The hotel is conveniently located, a five-minute drive to Butai Port. Stayed for one night and the room facilities were all good. We originally checked in around 9pm, but due to plane trouble, we didn't check in until 1am. Thank you to the female hotel staff for waiting for us! I would also like to thank trip.com staff for their dedicated arrangements and help!

The room was clean. I rented a Japanese-style double room. There was very little space for luggage after the bed was opened, but the two quadruple rooms my sister rented were very spacious and had a small sofa. This B&B does not have an elevator. We stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors and had to carry our luggage upstairs. However, the stairs are relatively narrow, so it is not suitable for going with elderly people. You cannot enter with shoes on in this B&B. You must remove your shoes before entering. But slippers are provided after entry. This B&B is about 25 minutes away from the pier. It is more convenient to call a taxi and the cost is about $150.

似乎沒有跟Trip 直接合作，訂房時飯店用******* 跟我聯絡我完全收不到，幸好當天有電話確認，才免於被取消訂房，這間旅館採人頭制計費，飯店1500也是雙人房，兩人人住的話還要再加300，說實在蠻怪的。 房東比較純樸，在反應上及應對處理都欠佳，不過人是不錯的 房門是傳統的喇叭鎖頭，窗戶外是用黑色隔熱貼貼住，整體都比較陽春一點，不過地理位置來說離東石港很近，如果要去外島的朋友們可以住

A man came to stay and took a bed. Very good and economical for backpackers. The beds are very clean. The boss and his wife are very friendly and shared a lot of local attractions with me and so on. Will definitely consider coming again.

We originally booked a building block room, but when we checked in, the counter staff told us that we could upgrade to a parent-child room for 2,500 yuan at our own expense. The room was three times larger, so our two little ones would have more space to play. The room was very clean, and there were two children's sports cars that could be driven freely in the closed lane in the parent-child center. The little ones had a lot of fun. There is also a large bathtub in the room (the kind of square bathtub you find in hot spring hotels). It's a pity that for breakfast you have to walk to another banquet hall, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk, which is really far. I think it would be more convenient to drive there*** Overall, the hotel environment is quiet, clean and comfortable, very suitable for families.

This is a weird hotel. We booked a balcony room but not allowed to smoke in the balcony then what’s the point of paying more for a balcony room that do not hv good views too? This time I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room was large and had high ceilings. However, because the room was quite empty, it felt oppressive. Yoyo sits conveniently next to Chiayi station. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are proper. They provide breakfast every morning. If you're looking to visit Alishan, this is a fantastic starting point. Be warned though, everything on Alishan requires payment. The lodgings are incredibly expensive. The hotel is quite new, which is probably the only good thing about it. The rest were pretty mediocre. The room was average, without any special features, and even the layout was a bit weak for a new hotel. The breakfast was also mediocre, not too much nor too little, not too bad nor too tasty, and the seats were very crowded, like the banquet hall booked by a tour group. The service is still very enthusiastic, and I would like to give a big compliment to the service staff. I feel that the hotel's approach is a bit petty. The service staff said there were gifts and so on, and then gave two loose square cookies, which was a bit ridiculous. You might as well put a basket at the front desk for people to take by themselves. Square cookies are very expensive, haha. There should be at least two bottles of water in the room. You can ask for them at the front desk, but you need to take the room card, water, square cookies, and luggage with you when you go upstairs. Remember to bring a big bag, otherwise there will be no place to put them. To protect the earth and the environment we shouldn’t need these two bottles of water, right? But will all the convenience stores on the streets still be open? I stayed in a hotel for convenience, otherwise I would have gone to a B&B. I took a kettle and walked across half the floor to get water... I had to wash the cups and the kettle before going... I was also a little worried about how often your water dispenser is maintained...

It's absolutely fantastic that this place is pet-friendly and allows you to bring your dog! There's a 1000 NTD deposit at check-in, which is fully refunded upon check-out if there's no damage to the room. My dog usually has trouble settling down when staying away from home, but surprisingly, she slept soundly on her own here. The hotel has a park right behind it, which was incredibly convenient for dog potty breaks! Thumbs up, highly recommend! The bathroom was a bit small, and it would be even better if they could add a shower curtain.

The two girls who received the guests were kind. But there is still room for improvement in care, such as: when guests check in, remind guests to dowload contact first (avoid careless guests). Because after we checked out, the room key has been handed over and we cannot enter and exit freely. When we returned to pick up and store our luggage, we pressed three times and no one opened the door. When we were busy, we saw a reminder phone number by the door. After receiving it, the friendly woman immediately responded and opened the door for us to catch and get on the train.

Love this hotel! great location, just walking distance to Wenhua night market! close to many tourist areas like Hinoki Village, art museums etc. also few mins away from Chiayi train station. Staffs are accommodating, the room is spacious and clean. Love the comfort of our bed and pillows. Price is reasonable.
