我和父母一起住在越南下龍灣的@flc.hotelsandresorts,這是我的反饋⬇️ 👉 真的很豪華的住宿。房間乾淨寬敞,可以欣賞到高爾夫球場和下龍灣部分的景色。👉要參觀21樓天空吧&竹餐廳,都一流!👉游泳池很棒,但由於天氣寒冷,我們沒有使用,但他們也有室內溫度控制的游泳池,同樣很棒👉酒店工作人員不遺餘力地讓我們的住宿難忘。👉只有很少的員工會說英語,但這不會是任何問題👉 總體來說,如果和父母/家人一起計劃,應該考慮這個..

Very poor service, no proper check in information, only breakfast time mentioned, all other information had to ask by myself. In general all staff needs proper training how to talk to guests. Not just answers like robots. While waiting for checkin (arrived before checkin time) asked if we can chill at the pool after lunch, staff answered immediately “it is hot there.”well that’s why we want to chill at the pool. During whole stay no one asked how is our experience. One time during busy dinner foreigner manager came to our table and asked only “are you guys well take care of?” I answered it’s ok. He didn’t bother to ask more. It was during dinner when glass of wine and tonic water arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. Salad was finished already, my sandwich was wrong, they forgot about chicken. After telling it to the staff they just add few slices of cold chicken in club sandwich. Waitress My did good job, but they don’t have enough staff and she can’t take care of everything. Other restaurant staff don’t speak much English. When I ordered few slices of cheese for breakfast they did omelet with cheese. Next day was breakfast buffet due to higher occupancy with good variety of food, but quality is average for Mgallery. One more issue, our first night was not that busy since next day they did not do buffet for breakfast but a la care with few choices. They put us in the room next to family with little babe who was crying all the time. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything. I called reception and asked to move the room. Staff was friendly and confirmed that they can change it, but there was no apology, only “ok we will change your room”. The worst part was that when we were getting ready to change room housekeeping lady enter the room with own key. She said “housekeeping” and the same time opened the door, which is not acceptable. She didn’t seems to understand that she did something wrong. She wanted to check the room since we will be moving to other room. I was shocked. In general it looks like whole facility is left to run by staff without proper training and guest experience. Facility is great and could be amazing stay, overall wasn’t. Good points: apricot liquor cocktail was good, vegetarian curry was good, My waitress tired her best and very friendly, chef Hieu also very friendly person.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

我們在皇家國際飯店住了一晚。幸運的是我們入住比較晚而且只呆了一天。 辦入住的時候,沒有問好,前台只跟我們的導遊說話。根本沒意識到我們的存在,並且拿了我們的護照。總體上就像共產黨受審一樣。 大廳里瀰漫著一股霉爛味。 在進入房間之前有一股不可避免的強烈的霉爛味。房間看起來又破又舊。裝修像是80年代的。房間里有不少蚊子。屋內設施比較完善——有剃鬚刀、毛巾、牙刷、洗髮水、沐浴露、香皂、浴帽。牙膏是綠色的,我們放着沒用。沐浴露聞起來味道不怎麼好。咖啡機不是問題,問題是選咖啡作為飲料。帶坐墊的椅子看起來不怎麼乾淨,瓷磚地板一點也沒給房間添加溫暖氣息。 晚上10點左右,我們對面的卡拉OK聲音非常大,而且伴隨着機器的遠程遙控吱吱的聲音。我們向前台投訴,他們說會請卡拉OK那邊的人注意一點。但是最後,他們還是給我們換了其他的房間,是那種對床的房間,因為酒店人住滿了。而事實是酒店不管是看起來還是感覺起來一點也不像住滿的。我們就不明白了,為什麼他們不給我們一個位置好點的有一個大號或特大號床的房間,這樣他們也能睡個安穩覺。因為床不合適,我們沒有換房間。我們的房間窗外沒有任何風景。空調系統運行也不怎麼正常。我們設到13度,仍然覺得熱。我們早上5點就被整夜時有時無的噪音還有人們深夜從娛樂場出來開關門的聲音驚醒了。可以聽到隔壁的聲音,敲門的聲音以及人們在走廊說話走路的聲音。 那天下着毛毛細雨。因為房間在旁邊一個獨立的樓裏面,我們要用傘還得簽一下名,而傘還是壞的。 吃早餐的房間有一股強烈的霉爛味,還有不少蒼蠅在麵包和蛋糕上飛來飛去。廚師不知道什麼是只煎一面的蛋,服務員也沒有服務的意願。沒有黃糖,他們也根本不會去嘗試理解客人想要什麼。那時桌子也不夠,而且食物的種類很少,看起來也不好吃,在我老公嘗了一下沒什麼味道的麵條之後我們就離開了。甚至來咖啡都達不到標準。 我們打算早點離開酒店。作為一個4星級或者他們自己認為的5星級的酒店真是太差勁了。也達不到3星級的標準。顯然星級對酒店的管理沒有任何作用。 由於缺乏管理和服務輝煌的建築浪費了啊。雖然酒店不在中心位置,但是如果你在合適的房間會看到下龍灣很好的景觀的。沒有人會願意到下龍灣花4星級酒店的錢去看這家酒店的停車場的。 這樣經營一家酒店真是太荒謬了。是否有個叫戈登·拉姆齊也是這樣管理酒店的?

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

Novotel Ha long Bay We are now at the end of our first week in the beautiful country of Vietnam travelling from Hanoi to SaPa and today Ha Long Bay. Knowing this is not a travel forum I do have to comment on the beauty of Vietnam and even more strikingly, the generosity of the people with whom we have come across in our very brief time here. The staff at the Novotel in Ha Long Bay are no exception! We were greeted with a warm welcome. We arrived very early at 9:00 am following an overnight train trip from SaPa to Hanoi followed by a two hour mini coach ride to Halong Bay, not expecting anything other than the option of leaving our bags whilst we waited for check in later in the day. Once again we were greeted with unfailing courtesy at the door by Ngọc, who took our bags and directed us to the front desk where Huang and Hoang offered to find us a room as soon as possible. Twenty minutes later we were invited to go to our upgraded suite so we might rest rather than wait for another room later in the day. Hoang then escorted us to our room, followed by Ngọc with our luggage. Our room is magnificent and the view over Ha Long Bay breathtaking as you can see from the photos. The facilities in our room were excellent, the bed comfortable and the bathroom just perfect. We even have a fabulous sitting area to relax and enjoy the view over Ha Long Bay Thanks also to Hiem, the Housekeeping Manager, who assisted us when we were first using our key cards at our door and asked if there was any more he might do to assist us. The lounge area in this bright and sunny reception area is cosy and we were nicely looked after by the barman, Bach. Breakfast was a la carte on the morning we were here but can also be a buffet in other days. Trang was gracious and kind as she assisted us in our breakfast choices. It was 10:00 am and we were checked in and hoped we might have a coffee before venturing out for the day. The breakfast dining room was shutting but Trang who was waiting at the entrance welcomed us in and helped us with coffee and food even though the restaurant was shutting for the morning. Such a kind gesture and much appreciated after a long night and morning to get to this beautiful part of the world and this already amazing start to our stay at the Novotel. Once again this is another beautiful hotel in Vietnam, managed and staffed by a wonderful, caring team. Thank you to P.Anh at reception who was so helpful with our queries and for arranging transport for us in our departure. Hospitality world wide could take a leaf out of the Vietnamese understanding of generosity and the care of their visitors. We for one will be returning to this beautiful part of the world

Because of a newly built hotel, all the furniture and conditions were the best. Breakfast was also delicious. In particular, the front desk staff, Tracy Pham, was nice and gave me personal care. So I was able to spend a comfortable time. If I go to Halong again, I will definitely visit this hotel again.
