這家酒店是有史以來出國旅遊遇到的最差酒店，唯一的優點僅是離西雅圖機場近。 辦理入住的時候，前台工作人員居然搞錯了房間（事後才知道），弄到半夜的時候居然有人來開門，而且還是拿了房卡打開的房門，幸好準備睡覺前把房門的內扣鎖釦上了，才不至於弄出大烏龍。第二天一早六點半，居然前台工作人員打房間電話，詢問幾點退房（沒有説明任何原因）。一早退房時，向前台工作人員告知稍晚發生其他客人準備進入已經有人入住的房間問題後，僅是一句稍晚的工作人員搞錯了，沒有任何錶示歉意的話語和態度。入住時，前台工作人員倒是沒有忘了收停車費。

We had a good stay, check in was a little long but the rooms and beds were clean. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Overall, the place is safe, clean, and comfortable enough. The bathrooms were a little yucky but you can do your business get in and get out. I would recommend shower shoes to be safe. I like that there are curtains around the beds for a little privacy and the lockers under the bed had a lot of space for storage. Breakfast was my favorite time, you can cook your own eggs provided in the shared kitchen which was kind of like a dance. Lots of ppl but very friendly and cooperative. If you are friendly and like meeting new people you will get a lot out of a stay at a place like this. Please study the website. The location is unmatched but it’s still a hostel. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s roughing it or anything like that but this really is meant to be a bed you can crash on. Budget friendly in a city that’s very expensive. I love their mission of making travel more accessible and affordable. That’s what makes this place special. If you manage expectations you will be happy with your stay.

衹有一張特大床，酒店環境很安靜，泳池是不能游泳的水特別臟，可能因為現在6月份比較冷還沒有開放。這裏睡覺聽不到飛機的聲音這點很好，房間內有冰箱和微波爐，因為燒水壺的底座丟了，所以也不知道能不能燒水，但是這裏也可以提供熱水，衛生一般不過價格還可以

良好的服務,美味的食物,高檔的感覺,沒有費用。庭院非常華麗,而且在河上。斯波坎競技場和會展中心都5-10步行幾分鐘的距離,河畔公園建築羣和市中心美食區的中心。非常漂亮,乾淨的房間,時尚現代風格。不會出錯。

房間乾淨整潔，房間沒有衛生間和洗澡房，4樓有公共區域，有廚房冰箱等設施齊全，周邊有美食街，交通便利，總之，還不錯。

Travel bag had put together a holiday for us over 10 days this hell hole was one of the hotels they put us in first we approached the front desk the windows into the main building has bad condensation and manky net curtains. The guy charged as a 100 dollars deposit in case room damage occurred. He then hands us the key and we head to the room there were cigarette butts all over and shady looking characters in the car park loitering around . The place looked like a run down place from one of them American movies where ilegal activity’s take place. When we came into the room it was dark the smell! there was a massive gap under the door between outside. The window had a crack in it the walls were yellow and dirty there were stains all over the carpet it was also covered in stains, the furniture was damaged and worn. The bed was dirty, stained the headboard had marks on it. The bathroom had dirt and mold in the corners taps had rust it was shocking I won’t mention the state of the bog! The smell of the room was awful I’m not asking for 5 star but this was a dump. Travel bag had no right putting us in a place like this with two young children. And I’m suspicious of the reviews because they are quite positive. Maybe some fake reviews have been put up because this place was dirty and run down. The fact they had the nerve to charge 100 dollars deposit for room damage is unbelievable the place needs bulldozing down. I videoed the whole room which shows how dirty it was. We felt itchy after leaving the place. We are waiting for our money back from travel bag we left immediately and had to spend the night in a car!

I was there for 9 days due to family member at Harborview hospital, which is about a 15 min walk away, about 8 blocks. The staff was always friendly and my room was always clean. Amazon delivered to it so e times even the same day as I ordered stuff. A few places to eat close by. Connected to other hospital, Virginia Mason. One caution going out at night not recommended, lots of street and homeless in the evening once it gets darker.

Nice motel, no frills, lament flooring, no nasty old carpeting. Comfortable bed, clean linens. Gated and secure parking, friendly staff. Recently updated rooms, fridge and microwave. Wi-Fi. We booked a day before our cruise and two days after as well. Recommend for any length stay.

我們在8月16日只在這裏住了一晚。接待處的工作人員非常友好和熱情。我們住在226房間,樓上的角落套房。如果你是涅/KurtCobain fan的話,這個房間有特殊意義,因爲這是90年代Kurt在汽車旅館要求的房間。特別感謝Johnathan爲我們安排了這個具體房間。房間本身大小適中,有雙人牀,拉出沙發牀,微波爐,桌子和椅子。房間還有3個大小適中的窗戶,打開了,當微風吹進來時,我們不需要空調。房間和浴室很乾淨,浴室有很多幹淨的毛巾,淋浴很好。Wifi 也跑得很快。在我逗留期間沒有任何問題,晚上很安靜,我們的住宿沒有任何問題。

I want to say that Rick, our point of contact at the motel, was very professional, kind, and friendly. My mom and I ran late from the airport and checked in quite late. Rick took the time to call us and give us a heads up that the check-in location changes after I believe 10 or 11 PM (you might want to give them a call and double check this- I can't quite remember the exact time)! I thought that was very kind of him! We stayed for one night and the place was sufficient for our needs. This motel is by no means a fancy one, but for the price that we paid, it had all the necessities that one needs. Mom and I used to travel a lot so we have seen good and bad motels/hotels and I think our stay here went pretty smooth. Shampoo and conditioner are provided but if you bring extra soap with you, that wouldn't be a bad move either. Thank you Rick for your kindness- it was much appreciated after a long stressful trip!
