意大利皮埃蒙特大區設有健身室/gym room的酒店

房間超級棒，整面落地窗視野開闊，層高得有4米多，相比國內3米多的層高舒適度高很多。床也很舒服。一覺到天亮那種，不像我現在在南京這家希爾頓歡朋，一晚上床讓我輾轉難眠，5點41我已經被折磨醒了。 周圍餐飲購物方便，樓下有平價超市，eataly就在對面。步行可到汽車博物館（此博物館滿分💯） 區位略偏，周圍安靜無目的流動人口少，感覺比較安全。但是基本看不到出租車，Uber都是叫的black，去尤文球場市中心都是四五十歐且等候時間較長，可以找前台叫車會經濟+快速很多。 不管在哪裡，自己評價，不要讓酒店幫我們機器人評論！

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

地理位置優越。地鐵站和公車站都在步行距離內。附近有一個大型購物中心，您可以在那裡吃點東西或購買生活必需品。 員工友好。免費停車。 早餐很棒，有很多新鮮水果、糕點、冷盤（肉類和起司）、優格和熱早餐。飲品包括普羅塞克氣泡酒。

飯店位於城市北入口，綠地和工業區之間。相當安靜，靠近電車站（200-300 公尺），可前往市中心（約 15-20 分鐘）。房間寬敞，設施齊全。相當豐盛的自助早餐（15 歐元，可以…）。整體來說性價比不錯。

在學生宿舍度過了一段美好的時光。這裡有學習區、健身房、寬敞明亮、帶廚房的乾淨房間、公共休息室，甚至還有網球場！絕對超出你在城裡待幾晚的需求。宿舍離市中心很近，交通便利。搭乘公車15分鐘即可到達市中心，步行約25-30分鐘。宿舍大樓裡還有一家大型超市，商品種類豐富，非常方便。不過要注意──超市旁邊有個流浪漢（那條街晚上可能會比較危險）。宿舍的主要居民是學生——他們都非常熱情友善。前台和工作人員也都很樂於助人。感覺就像住在飯店一樣。強烈推薦👍🏻

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

我不想再住這家飯店了。 我四月來過這家飯店，天氣越來越暖和了，但飯店一直開著暖氣，房間裡熱得要命。我試過調到冷氣模式，或是關掉暖氣，但都沒用。而且，飯店的外牆當時正在施工，新鮮空氣都沒辦法進來。 另一個讓我失望的是飯店員工的態度。 這家旅館的優點是，你可以領一張卡，免費享用一杯飲料，房間乾淨整潔，早餐也不錯，房間裡還有一塊巧克力棒和一些飲料。 我不建議在換季的時候入住這家飯店，也不建議那些想把飯店住宿當作旅行一部分的旅客入住。

My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place. Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city. What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.
