Castle民宿酒店

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

酒店就在加的夫市區，距離商業中心四百米，距離城堡不到一公裏。世界連鎖酒店，標準化管理，比英國的老舊酒店強百倍，價格提前預定不貴。出國首選。

院長絕對是最好的。無底的普羅塞克從來沒有在他的同事們的幫助下走到盡頭。他花時間與我們實際交談，這使訪問量提高了100倍。他很感興趣，非常可愛和體貼。有人激動之後，他也會在那裡支持，因此我強烈建議您體驗。非常值得的錢！ ！ ！ ！ ！ ！ ！ ？

星期五到週日在加的夫假日酒店停留,在公國體育場觀看高速公路。酒店對我們來說是一個完美的位置。在酒店停車方便,這是額外的獎勵,就像在其他酒店,我們不得不在國家大會上停車一樣。房間很好,一塵不染。空調工作非常好,從外面的熱浪中得到了很好的改變!酒店非常安靜,這令人驚訝,因爲它很忙。兩個早上都吃早餐,自助餐經常加滿早餐是一個不錯的選擇。儘管週末非常繁忙,我們還是立刻就坐了下來,不必等自助餐加滿。唯一讓酒店失望並降低評級的是接待。接待員遇到了非常冷,沒有展示我們通常在洲際酒店看到的“真正的熱情好客”。一點也不覺得受歡迎。入住和退房時,不同工作人員都感受到了寒冷和突。

我去酒吧吃東西,但是因爲有94人蔘加會議,所以沒能去。這不是我的問題。我的抱怨是在大廳裏坐着的時候,我無意中聽到一位坐在輪椅上的女士和她的朋友受到餐館工作人員的歧視。這位女士試圖離開大樓,但是因爲她需要進入斜坡,所以不能不經過餐廳。她試圖穿過,但被告知“只需等待排隊(等待食物)才能下去”。我覺得這情況很糟糕,這位女士顯然對這種歧視態度感到非常不安。另一位客人走近這對夫婦,問發生了什麼事。他們解釋說,他和我的想法完全一樣......“他們能不能不要求排隊爲你移動?”在幾秒鐘內,那個人顯然抱怨了,然後又出現了,說跟我來,他們要求排隊移動。對陪審團的歧視是多麼令人作嘔的表現。那位女士顯然非常難過,等了幾分鐘,然後在這位先生表現出他的關心和更多的常識的幾秒鐘內,這位女士能夠離開大樓。我不知道什麼更讓我難過!這位女士顯然受到了歧視,因爲被告知要等,或者她不得不用後門離開大樓,開始......而不是在陪審團的客棧!非常糟糕的表演。建築物前面的斜坡將解決這個問題,首先防止這個問題。

從踏入休息室到房間本身，這家公園廣場酒店的質量在整個建築中都很明顯。 房間和浴室都很乾淨，建造質量很高。您可能會發現房間的唯一問題是，如果您正對著主要道路，因為對面有一家酒吧/俱樂部，如果您在這裡住了一個週末，可能會吵雜。除此之外，酒店員工很棒，健身房和早餐設施也很一流。

酒店地理位置很好，就在市中心，距離火車站10分鐘步行距離。不過樓下有一個酒吧，晚上會有點吵，但不影響睡覺。酒店比較乾淨，推薦入住。

I will start with the good : Friendly / helpful staff Great location, close to everything Top floor was very quiet and clean The reception / bar area was very very nice Had a nice meal in the restaurant Now for the bad, which is a shame cause we love Premier Inn's : Not enough staff The self serve did not work, spat blank pieces of paper out, so waste of time got upstairs no WIFI code, so back downstairs then it stopped working again after 24 hrs so back down to sort it again Toilet seat broken Coffee machine leaked No tv remote, back down again Only 1 lift working so long waits, on 10th floor, not walking 1 large / 1 small towel for 2 guests, there used to be 2 spares too Dirty glass everywhere in communal area's No bedside table left of the bed so had to use the stool which isn't a very flat surface Outside front of hotel was dirty, rubbish everywhere, needs more maintenance So overall very disappointed :-(
