, where free drinks are provided, though we basically only drink water (only two small bottle of water - one is still and one with gas).
All in all, the room is acceptable, and problems are solved efficiently after being reported, but the attitude of the staffs are rather indifferent (only some of them are nice).
訪訪客I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
