Ce B&B se compose de 2 endroits un Via Emerico et un autre VIa Ruggero. Nous étions sur le second. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Palerme à pieds. Beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs. L'accueil se fait via whatApps où il vous faudra définir votre heure d'arrivé et une personne viendra vous remettre les clés et vous donner toutes les informations nécessaires. La chambre était agréable à un petit détail près c'est que nous ne pouvions pas jeter de papier toilette dans les WC...(?) Risque de boucher la canalisation... que l'on ne jette pas des choses dans les toilettes je comprends mais du papier toilette.... celui-ci devait être jeté dans une petite poubelle à côté :-/ ... Jamais vu cela, ok nous sommes en Italie où le bidet joue un rôle primordial mais c'est un peu déroutant... Ce problème était-il spécifique à notre chambre (POLITEAMA) ou à l'ensemble des autres chambres ? je ne sais pas. La literie était moyenne. Un petit coin cuisine avec micro ondes, tables, évier et machine à café à capsules est disponible gratuitement En résumé, bien pour une ou 2 nuits, mais pour plus j'aurai pris autre chose malgré son bon emplacement.

My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

The staff were delightful: courteous and helpful, always keen to assist and give advice for experiencing Palermo. We had a very comfortable room. The terrace in the roof has a superb rooftop view. It’s where you have breakfast and there’s access to it all day. Location is amazing: 2 minutes’ walk from city centre. A special treat was the kettle in the room, not so common in Sicily.

I had a tough time giving InCanto an average rating, because it was definitely not average. The good qualities were really great, but the bad qualities were really bad. First the good - The room was large & comfortable, located right in the middle of everything, a few steps away from the famous Four Corners. I loved the breakfast every day delivered right to our room. Lots of great places to eat and drink, and sights to see, just a short walk in every direction. Now the bad - InCanto is difficult to find, since the main entrance, the one with a sign, is inside a private building up on the 2nd floor (or 3rd floor for Americans.) There is no signage on the main streets, and only a tiny sign once you find the otherwise generic door located down an alley. I asked many locals for directions when I was only 1 -2 blocks away, and nobody had ever heard of it. The Four Corners is very close, and very LOUD. Live music starts early in the morning and continues until late at night. Well after midnight, after the music stops, people walk through the streets shouting & kicking beer bottles. It's never quiet, and you easily hear all the noise from inside the room with all the doors & windows closed. The front desk is only staffed in the morning, so when we could not find the place in the afternoon to check in, nobody was there to answer the phone. There's no elevator and no help, so be prepared to carry all of your own luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. We had a misunderstanding regarding our bill. It worked out fine in the end, but we couldn't just go to the front desk to fix it, we had to do everything online, so something that would have normally taken two minutes wind up taking half a day. Our room had a nice wood floor, but there were tiny nails sticking up through the floor. We normally don't wear shoes inside, but after having the nails tear our socks and poke the soles of our feet, we had to keep our shoes on. For me, the negatives outweighed the positives, and I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone else.

Hmm When we tried to get back into the hotel The Front door was shut…aka locked out HE blamed me! Hello why would I shut the door stuck in heat? Maybe he needs to always take keys outside at all times, Lift was only for one person. This is a 3 star hotel Breakfast very simple
