We stayed at Hotel Royal Chihpen, which is truly a resort-style hotel offering a wide array of activities. A standout feature was the in-room hot spring bath, complete with a beautiful stone tub – absolutely wonderful. The hotel also provides both indoor and outdoor hot spring facilities. The swimming and spa pools were generously sized, which was another great advantage.

It was great that we could use the pool until late at night (probably 8:30pm). There were also two types of baths and saunas!! The staff were all very kind and we were able to communicate well using a translator. One thing to note is to make sure to book the shuttle bus in advance! Next time I'd like to stay in a slightly more expensive private house!!

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel~ Very new ~ also has children's facilities ~ The pool was amazing! But the wind was too strong on the day we checked in! Didn't go into the water~ I will definitely use it well next time~

Breakfast is OK, suitable for parents! Very leisurely holiday. There is a parking lot. It can accommodate an extra bed, 600 Taiwan dollars. In the middle of the country, go to Luye Gaotai Hot Air Balloon Carnival

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

1. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hand-brewed coffee was great, but it was a pity that we went too late and some things were not replenished. 2. The hot spring water in the room was not hot enough, and the water in the bathtub would slowly drain away, which was a bit of a waste of water. 3. There was a problem with the WiFi on the 5th floor, and the TV could not be watched. After it was repaired, it still could not be watched the next morning.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, offering a fantastic variety of options. The hotel also offered plenty of complimentary activities throughout the day, which are perfect for families with kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. The only downside was the mattress in the room; it was uncomfortable and felt quite sloped/sagging.

I originally booked Naruwan Galaxy Hotel, but a few days ago I was notified by phone that it was upgraded to Naruwan Grand Hotel! Check in at 17pm It's just that the parking lot smells very smokey! Not quite acceptable The counter staff should be a little bit nicer. The room was nice and big! With a baby! The sound insulation is slightly poor! I can still hear people talking next door! But it's my first time here and the overall feeling is good👍 Looking forward to bringing my family here next time 😌
