The location is very good, diagonally opposite the South Branch of the Forbidden City. The facilities and meals are pretty good! The only downside is that there is no washing machine or dryer. The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toilet and sink are also separated, which is quite convenient. We originally booked a building block room, but when we checked in, the counter staff told us that we could upgrade to a parent-child room for 2,500 yuan at our own expense. The room was three times larger, so our two little ones would have more space to play. The room was very clean, and there were two children's sports cars that could be driven freely in the closed lane in the parent-child center. The little ones had a lot of fun. There is also a large bathtub in the room (the kind of square bathtub you find in hot spring hotels). It's a pity that for breakfast you have to walk to another banquet hall, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk, which is really far. I think it would be more convenient to drive there*** Overall, the hotel environment is quiet, clean and comfortable, very suitable for families.

This is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles! It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service quality is that of a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the observation deck upstairs doesn't open until 6 PM, meaning you'll definitely miss the sunset. I'd suggest that if it opened earlier, it would be much more worthwhile.

The location is superb, very close to Chiayi Train Station and also extremely close to the art museum. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a quad room on this stay, which included two double beds. The first-floor lobby offers a comfortable space to relax, and there's also a water dispenser available for refilling bottles. The room's amenities were complete and well-maintained, and it was spotlessly clean. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Chiayi!

This is the best hotel that I ever stayed in Taiwan. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room that we booked are above our expectation! Breakfast was included and cafe just beside the lobby. Thus, we no need to worry about the foods in the morning. This hotel located just within the walking distance to the night market. Definitely will stay again in future if I visit to Chiayi.

Yoyo sits conveniently next to Chiayi station. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are proper. They provide breakfast every morning. If you're looking to visit Alishan, this is a fantastic starting point. Be warned though, everything on Alishan requires payment. The lodgings are incredibly expensive. Not sure why anyone would visit Alishan for other than the cold mountain air.

My room was swarming with ants – they were all over the table and along the bed frame! The air conditioning was unbearably hot. As it's a central system, the front desk couldn't adjust it and could only provide an extra fan. My friends in other rooms didn't experience these issues. I wonder if it was because mine was a corner room?

The two girls who received the guests were kind. But there is still room for improvement in care, such as: when guests check in, remind guests to dowload contact first (avoid careless guests). Because after we checked out, the room key has been handed over and we cannot enter and exit freely. When we returned to pick up and store our luggage, we pressed three times and no one opened the door. When we were busy, we saw a reminder phone number by the door. After receiving it, the friendly woman immediately responded and opened the door for us to catch and get on the train.

We used Chiayi as a base for exploring Alishan and made use of the included free parking close by and washing machine :) Staff was great and super helpful suggesting an itinerary so we could catch sunrise there. They even gave us a free upgrade. Location was great with quite a few bubble tea options and eateries nearby. We went to SmartFish by the night market (as featured on Street Food Asia from Netflix). There’s also cold noodles to try around the corner and if you venture a bit, turkey rice options as well.

• The location of the accommodation is very good, opposite Chiayi TRA, there is a U-Bike rental point. • The accommodation has a check-in time of 13:00. There is no elevator. Fortunately, I got a room on the 2nd floor. The staff were kind enough to help carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I cannot leave my luggage. Check-out before noon is considered okay. • The room is a good size. I can open a 29-inch suitcase. There is a hair dryer. The bathtub allows me to turn on the warm water to soak my feet. The shampoo smells great. But there is no air conditioning to adjust the room. It is very hot. Fortunately, there is a small fan to help. The room is not soundproof.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience. The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

I accidentally found Chiayi's back garden. Wuliuyuan is located next to Lantan Reservoir. We all unexpectedly entered the park. It was like a paradise with trees. The green plants were diverse and unique. We booked a family room for 6 people. Before entering the room, there is a red cockroach. This is a homestay with the theme of Hemu, Flat Bai, Xiao Yu. It feels a bit Japanese-style. The breakfast is quite special and delicious. There are also essential oils and log tables and chairs in the homestay. I personally think that the price is reasonable. There's no feeling of being knocked.
