英國肯特設有健身室/gym room的酒店

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be decent overall. While it wasn’t luxurious, it met our basic needs comfortably. The standout feature is definitely the location—absolutely fantastic and convenient for getting around. Great for a short stay if you’re looking to be close to everything.

月初確定到Canterbury時，在網上選了這家，因為想到Hilton旗下的這個品牌基本上還不錯，不會踩雷。 - 昨天上午提前到了酒店，前台的Ness非常幫忙！先讓我們免費寄存行李，後來發現有房間打掃乾淨後，馬上讓我們提前check in. - 酒店坐落在Canterbury的中心位置，到大教堂、聖奧古斯丁修道院遺址、坐船都是走路5-10分鐘的距離。不過Canterbury有很大一片是步行街區，所以酒店前面不能通車。車輛需要停在附近的Hawks Lane, 然後走路兩分鐘到酒店。 - 酒店早餐不錯，就這個價位來説，算比較豐盛！ - 酒店大堂下面還曾是羅馬式劇院的遺址，可以透過玻璃地板看到。

我們預訂了這家酒店的位置和水療中心。 酒店很可愛,但水療中心很髒,缺乏水療體驗設施。我覺得這應該作爲帶游泳池的酒店出售。 4*酒店的Spa體驗令人失望,感覺這家酒店錯過了宣傳設施。 在情人節下午6點之前,水療中心的快門關閉了。 在登記入住時,我們被告知,您將在水療中心獲得毛巾和長袍,最後進入水療中心的時間是晚上8:30。 當我們到達水療區接待處時,我們只得到了一條毛巾,並被告知長袍只適用於水療套餐的客人,這與我們在酒店辦理入住時被告知的情況相矛盾。 泳池區和更衣室很髒,池邊淋浴出故障,看起來有一段時間了。 按摩浴缸曾經被登上的地方,看起來已經很久了。 游泳池很冷,也很髒。

超級棒的一次出行，進店後店員非常耐心且熱情的幫忙辦理入住，房間乾淨整潔，各種設備如空調，冰箱，熨斗，咖啡機 吹風機等完好齊全，一樓還有陽台，窗外就是海景，早晨可以看日升，簡直太美了，非常愉快的一次出行

到了酒店,前台有明確的標誌,不會有停車場空位,他們從來沒有告訴我們過夜停車要收費12.50。當我們騎摩托車旅行時,我們在酒店後部工作人員入口附近的一個安靜的未使用的角落發現了一個沒有標記的空間,因爲雨真的很大,我們不得不把我們的內褲拖進大樓。 後來我發現酒店向我收取了過夜停車費12.50,他們聲稱我們的自行車在他們房地,即使我們沒有適當的停車場空間,他們有權向我們收費。

酒店不錯。如果房間配有迷你冰箱,拖鞋和浴袍,那就太好了,因爲他們有游泳池/桑拿和按摩浴缸。但總而言之,這是一個價格不錯的酒店

週一到週三入住酒店,出差2晚。唯一不足是沒有車,找出租車是真正的問題。

在當地婚禮上住了一晚。到達之前的溝通很棒,因爲我在辦理入住時參加了婚禮。一切都通過電話完成,婚禮結束後晚上到達時,工作人員幫助搬運了我留在車裏的行李。牀很舒服。淋浴很棒,早餐也很棒。友好樂於助人的員工。一點抱怨都沒有。

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞
