圖爾旅舍酒店

Faultless everything. I had a great big room, fantastic over all compared to a local 5* hotel. great location, amenities near by, transport and ease. i usually do not like to stay in big chains but this one truly surprised me.

We have certainly noticed a lowering in the hotel standards. Subtle for steady decrease which undermine the quality and put in doubt the category of the hotel. A few of them could be enumerated: No more small bottle of body lotion of similar in the bathroom. We flagged this at reception and the lady mentioned this was never the case at this hotel, noted down our room number and never came back to us. The menu at the Room Service has been reduced and for instance, ommeletes are not available any longer. The kitchen lacks utensiles and this makes the room with kitchen experience a bit dull as you are not going to be cooking much with wooden cutlery, having to order pans at reception or needing plates that are not available on spot. I would propose either to remove them or fit them for purpose.

在複雜的投票公寓7/10:寬,全部,陽台,相當乾淨;裏的負面,沒有空調,牀牀牀牀牀,了!!水池不太乾淨()太熱,但是男孩們玩了半個小時,晚上出酒店停車場和站附近的地區,不建議女孩子獨自一身,在接待處細注意兩個女孩。在入住時不靈活地說房間會在17點鐘準備好,在他們着你的各種和笑聲之後,小心不要讓旁邊辦公室的負責人抓到你,他們繼續推遲房間分配......最後手裏的到17.30。清晨出check發生....而且我還不清楚公寓的房間號碼,而不是一遍寫它們或說一個號碼來幫助我,她對繼續在法語中全部重複這些號碼感到震驚。除了我用英語對她抱房間遲到的時,她們不明白,也開始用這個語言回答我,對不起,但是作爲客戶我根本不喜歡,完全缺乏友好和專業性。

有史以來最好的酒店睡眠!舒適的牀和枕頭,適當的窗簾和幾乎無聲的空調。帶儀式產品的輝煌淋浴,獨立衛生間(總是贏家!)。連接的房間對我們的家庭來說很好,狗真的很受歡迎,碗準備好她的食物和水。迫不及待想再來。

酒店早餐還可以，可以現煮雞蛋，熱食多，對中國胃比較友好。早餐早6-10點，比較方便。房間衛生好，推薦入住

酒店位於圖爾的主火車站廣場，但車無法開到酒店門口，因為那個區域是禁止同行的，因此要不停在附近的街上收費位置，要不停酒店對麪地下車庫，但如何找到這個車庫，肯定要花點時間。房間不大但還舒適，早餐品種還不少，品質也不錯。

從圖爾火車站不行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。訂房的時候以為就是和IBIS類似的酒店，進房間后發現有驚喜，房間布置溫馨，各種裝飾雖不高檔，但都經過精心設計，讓人感覺舒適。這個酒店真是到圖爾的絕佳選擇，值得推薦。

裝修非常新服務很標準，早點也不錯，給你有家的感覺，服務也細緻，態度彬彬有禮，衛生間很乾凈，對客人有禮貌，離景區也相當近，室內的隔音效果非常好，非常不錯的一家酒店，以後來了還住，攜程不錯

I am lucky that my company is moving away from the Tours Nord area. It means that I do not have to stay in this Mercure anymore. Let me be clear: the staff members are very nice and that is the reason I still give 3 points. However, this is the only Mercure where I would never get an upgrad as a platinum or now gold member. They are always full. Sometimes I find it hard to believe given the size - and the fact that in CDG I have the upgrade every time. The standard rooms are of good standard mercure quality but in regards to amenities it is really below any kind of standard: you have a shower gel from a large bottle (that was unfortunately empty) and the same for the soap. There is nothing else. You get coffee powder and a couple of tea bags as well as a half liter of water. Maybe I am spoiled after our holidays in Asia but I am seriously considering to quit the Accor Live Limitless program and try my luck somewhere else. For two nights for business it is ok and again, lovely staff. Just not a place that makes you feel welcome. I am looking forward to seeing the folks at the Mercure Tours Sud again (should I remain with ALL...).
