It's close to Jordan Station and faces the bus route, so it's very convenient. The female owner was very kind and flexible in her response. When I emailed her in advance, she replied very politely. The female owner will need to explain to you how to enter the building by intercom or password on the first floor, and how to enter the hotel by password on the guest floor, so it's best to speak in English or Cantonese. If this is difficult, you can email the hotel in advance and let them know your arrival time, and they will be able to assist you. I used standard Chinese, but they were able to respond well and there were no problems with conversation or email. They were very polite. The hotel is located in an old building that houses general housing and offices, so some things like the elevator and hot water in the shower are not ideal, but the price is quite cheap, so if you're used to traveling, it's not a problem at all. The air conditioning works.

No need to say too much, the meticulousness of the near obsession with cleanliness has quietly settled into the peace of mind of the first moment of staying. Every time I touch the fluffy and soft towel, every time I see the mirror and the faucet as new, it seems to silently say the solemn promise of the word ”clean” here, it is not a cold rule, but a warm body and mind. The location of the hotel is even more unique, it is a lighthouse on the journey. A few minutes walk, the entrance of the subway station is clearly visible, as if the blood vessels of the city are within reach; and just a graceful corner, the locals' private flavor hall will float away not far away. Whether it is the dawn trip or the late night foraging, the hotel is always like a silent and reliable friend, waiting quietly in the dim light, and placing the convenience and tranquility of the hustle and bustle of the city at the same time. The most moving thing is the ubiquitous, moisturizing and silent tolerance and caring. The smiles of the front desk staff are not professional templates, they can always be sensitive to the subtle needs of travelers. First hotel I initially booked for 6 nights but upon arrival found out Agoda did not book my room which is a great inconvenience having to look for another hotel. But I managed to book via trip.com and stayed 3 nights, hotel receptionist lady is great providing me a room upgrade. One of the best hotel, big spacious and comfortable room which comes with a jacuzzi bathtub, with bathrobes, in-room iron, iron board, security safe, toiletries, all things I needed are available, is near to Jordan mtr just less than 2mins walk, single mtr line to mongkok, tst, admiralty/central stations, shops all nearby, western breakfast and food is delicious, plus there is a 24h self service laundry washer and dryer just outside the hotel, didn't try the gym which is in the Madare residence section in next building. Big 👍 for this hotel highly recommended.

The room is very small, but it's OK as a place to sleep while on a long layover in HK. The owner was helpful in finding the place as I was lost when trying to find it. I went to a building with the same name, to the same floor and could not find it. Later by phone the owner met me on the street, directed to the correct building and let me into the inn. There is no breakfast in this location.

The guesthouse has a great location, right outside Jordan MTR Exit B1, in the Wah Fung Building. The landlady is really nice and enthusiastic; she told me how to get to Victoria Harbour and Temple Street. There's a water dispenser at the front desk, so you can get free drinking water. Overall, it's pretty good.

On the last night before leaving Hong Kong, I wanted to find a cheap hotel to hedge against the crazy hotel prices during the previous two days of the weekend. I was mentally prepared. It didn’t matter if the room was small for one person. When I arrived at 3 pm, I learned that there was a problem with the water pipes in the building, and the leak in the bathroom was still being repaired. Although I was a little surprised, I understood that this was an emergency, and the front desk was also very friendly and took care of everything personally. But I don't know if it was because of this that I neglected to clean the room. The floor was very dirty and there were black stains from hair. Another problem was the water heater. I reported it to the boss. I followed the instructions and turned on the preheating. After only ten minutes, water started to flow from the water pipe on the ground. I had to turn it off and I couldn't take a shower. The room faced the street, and it was too noisy. The sound of cars continued all night long. Fortunately, I brought earplugs and managed to sleep through it. But the best thing about this hotel is that it is reasonably priced and has an excellent location. You can enter the building in one step from the subway station, and the airport bus is across the road. The boss and the front desk who have added WeChat are very nice and polite. The room is also equipped with adapter plugs and disposable slippers. In short, everyone can judge what they value most before considering whether to stay.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

The location is excellent, right across the street from Tin Hau MTR Station Exit A1, making transportation very convenient. You can even walk to Causeway Bay. Nearby, there's Tin Hau Temple and Victoria Park, and within a one-kilometer radius, there's a great selection of food. The room was clean; although the size can't compare to mainland hotels, it was perfectly adequate for two people. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was no impolite behavior towards guests from the mainland. When I checked in, they even offered to help with my luggage, which was a very comfortable experience.

Took my kids to Hong Kong to watch the Ronaldo Saudi Super Cup final. Saw it opened in '09 and decided to take a gamble on it. Turns out, it completely exceeded my expectations! A veteran five-star hotel truly is in a league of its own. As soon as we walked in, we saw a signed Ronaldo jersey – the atmosphere was incredible! Facilities: Even though it opened in '09, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Environment: No weird smells at all, a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel three months in advance for a family visit in Hong Kong. It's very close to where my relatives live, and for Hong Kong standards, the room size is quite spacious, offering excellent value for money. It's super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Chai Wan MTR Station, and you're at Youth Square. We stayed on the 13th floor; although the hallway felt a bit retro, the building's facilities were great, and the air conditioning was strong. The room was clean, and both the AC and hot water worked perfectly. I particularly liked the sink. The bathroom was small, only big enough for one person; if you're a larger person, even turning around might be a bit tight. I prefer not to have housekeeping, so I kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on for a few days. They offer a complimentary simple breakfast from 8-10 AM. There are plenty of good eateries around, and they're generally cheaper than in the bustling city center. There's a restaurant called Tak Sing Restaurant where you can enjoy dim sum for breakfast. Overall, this hostel offers good value for money.

The receptionist is efficient and fast. The room is quite clean for the price i paid. If you're someone especially solo traveler who travels in budget and just needs a place to sleep, i recommended this hotel. The location is in the center of the city, busses and subway easily accessible on foot, the hotel is on the 3rd floor and lift available. Considering how space is at a premium in Hong Kong, this hotel is pretty decent. Traveling solo, the single room was just right. The room even came with mainland Chinese power outlets. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. It was also easy to find. The location is great for getting around, with the MTR station nearby. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof. Despite that, I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

I'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

I suspect this was a thoughtful gesture, as their standard rooms are quite small, and the staff probably noticed our family of three had a lot of luggage. 2. **Convenient Location**: The hotel is very well-located for exploring. There are famous restaurants nearby, such as Australia Dairy Company and Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop (Michelin-rated). The hotel provides a food map at check-in. Temple Street Night Market is within walking distance, and there are several seafood stalls nearby selling live mantis shrimp, crabs, and razor clams. We didn't get a chance to try them this time, so I can't comment on the taste. It's also a pleasant walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour during the day. 3. **On-site Dining**: The hotel itself has a rich variety of dining options within its food street. 4. **Airport Shuttle**: The A21 airport bus is very convenient. It costs around HKD 30 (half-price for children) and you can get off at Ning Po Street, then it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card. Each person needs to scan their own QR code; you can't use one for multiple people. Make sure to prepare your payment beforehand, or you might get a scolding if you're too slow, and they don't give change. Cons: 1. **Aging Facilities in Suite**: The hotel is older, though it was renovated around 2018. While the room was clean, the facilities felt a bit dated. The most inconvenient part of the suite (room 725, for reference) was having to shower in the bathtub, as there was no separate shower stall. Moreover, the drainage was severely clogged and very slow. It started backing up the moment we turned on the water, not just halfway through the shower. By the end, the water would reach ankle-deep, which was quite exaggerated. I didn't complain because I felt it was due to the old building structure, and I doubted staff could fix it immediately. 2. **Restaurant Experience (Yat Tung Heen)**: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience of dining at Yat Tung Heen (a Michelin-starred restaurant). However, I personally found the roast meats and dim sum to be rather ordinary. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of roast meats and Hong Kong-style dim sum, you might want to skip it. The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

I booked 5 days in advance and specifically requested a twin room in my reservation notes. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that twin rooms typically require at least a week's advance booking. They offered a complimentary upgrade to an 1.8-meter king-size bed. Ultimately, we opted to pay an additional 500+ per night to upgrade to a suite, which included an extra bed in the living room and complimentary children's breakfast. Starry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though there were signs of wear and tear. Be aware that they provide daily disposable paper bath towels instead of cloth towels. No hand or face towels provided. I had to ask for hand soap to be provided to us. Hand sink shares the same area with beds. The safe battery was low by the fourth day. Bed linen was great and room keeping services were outstanding. We needed cleanup from an accident and they took care of it promptly for us.

I feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem in Hong Kong. The dorms are extremely well laid out, with plenty of space for the suitcase and personal belongings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

This family hotel is in a great location, just two blocks from Mong Kok Station. There's an elevator. The rooms are small, only 10 square meters, but they have everything you need (private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a fan, and an adapter). Our room didn't have a window, but thankfully, we didn't feel stuffy. The owner is a beautiful woman and very kind. The staff are also very helpful and eager to help with any questions. We arrived early, and the owner even said there were two rooms available for us to choose from. The door requires a code, which is very secure. The value for money is excellent.

A pleasant surprise! There's a lively bar street right downstairs, attracting a fun international crowd. The front desk staff were excellent, explaining everything very clearly. The location is truly central. The bathrooms here are exceptionally spacious. Fantastic value for money! Just a heads-up, they no longer provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.
