I was due to stay at this hotel from the 12-15th November but due to an out break of covid in the town of Castellon we cancelled our trip. We tried to cancel, not get our money back but simply reschedule our visit but as yet we had no definitive date to return and was likely to be in the Spring of 2022. Well they are not prepared to allow us the time to plan the next trip, no voucher nothing, Disappointed as the outbreak was in Castellon and we didn't want to take the risk. Looked like a great place but the service we have received has been awful at a time the world is gripped with covid some compassion would have been good, we will return to see Pablo but will not stay at this hotel and will ensure the hundreds who do travel in the spring will be advised not to stay here, maybe its because we are English football fans!!

Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost. The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car. There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. The reception opens the garage when you drive down. I wouldnt recommend a SUV going down this garage since it is very tight between floor 1 and 2. It is also important to be patient because there can be misunderstandings between cars going into the garage and out of the garage. The cars that are going out of the garage have a green light 2 floors down when it is ok for them to drive. The cars that are going down have no light they can look at or the ability to see cars coming up so misunderstandings can happen....especially if you come from different countries. So remember to be humble and it will work out if a situation arises where one car is going into the garage and another car is going out. I think it's quite rare that it happens but still good to be aware of it.

The hotel is located close to the center and have a good parcking . I stayed for one month just before the pandemic. You can reach the downtown by walk in really short time. The breakfast is really good (sweet and american breakfast...fruit...etc...)and with italian coffe as well. The room is quite big and clean. There is also a gym not with so much feetness equipment and very small but at least a good tapis roulant and good elliptical. At reception are very kind and avaible. For sure i'll be right back.

Superbly comfortable hotel a few minutes walk from the city centre.A very spacious well equipped room with comfortable furnishings and a balcony with great views over the city. Check in and out handled efficiently by the friendly helpful staff at reception. Very good value for money

這家酒店讓我感到驚訝。價格便宜的位置(對我來說沒關係,我們只在長途駕駛的中間使用),清潔度完美,早餐只有5歐元,所有你能吃的東西都是完美的。人很棒,房間有點小,但只住了一晚就完美了。電視在桌子上指向任何地方,你需要把電視轉一下,淋浴可能是個問題,因爲水出去了,不是窗簾或玻璃,但我不會打掃。如果你是帶着車旅行,這可能是個問題,因爲我們很難找到靠近酒店停車的地方。

Hôtel super sympa. La chambre et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. Par contre le menu proposé pour le dîner sous forme de buffet est vraiment très chiche et pas à la hauteur en comparaison de la qualité de l’hôtel. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable, parlant français de surcroît, et très disponible. Le personnel assurant le service du petit déjeuner semble plus attentif a leur smartphone.

Todo muy espacioso, limpio y agradable. La terracita un súper plus! Viajamos con perrete y todo fue genial, y además me gustaría hacer especialmente mención a la atención de Amanda; todos nos atendieron fenomenal pero ella en concreto nos atendió con especial agrado y nos facilitó mucho la estancia. Seguramente, su trato haya sido lo más destacable. Muy agradecidos. Lo único malo es que por la mañana desde bien temprano entraba bastante luz por el bajo de la puerta y por los laterales de las cortinas. Un poco incómodo porque nos acortó el tiempo de descanso. Y bueno, la cama y/o almohadas tampoco eran lo más cómodo del mundo, pero fue pasable.
