友好的員工,我們房間升級了。謝謝!位置很有趣,屋頂有游泳池和酒吧。游泳池是暖和的,我們也可以在4月使用。福利區包容,還有停車場。小小的迷你點:房間裏沒有咖啡機,沒有水;房間很。
我們一定會回來的!謝謝你快的住!

和國內肯定沒發比，就是國內快捷酒店標準，周圍比較安靜，昨天坐錯車，衹能留宿韋爾切利，地方不大，從車站走到酒店，包早餐了，還可以，蛋糕，麪包，餅乾，牛奶，果汁酸奶，都有，就是青菜少點，衹有生菜和西紅柿，總體還行，要在韋爾切利，衹有他了

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

超近火車站，一分鐘到達！
空間超大，而且裝潢設計也非常好！
很重要的是淋浴時熱水溫度真的是很夠很舒適，水壓也夠！

對於臨時住一晚，在都靈落個腳，物美價廉的所在。 小而美，周邊寧靜怡人，遠處羣山環繞，意大利天氣也給力，完全展示出了它的美！
早餐蠻好的，除了綠色葉子沒有以外，其他該有的都有，讚的。

理想的酒店如果你不想去都靈。很接近機場,很接近直接出口到公路。是對夫婦的酒店,他們想要親密,但也有家庭。他們給我們一個樓上房間,上面有電,可以直接從街道上進入房間--好奇

訪訪客房間超級棒，整面落地窗視野開闊，層高得有4米多，相比國內3米多的層高舒適度高很多。床也很舒服。一覺到天亮那種，不像我現在在南京這家希爾頓歡朋，一晚上床讓我輾轉難眠，5點41我已經被折磨醒了。
周圍餐飲購物方便，樓下有平價超市，eataly就在對面。步行可到汽車博物館（此博物館滿分💯）
區位略偏，周圍安靜無目的流動人口少，感覺比較安全。但是基本看不到出租車，Uber都是叫的black，去尤文球場市中心都是四五十歐且等候時間較長，可以找前台叫車會經濟+快速很多。

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

TTravel addict ✈️在很棒的學生校園裏住得很棒。您有一個學習區,一個健身房,一個漂亮的乾淨房間,天花板很高,廚房,公共客廳空間,甚至還有一個網球場!絕對比您在城市中的幾個晚上所需的更多。該地區離中心很近,交通環節很棒。公交車15分鐘就到市中心,而步行則會更像25-30分鐘。他們還在同一棟樓裏有一個大型超市,超級方便,因爲他們有很多選擇。但要小心 - 超市旁邊有一個無家可歸的人(那條街晚上可以採取一些躲躲閃閃的行動)。按照住宿,那裏最大的社區由學生組成都很熱情友好。接待員和工作人員也很樂於助人。感覺像酒店。推薦👍🏻

RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

我四月來過這家飯店，天氣越來越暖和了，但飯店一直開著暖氣，房間裡熱得要命。我試過調到冷氣模式，或是關掉暖氣，但都沒用。而且，飯店的外牆當時正在施工，新鮮空氣都沒辦法進來。
另一個讓我失望的是飯店員工的態度。
這家旅館的優點是，你可以領一張卡，免費享用一杯飲料，房間乾淨整潔，早餐也不錯，房間裡還有一塊巧克力棒和一些飲料。
我不建議在換季的時候入住這家飯店，也不建議那些想把飯店住宿當作旅行一部分的旅客入住。

SSalvaT.My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived.
This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place.
Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city.
What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.
