巴基斯坦旁遮普省設有健身室/gym room的酒店

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

在開齋節第三天,我們入住了一家擁有全面運作設施的不錯的酒店,之後,我們參加了外面溫度45度的酒店。 前台維護得很好,很好,很酷,我們得到了我們的房間,搬運工把我們帶到了一扇門,讓我們感到沮喪,門外去了未完成的購物中心,所以我們可以在大樓的另一個角落的第二電梯裏進入接待區的電梯壞了。 電梯把我們帶到二樓,那裏的裝飾反映了接待區,但他們關閉了大樓的空調,藉口是建築工程師在開齋節假期,只有他可以打開走廊的空調?我們被顯示我們的房間很熱,因爲他們剛剛打開了Ac,我們預訂了大型豪華客房,然而,我們不得不改變兩個房間大約4倍,因爲不感人的ac單元的問題,直到午夜才得到解決。 即使工作人員在那裏,餐廳也關閉了,酒店的其他部分無法進入,因爲空調關閉了。 早上,工作人員立即道歉,因爲沒有自助餐或活躍的廚房,所以早餐的來源是雞蛋和帕塔和吐司的選擇。我們中有4個人,等了10分鐘後,我們得到了一個冷的老帕薩切成4塊,好像是剩下的。我抱怨,然後我們收到了一些重新加熱的舊的和硬的帕薩。 如果你沒有完全運作的酒店,爲什麼接受客戶,如果一切都正常運作,因爲酒店裝飾很好,那可能是一次很好的住宿。

酒店很棒 唯一不足的是應該免費 水療中心竟然要收3,200盧比才能使用三溫暖和蒸氣房 這太糟糕了 我住過Serena飯店 Defence Raya、PC和Avari酒店 這些飯店都不收費 我因為這個而放棄了

價格偏高，與服務環境等完全不匹配，但是巴基斯坦也就這條件了，好在是比較安全。room service打了很多次電話，都無法快速響應。網絡服務也是很爛很爛，經常不能上網。中間出現了一些小問題，攜程客户還是很負責任的幫忙解決掉了。

整體體驗不錯,從90s.小時候就一直去這家酒店 好:優質的服務。驚人的自助早餐,有當地和大陸的選擇。令人驚歎的景色。30年來的一致性。 不好的:設施非常陳舊,需要大升級。我4歲玩的和我在他這個年紀玩的一樣的鞦韆。非常適合懷舊和再造舊照片。不過,顯示東西多麼過時。其實有些只是壞了。幾年前免費提供給客人的乒乓球和壁球房關閉,換成了一些功能不全的4D娛樂。度假型酒店娛樂用不多。房間電視不是智能電視。

客房服務和洗衣房真的很高效。雖然他們有一些舊的房間,但也有大型漂亮的房間,有吹風機和衣櫃。空調效果很好。早餐還不錯。缺點是沒有熱水。

酒店的設施比較好，全新的設計也非常的到位，很有人性化，試睡覺後發現，他們的床墊是由塑料布完全包裹，上面鋪了一層棉質的床單。等於你是睡在塑料布上面，沒有任何特氣的效果，非常的火熱，但跟酒店前台反映之後，還是積極地來處理，扒掉了塑料包裝膜，

打工人出門在外，最看重的就是性價比，這家酒店簡直是寶藏！價格親民，房間卻一點不含糊。空間寬敞，佈置温馨，各種設施一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨又衞生。而且還有免費的停車場，對於自駕出行的我來説太友好了。住了幾天，算下來比同地段其他酒店省了不少錢，以後出行就選這兒啦，強烈推薦給大家！

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.
