Отличный отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Все просьбы решались очень быстро на ресепшен. Вкусное и разнообразное питание, красивый панорамный ресторан, достаточное количество лежаков, зеленая территория с пальмами. Спасибо!

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. The hotel location is a bit far from salalah city but still u can access easily nearest soft seeing places,restaurants and grocery,the staff are incredible friendly and kind,the hotel room is ok not that spacious,the views are beautiful with gardens & beach the same time .

酒店環境不錯，有屬於自己的沙灘，泳池，房間挺大，挺新的，服務還不錯，這裏屬於度假村性質，吃喝一體，出了酒店可以打車，要麼自駕，否則去市區壓根沒有交通工具！

Erg mooi hotel. Schoon en de ontbijt was ook goed. Je hebt ook een apart gebouw met zwembad voor vrouwen. In de omgeving is er een aantal traditionele resultaten. Het eten daar was erg lekker.

我是在深夜到達的,但是燦爛的笑容治癒了旅途的疲勞。我感受到了阿曼熱情好客的精髓,給我留下了深刻的印象。房間足夠大,乾淨整潔。我點了客房服務金槍魚三明治,價格合理,非常好吃。他立即迴應了貴重物品保險箱的故障。這是一個善良和謙虛的迴應。 我住了4晚,每天早上在大堂喝阿拉伯咖啡和約會,前台的微笑讓我感到高興。很遺憾,我沒有時間體驗水療中心。屋頂游泳池不大,但是很好。我真的真的推薦這家酒店!我仍然想使用它!

Al Baleed Resort has great location with miles of unspoilt white sand beach. Eating options are limited to only 3 restaurants. The breakfast at the Salkana restaurant is extremely good with great service from all the staff. However, the dinner buffet for the Indian night was below average with some dishes that did NOT do justice to the Indian Cuisine. There is much room for improvement on food quality and taste. The Al Mina restaurant (Mediterranean Cuisine) was very disappointing in terms of vegetarian options and general service. On one occasion we had to wait 40 minutes before even the bread & olive oil were brought to the table!

Very nice and peaceful hotel. The room was big, the stuff is very friendly. The beach is awesome! Prices in the restaurant are affordable. Nearby is Hilton where you can visit the bar.
